2020-11-14Service is a very well run store. Employees are always ready and willing to help. Pharmacist is kind and patient, as well. He stopped doing what he was doing to help me find special bandages. The manager has a lot of charisma, an amazing knowledge of his store, and a great relationship with his employees. I actually enjoy going in this Kinneys, and would rather go out of my way to go here than go to another Kinneys.

2019-04-285 stars for Charlena S. I absolutely enjoy her vibe. So chill and just a real nice person who seems to be living her best life. 🤩 This picture pretty much describes her vibe and what to expect when dealing with Charlena.

2021-05-15Service was really swell! I came in looking for maple sugar candies (and sadly could not find any :( ) but the staff were terrifically friendly! Seems like the store is run well!

2020-03-24I am so grateful to Ian Fleury (store manager) in my search for an OTC medication for my parents that had been pulled from the shelves by the company itself and is unavailable anywhere. I had been to 15 other pharmacies between Kingston and Plattsburgh and he took the time out to call all of his other stores, found out their inventory, asked them to hold it for me so I was able to get the medication for my father who is desperate for headache relief after brain cancer. Thank you Ian- I hadn’t even asked for help – you just took an interest in my search and I’m grateful for it!.Christy

2019-01-06The store is nice, but the pharmacy is always busy. If you have prescriptions call in advance, and use the drive thru if possible (it gets handled immediately, even if there are people in line waiting inside).

2017-11-22Horrible experience with pharmacy department both times I was there. I had to pick up two different meds at two completely different times. When I submitted the prescriptions to the tech/cashier I told her that if the pharmacist just looked at the script it probably would be confusing. I gave name of PCP and number to call for clarification. The first instance ..of course he didnt call for an hour while I waited (I had just been released from hospital). Finally that was taken care of. However..the second time I brought in a prescription for NINE controlled substance pain pills from my dentist..I had 2 days prior had dental work that was more like oral surgery. My left side of my face was so swollen as was the gum. The swelling was actually causing the sutures to come out. The pharmacist looked at my med list and saw that I was on a low dose tramadol and decided in his own to void prescription. Had he asked me..or my pcp..I had been on tramadol for about 7 years for traumatic arthritis cervical spine. Obviously I needed something for breakthrough pain. I was so frustrated. The man was an egotistical idiot. I would advice anyone needing meds to go ANYWHERE else. I should have reported him to the health commissioner as I think back now.

2017-01-17Great place for gift cards and odds and ends. I like this location because Stuarts is right next door and it makes it convenient to walk between the two.

2016-12-12Over an hour wait for 1 Rx at the drive up window or in store at 10am on a Tuesday? Someone is dragging their feet and playing power trip with people who need their meds.
