I never leave reviews, but this place deserves it. Visited this place 3 years ago to fix broken screen on my iPhone. Thanks to Angel for doing a great job that lasted 3 years until todays date that I have a broken screen again. I will be back to fix it one more time. Great service, great prices with great results. Recommended!
Great experience at pho rep, had my iPhone 5se battery replaced for a very good price and in a timely manner. I will definitely come back here for all my cellphone needs! Idris and Miguel were both extremely helpful! I came 25 miles to get the battery replaced because the quality service and experience is worth it!
I have visited and have had two iPads repaired. One for a shattered screen and then another time for a home button replacement. The guys here are great and reasonable in price. Same day service which was also AWESOME!
Amazing service and super fast. I was amazed at how fast I was in and out and with no compromise for quality. Within 20 mins I was on my way and my screen looks amazing It’s so nice not to have a cracked one anymore. Excellent service as I had an expired Groupon and wasn’t sure if I was going to run into a problem but the issue was resolved immediately and I’m extremely happy with what was offered. Would definitely bring any of my devices here in the future as it’s excellent prices along with knowledgeable and honest customer service. I only leave reviews when I’m actually blown away by something and this time I can’t say enough good things. I’ll def be back.
I would definitely recommend Phorep! When I called Miguel was absolutely knowledgeable and accommodating. I had to leave my phone and picked it up after work. This shop is local so decided to come in and fix my iPad mini. The young man at the front could not have been nicer. They repaired it in no time and it is perfect. They also give a warranty which is awesome. Hopefully I will not have more needs for screen repair but if I do they are my go to. Highly recommend for a seamless transaction.
After reading bad reviews of the fixit place in Greenvale, a friend recommended this place. Ar apple I priced the same repair for $149 before tax. Got a great deal on Groupon for about $50, my sons iPhone 6s screen was replaced. It took only 20 minutes. Very nice and polite and most of all no issues. I would completely recommend this place. A little hard to find, as the entrance is not on glen street, turn the corner for the entrance on side road, across from Central Bank.
Great fast and reasonably priced service. Full screen repair after grease water damage for 45 bucks with only a 20 minute wait time 70% faster then apple and 15 dollars cheaper. Phone works perfect. A++

Angel was great. He answered my questions efficiently, and it was obvious he wanted to help me and not just get my money. The door is around the corner from the Google location picture, but it wasnt hard to find.
I don’t typically do reviews but this screen repair place definetly deserved it! I had a iPhone 7 screen completely shattered, was very unusuable however Angel the owner was able to personally fix it himself and it was done very quickly! Only a 30 Minute wait! And prices were lower than most screen repair shops, where I would normally pay 140-160 for the same repair! Thank you Pho Fix for the help!!
I came here with a Samsung Galaxy J3 , a phone that is not too common. I was attended by two younger guys, I am younger so I felt like they would know there stuff. I was happy to know that they did indeed know what they were doing and couldnt have been more helpful. There is a definite chance I will come back if any devices should break on me again. I would highly recommend this place as most places just use tech jargon and send you on your way with little info into what is actually wrong with your device. 2022-06-29My phone wasn’t charging, I came in and He had it fixed within 10 minutes. Wasn’t very expensive either. I would definitely suggest coming here to get your phone fixed it fast, easy, and cheap

2020-11-09Brought in an iPhone with a cracked screen, it was repaired and the screen starting glitching. Brought the phone back and the second screen began to glitch as well. On the third attempt, the phone stopped working completely. One their third try, they told me they found water inside the phone and that was the problem. Now, when I brought the phone in, it worked 100% fine, but the glass screen was cracked. When I pressed the owner as to why they didn’t notice the water on the first repair he told me that it was impossible to see, and that there was absolutely no way there was any error done by his technician doing the repair. He gave me a partial refund, and I left with a bricked iPhone. After asking apple about this, they told me that the damage done to the phone was almost definitely caused by the repair process. I understand that accidents happen, and I was taking a risk having my phone repaired by a third party, but the owner of this business taking absolutely no responsibility for this is crazy. I would have gladly accepted an apology, and some accountability. If you bring your phone there, tell them they better check for “microscopic water” on the first try...
