The flowers were delivered at the perfect time, and were arranged beautifully! I was very happy with how they turned out, but more importantly, so was my wife!
Even though I called at the final hour to deliver flowers the response was upbeat and optimistic with a can do attitude. I am most appreciative and the flowers looked fabulous. Great job!!!
All I can say is wow! I ordered an arrangement for my mother in laws memorial service. They were the most beautiful memorial flowers Ive ever seen. I ordered the base priced arrangement, not the better or best option, so I can only imagine what those would be like. Great combination of pinks and whites and greenery, topped off by friendly service!

We sent a condolence bouquet to a coworker of my husband who had lost her mother. She was very appreciative and impressed by the size and beauty of the arrangement! We did not see it personally but she was very appreciative and sent us a picture which looked exactly like the one we chose on line in fullness and size as well as beauty.
The owner and her daughter are such nice people. They helped me pick out flowers I wanted to send out for my friends new job, set up a stress free delivery and theyre even a pickup for Wish orders. Affordable prices. Good service. Friendly staff. Will be coming back for any florist needs. You wont be disappointed. As a bonus, they use an EV for deliveries which is super green and super cool.
I was very satisfied with my entire experience at Phoebe’s. Due to a death in the family, I placed an order for flowers that I needed in 2 days. While they weren’t able to get all the colors, I requested, Phoebe’s put together a beautiful bouquet for me. Customer services and prices were great.

I highly recommend Phoebe’s! I wanted to send flowers for my mother’s birthday. Their website was easy to use and gave good examples of what to expect. When I called, I told her that my mother specifically loves blue and light yellow flowers and suggested white as a filler. She not only delivered exactly that but an arrangement that my mother still raves about. Furthermore, I immediately got email confirmation when I placed the order AND when it was delivered. I am thrilled that it was so easy to send flowers and will use Phoebe’s Garden again!
My fiancé and I went to get general ideas of the flower arrangement and set ups for our wedding and her responses to our ideas weren’t supportive or helpful as they were direct & personal. Despite her attitude we were still open and tried to make it the most & she said she would send us a quote via email and when we called after 2 weeks she said we would but it’s been a month and we haven’t received anything.

I ordered a sympathy floral arrangement and when I saw what was sent, I was very disappointed in the quality. When I called to express my disappointment, they explained that basically I got what I paid for. However, they wanted to make it right, so they immediately remade the arrangement and delivered it the same day. The result was an absolutely stunning arrangement!! I am so happy that Phoebe’s cared enough to make it right, awesome customer service. I will tell my friends and I’ll be back, thank you!

Id give it a 0 if i could, TERRIBLE customer service by the owner herself. My fiancé and i met with her and we felt like she was looking down on us bc we didnt know much about flowers, which is why we were there bc shes the expert but regardless of that after our apt she said it would take ONE week for her to get us an estimate and it has been TWO months and still NO estimate. Terrible experience all around is all i have to say

I purchased a corsage and a bunch of white carnations for my daughters baby shower. The owner was friendly and gave us great instructions on how and when to use food coloring to color the carnations pink and blue as the babys gender was not yet known.
Great attention to customer service! They worked with me to create 5 unique arrangements for a last minute order. They turned out beautifully and were reasonably priced. I highly recommend this shop in North Chili, N. Y. I enjoy shopping there for unique gifts as well. Try this quaint little shop instead of a large retail store and you wont regret it.

I called on Thursday and my flowers were delivered Friday morning. I asked for a special bouquet that would make our friend smile and they did!
I decided to use this cute flower shop because of the good reviews but ended up disappointed in the customer service after I expressed dissatisfaction with my corsage and matching boutenir purchase. After pre-payment of $43 for both, the modest corsage had 3 teeny roses that could have been fresher. The 2 petite roses in the boutenir (which was lovely) presented bigger than those in the corsage. When I brought this fact up, I was told they could add 2 more petite roses to the corsage if I liked. I perked up and said, You would do that?Sales person said, Sure, making it sound like theyd do it to ensure a happy customer. When I went to hand the corsage over, I was told it would be an additional $4. I was so insulted, I left the store. Needless to say I wont be going back. I dont like leaving this review but feel it necessary because I was frankly embarrassed that my son had to present this corsage (as was) to his date. IMO, Prom/ balls are a big deal to teenagers...skimping on the corsage is not a wise (returning) business decision.

WS Gardem Florist is the best of all! They care about making interesting flower arrangements that are going to be beautiful and DEFINITELY better than you would get at some other flower shop.If I tell them what the flowers are for, I know that what I get will be incredible. All workers are very creative and have a pleasing personality towards their customer.

2022-03-19Very friendly person on phone when I ordered from where I live which is out of state. MIL just loved the flowers for her 93rd birthday. The only reason I gave them a 4 star instead of a 5 was I asked that the flowers NOT be put into a vase & they arrived in a vase!

2022-02-03I ordered flowers for my Mom since I cant go up to see her at Highland Hospital. While talking with her on the phone the flowers arrived in her room. She was so surprised and excited. I told Lori I wanted Tulips as the main flower because Mom is Dutch. Mom said they smelled wonderful and she said they will stay on her table right next to the bed so she could admire them. It was very nice to hear from mom that Lori did a wonderful job, just beautiful... Great Job Lori

2022-06-26I ordered a re-creation of my wife’s wedding bouquet (We unfortunately lost the flowers after our wedding last year). I sent some reference pics, and the flowers came out perfectly! When they were delivered my wife was shocked to see her bouquet and even she’d a few tears!The process was easy and everyone I spoke to was helpful. I even got partially refunded when the flowers came in under the original estimate!Overall this was a fantastic experience and I would definitely recommend using them in the future!

2021-10-04We order flowers from other companies to family in California and chicago…. By far Phoebes garden in N. Chili for our east coast family has the best variety and Arrangments. We are impressed by the selection and design of their final products. We will be ordering as usual every year for our family in Rochester N. chili NY.

2021-06-22Today marks 1 year of being married to a fantastic woman that I call my wife! However I am no florist so I relied on Lori at Phoebes Garden to help me get something I knew would blow her socks off. Lori went above and beyond and some how managed to put a basket together off the description I gave her of something pretty. The price was very reasonable and I would use them again/recommend them to anyone looking for flowers. As the saying goes...Happy wife, happy life! Thank you Lori! :)

2020-08-29I look to Phoebes Garden for those One of a Kind step back in time items. In my most recent hunt I discovered the grease spot removing formula Grandmas Secret Spot Remover for use with cleaning my cloths after working on projects around the house. I was amazed at the results as the owner Lorie stands behind this 125% and said she would kindly honor a refund if it did not provide me with the expected results. Let me say WHO DOES THIS in business anymore. I just want to send a Shout Out with a Big THANK YOU to Lorie for her generosity, kindness and after the sale appreciation for customers. In addition, she has the freshest - most beautiful flowers arrangements and bouquets that stand out above all others.
