So many good things to say about this place, I have been going here, 4 4 years n I learn something new everytime I step foot in this place. Susan n James were my start up team, James is no longer with the company but his knowledge is always kept in mind, Susan is beyond amazing, she always has something new to show to tell n keep u posted on, Whats new in phountain.I recently paid my visit there due to Groupon I purchased for half hour sauna, which was amazing, lets talk about sweat, oh my I felt like a new person the tumbler for 10 minutes. Its well worth it detox there at least 3 to 4x in a month.....from the foot detox, to the sauna.....Phountain is a lifestyle.
This stuff is life! Incredible staff and service here they explained everything thoroughly to a newbie like myself since then we have been using Phountain and there services and have noticed a remarkable improvement in the way we feel. Would recommend giving this a try you won’t go wrong not to mention it’s very affordable!
From the start ,the staff was informative and helpful .steve and eric went above and beyond..i am writing this review to correct a situation that inadvertantly resulted in a poor review . eric quickly resolved the issue and ive become a happy customer ,if there were more stars id give them
The staff is always so happy! Because the joke is on you! Wake up, come out of your hypnotic state. You know its all a lie, come on! Desperate people looking for an answer. Fools! If you think their filters and PH adjustment work,,,you Tazee Malfalfa.
Phountain is a Proactive Health Center to educate and empower you on how to take control of your health.... Steven is a great person. Ask him for help.
They have a great selection of product here but sale to hard. I prefer the Islip location better. They just share information not try to sale you!
I love this Phountain. Crystal,Eric, Samantha thanks for all your help in getting me to start a healthy lifestyle.I have so much more energy.
Eric is the worst owner ever I have been trying to cancel my membership for 3weeks I called the Lindenhurst store 5 times and all I get is I will let Eric know this is bs

Friendly staff that will answer all your questions. Kinda difficult getting in and out the parking lot at times but the place is worth it.

2018-03-29This Place is Great and has a very Friendly Staff . Patrick to be specific was Beyond helpful and went above and beyond to explain the whole new PHountain Experience. He was Extremely knowledgeable on the PH Alkalinity Lifestyle and the health benefits involved in not just the water but many of thier other new products. I highly suggest stopping in and checking it out yourself , especially if you made it this far and reading their reviews.Thanks again guys, see you soon.

2021-12-04My first time here since the Massapequa Park location closed. Im still pretty bummed out that Massapequa closed but was very happy to see you that it was much easier to park at the Lindenhurst location and the staff was beyond friendly and accommodating! They might need to get more water faucets now that Massapequa closed but no complaints. The store and the bathroom were both very clean!

2019-01-31This is my second home and everyone that works here is my Phountain Family Crystal, Steven, and Eric are, simply put, THEY ARE THE GREATEST! I cant say enough great things about them. Not only are the services great but the people that work here are wonderful. I enjoy going here and Steven, Eric and Taylor are absolutely wonderful and amazing knowledgeable. I met Taylor a few weeks ago on a Sunday morning and he was so nice and sincere in his desire to help people be proactive in there health or reactive if necessary. He even told me when and how to use my greens and super foods. He shared his personal experience with me about his family and it made me see why he really started this business. And everything is reasonably priced. From the membership, to the products and services. When I think about how much money Ive wasted on BS over the years it only makes sense that I now invest in my health and the health of my family. This place is the best and everyone should go.

2020-05-23Upon entering, I was greeted warmly by a staff person.I was walking in with water bottles to refill and staffer told me how to refill bottles. As I was refilling water bottles, I noticed the various products displays.The area was very clean. I noticed after the customer who was in shop before I was, the staffer sanitized there other sink with a high pressure steamer.After I was finished, the staffer checked me our.

2019-12-21This place is awesome and so is the owner . She is a pleasure and the products they have are amazing . I did the foot bath detox and I felt great afterwards and slept like a baby that night. It made me feel upbeat throughout the day . I also bought the PH tonic which I’ve been taking every morning, and a few other products. Their alkaline water is great as well.

2019-07-26Had a very bad experience today getting my water. A man name Eric Who works at this location seemed upset already and gave me a bad attitude he told me to hurry up and not to make a mess with the water. Everyone is usually pleasant and friendly when I come for water but today I felt very uncomfortable and will not be coming to this location anymore.

2020-03-18Its the friendly-community atmosphere, which is of course the PEOPLE!! Always a wonderful experience whether its with the reps or other customers. I meet, laugh, socialize and learn a thing or two each visit.. its gr8! 🙄The water is MEDICINAL. I was catching a cold, 🤧runny nose & sore throat I drank some of my 8.5 alk h2o..My throat cleared first, no soreness, no stuffy nose. GONE! 😃Im a true believer in alkaline H2O and I will continue to drink it for the rest of my life!!🤗👍🏾 Hail to PHOUNTAIN😊

2019-08-19I have to tell you that this place is going downhill very very quickly because of the Manager Eric. He is just rude and unprofessional. When I tell you that this guy is disrespectful almost instantly when you walk into the place you can just feel his negative energy. What a shame to have someone working at an establishment who is so power hungry. It really does make the place go downhill. Word of advice Eric. IF YOU DO NOT LIKE YOUR JOB, QUIT. DO us all a favor and QUIT!!! Very simple solution to a HUGE problem.

2018-05-29I love this place. The atmosphere was so calm and relaxing. Kenna was very informative with a sweet spirit. I love that how they provided a service instead of trying to sell me a product. Im excited about this new lifestyle im about to start
