I have to say dealing with Joey & Paul at Phenomenal Motorcars was the most pleasant car buying experience ive ever had !! After shopping 3 stores, i saw there ad and had to give it a shot. They got me my jeep grand cherokee and saved me $110 a month on my payment and even delivered the vehicle to my house !!! 5 STARS ! Thanks again to every one at Phenomenal Motorcars !!

Very disappointed that i keep getting the run around with paul. got a lease in September. came dirty with food in it, and had scratches , crack in bumper. not disclosed to me before i made the deal. they delivered in the dark and nothing resolved, two months later. im shopping for one more lease and this is obviously not someplace i would consider again unless they rectify.

2021-03-07Kevin was attentive and professional. He was a pleasure to speak with and was honest in what he could and could not do. I’ve worked with other leasing companies in the past and had bad experiences w them telling me one thing and doing another. Not these guys.I would recommend working w Phenominal without hesitation. Kevin and Paul were great.

2018-08-23So I went here the other day with my younger brother in search of a good deal on a pre owned vehicle after going to multiple dealerships and receiving multiple quotes and when we contacted Phenomenal Auto Leasing they got back to us immediately with an excellent offer that enticed us to come and see in person. Paul couldn’t have been more helpful and kind in dealing with us and got my younger brother exactly what he wanted in the price range he was looking for. 2018-07-25My son was in search of a specific car and weve been to multiple dealers and quoted all different prices. When we called phenomenal motorcars, we received a call back promptly and met with Justin the same day and he was able to beat all the other dealers quotes and they even had the car delivered to my home ! 2019-10-11Dealt with Paul from Phenomenal Auto Leasing n Motorcars in Deer Park , he is a Lier like no other. DO NOT TRUST HIM!!!! He told me my dads car would have certain options n when I got it I was missing moonroof. This was my most important option. LIES n more lies.Save yourself aggravation n go to another broker or dealer bc Paul will rip you off and keep lying. I would give 0 stars if I could.
