Make sure whatever you buy you do not have to return it. The manager was rude and nasty. The merchendise was defective and they would not accept the return or try to accommodate me. The items are too pricey for there to be a lack of customer service.
I really like Pier 1 because they sell beautiful things plus give design workshops on how to decorate your home.
Great store with great products! Will be miss hopefully they wont close them all!

2017-10-14Looking for gifts? You will find a range of prices for a range of cool and useful things. But most of all wonderful seasonal decorative crafty things.Nice trendy but good quality furniture, throw pillows, etc. Fun store... HugeSales help is knowledgeable and friendly.

2020-08-27I gave two stars for my experience today because of the extreme pathos I feel as I wandered through this almost bare store that is in the throes of a Chapter 11 bankruptcy everything-must-go-sale. Through the years my wife and I have made many purchases in Pier 1 stores that were extremely worth their quality although at times a little bit pricey. Now another one bites the dust, when will this depressing economic malaise end. Thank you Pier 1 for all the welcoming, well presented, fine shopping I experienced. Sorry to see you go.

2017-09-04Manager is rude and an overall nasty person, definitely should learn both in person and on the phone customer service. I spent a good amount of money, she shouldve at least been an approachable person, most especially when answering a question. In person she is standoffish, and has a face from hell, and over the phone she was straight up rude.Love Pier One, but this lady sucks.

2020-01-02Everyone was nice but the store manager is honestly not right in the head whatever her issue is i hope she gets the help and i heard her talking bad about an employee while i was shopping here deffinaly not acceptable things should be private !

2018-07-14Very good customer service! But, the prices are ridiculous! No real sales....for example, an item I purchased 2 years ago that is still available in the store--now cost $100 more.
