Drs office messed up my prescription order but the workers made calls and found the script at another location... under another name. It was insane but they were patient and helped me out.

I was hung up on and given an additude. From some one the CVS pharmacy. (Target mall)He was acting like he didnt hear me and was making fun of the spelling of my name. There was no need for that additude. I was polite to him.I didnt even get an apology. CVS please put someone polite next time to answer your phone calls. When people pick up there perscription they are in pain. They dont have the energy to fight back and forth. Very bad customer service.I dont want to pick up my prescription anymore because of his additude. I will not trust anyone with my pills who answers the phone like that.

Awful costumer service. The pharmacist technician man was extremely rude over the phone yet didn;t even make any effort to give info about my prescriptions but simply hung up after a long wait!
