They renovated the field, but it’s not really available because so many camps and leagues rent it out.

Awesome awesome place! Very family and pet friendly! More people are outside now but the environment is still spacious and tidy. The bike racks are always stacked and there are bike trails uptown/downtown. This is a great place for a first date or a weekend with friends/family. The scenery is beautiful!

Essential place for kids in the city! lots of sports and an actual field to play on. Baseball and soccer year round.
Well this park usually gets crowded on weekends. But I was able to play a pick up game on last memorial day hence the 5 stars. Plenty of goal nets too which is convenient. The turf still looks great too.
Big field, expensive parking. And many problems with parking service/gate. Has hornblower dinner cruises that leave from here.

Just this weekend I went on a yacht cruise in the Hudson River at night. What a spectacular view, buildings light up in the night was awesome. I recommend you and your family to reserve tickets this Summer. I has a blast. I would so it again. Enjoy your Summer

If youre shy, youll find players to practice with, if youre aggressive youll find folks too! I live in the Hudson Valley, and Ive driven an hour to come play here either on my own or with others... always worth it!BIG BIG tip avoid parking in their garage, quite expensive.

A beautiful facility even though the walls are rotting. It was actually the largest cement block building in the world before Chernobyl. There is boating, sports, swimming, and easily available parking. A great place to go, especially for the beautiful artwork in the lobby!
Great place to go for some pick-up soccer. Gets very busy after 3pm so make sure you come early with a group of friends or risk having to wait and find a team. Still tons of fun regardless.

Huge field on the ground floor which allows for multiple games at once. Nice rooftop park space to play football or soccer. Only thing is they need to repair the rooftop turf, it is constantly getting everywhere and in your shoes. Bathrooms are on the 2fl. Rooftop field is on the 3fl. Enter at Houston Street.

The only downside is its a little crowded and the views are of Jersey. But its a scenic place to jog, bike, play tennis. Basket ball or just sit.

Plenty of sports and activities at Pier 40
We arrived at the port at 1:25 when we were supposed to return at 2am. I paid 110.00 for me and my wife. Totally disappointed.
Village Community Boathouse is a great organization! Wonderful activity for singles, couples, and families. Lots of stuff to do on the rest of the pier!

I like this place because I go there late, early am, and scream as much as I want.I scream at the Heavens above ‘why did you take my sweetheart’ and cry myself out. This is a necessary workout to help me stay sane.

Park and lock (the only one in the area that Im aware of), good (best in the area) rates for both daily and monthly parking. Also turf fields for sports.

2020-02-16Had a wonderful late night dinner cruise. The staff was absolutely wonderful! Even though the outside temperatures were FREEZING, they truly went above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and assure they boarded safely. Wonderful gentlemen a true asset to the pier!

2021-07-31Smooth efficient courteous and friendly staff. The overall experience was good. The views from the dock for sunset are superb and the skyline and backdrop of the city in the night from the water is impressive. I would recommend it for everyone to do at least once
