This is our favorite place for.. Philly Cheese steak sandwiches!! They also have an Excellent Buffalo Chicken sandwich.. My son loves their pizza and my Youngest absolutely loves the boneless garlic parmesan wings.. We keep saying were gonna just order their pizza, but we always end up with their sandwiches! Oh!!! Their loaded french fries! Yummm

Ordered a double broccoli and double pineapple sheet pizza tonight and I forgot to order it with butter garlic parmesan sauce instead of the normal red sauce and was told by the delivery driver that its the weirdest combination on a pizza hes ever seen.😁 But thats when I remembered I forgot but he said it smelt good on the way here and it was actually really good. Like Im not sure if I like the garlic sauce better or the red sauce. Cool delivery driver and amazing pizza kudos to you guys because I was just about sure I wasted money on a not so tasty pizza that I wouldnt like. Should try the combo out if you dont mind pineapple on pizza.👍👍
Great place for a slice. They were winding down and getting ready to close, but we felt welcome and important.
UPDATE 3/19/21Decreasing to one star. Nearly $100 order was 30 minutes late then left on the front step without any notification it was there. This on top of the severe decrease in quality over the last three years has now lost them our business permanently. Absolutely unacceptable with the money we spend here.....Definitely been a decrease in quality over the last few months. The large has noticably shrunken and gotten thinner, our last two orders were incorrect, and the two orders before that wing sauce was dripping all over out of the bag, nearly ruining a $400 rug. Their pricing is whats kept us but exploring other options. Unfortunately few good ones in the area.
Pizza is so good, ordered a ham, pep and sausage pizza and my o my. My tastebuds exploded with flavor. Also ordered garlic wings. Let me tell you, I am not even sure what’s better, the wings or the pizza. They are both extremely good. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for REAL pizza cause this is really where it is at. Will definitely be heading back.
Typical pizza place. The one thing is very noticeable is they really are focused on the customer. They are loud and take their pizza serious. I come back because I get same quality of service and food every time.
Great pizza and wings! We have ordered for business events and the food is delivered on-time and correct. Heres a hint folks: Good pizza takes time to prepare. If you have a big order, dont wait until the last second to call it in- call the day ahead!
We eat there at least once a week. We love the loaded potato pizza but really the biggest problem is just deciding what you want because everything is delicious and the service is friendly and fast.
Have ordered here many times and normally have a good experience. However- the last time we ordered we paid $9 for a chicken sandwich that had one tiny chicken tender on a large sub roll also ordered 2 pizzas that were both burnt. When we called to tell the manager we were unhappy she in Indicated she was NOT the manager it the owner and she was the RUDEST person I have ever dealt with. I have never encountered such a rude person and to think she is the owner of a small business was shocking. I could not believe the way she talked to me. She then offered a credit- which I never received. Will NEVER ordered here again. This business does not deserve to stay in business.

Great Pizza. It reminds me of Twin Trees style. A crisp crust with a decent amount of toppings. The wings were very good too but a bit on the small side. Ill order from there again no doubt.
So I was just in this store and made a mistake order (I called one of the other locations instead). One of the male employees chose to not only one but TWO TIMES - say extremely rude and degrading things to me about messing up my order. After deciding to leave he continued to shout awful comments behind me. I would never recommend anyone ever give their business to these people. If they choose to continue to employ people who act like that person I can only imagine the type of people who run this place. There are plenty of other incredible pizza spots in the area. This place does not deserve the business.
They were super friendly from the start. Food was awesome.. They Made us feel very welcome not like we were an annoyance. We ordered subs and sat in back they brought our food to us and even picked it up when we were done. Def a nice experience

Writing this review as Im sitting on the toilet sick after eating one of your hot wings at a party. Soon as I bit into it, I knew I messed up. Was very rubbery and barely cooked. You guys dont cook your wings long enough. Your pizza isnt bad but serving undercooked wings is not acceptable.
Ordered a med white pizza with sausage, bacon and jalapenos. What we received was a red pizza with sausage and pepperoni. We were able to catch the driver before he left and gave him back the pizza, even he said they gave him the wrong ticket. My husband called to let them know the pizza was completely wrong, not even close and received the worst customer service ever. The girl even called him a liar. Are you kidding me? The order wasnt even close to what we ordered, and why would we give back a whole pizza and wait if it was what we ordered. I have never had an issue with this place until now but the customer service we received tonight, the name calling and attitude, is enough for us to NEVER order from here again!!!!
Awful pizza, soggy, waaaay too much cheese, and just the quality of ingredients were not up to my standard of what a good pizza should contain. I ordered a large cheese pizza with chicken (which is breaded because its litteraly cut up chicken nugets) and sausage which is also ground down heavily with a shper chunky gross sauce. Never again thats for sure.
They make good food but I will never trust them to deliver the food to me again. They delivered burned chicken wings and when I called and complained I was told that they got bad wings from their supplier. They never took responsible for their error in over cooking the wings. I will only pick up from them so that I can check them before I leave.
Last night we ordered food through GrubHub.. food was delivered, it was all wrong so we sent it back.. the driver said he would be right back with the correct order.. and nobody ever showed! and we werent refunded. This is how a business is run?? interesting!
Terrible place to order a sheet pizza. Was for a 5 year old Birthday party waited 1hour and 50 min. If the are behind in making pizza why didnt you say that when we called an hour later. They said it would be there any min. 30 min. Later its finally here. Poor kids were hungry!
The worst experience ever with a pizza restaurant. The service was terrible, i ordered 20 wings half bbq and half mild which I thought would be great however once I received them it was incorrect the wings were undercooked when I asked for “fried hard” they were also suppose to be honey bbq but I received honey mustard and after all of that I pleasantly called and asked if they can kindly switch them out . The manager was rude and the cashier was also rude stating he was not gonna remake wings after I told him they were not touched . Then I asked for a refund and he said no no ther offers were made or suggested this place is disgusting and so is the service will be contacting BBB.
If you are looking for just ok pizza and wings; the staff to screw up your order and then be confrentational about it and blame it on you; and then to continue to loudly badmouth you while remaking your order so everyone can hear; well this is the place for you. As far as I am concerned im voting with my wallet and never coming back.
Horrible customer service! My Oder for delivery took 1 hour and 42 minutes to arrive, after a hour of waiting I tried to cancel the order but the phone was busy once they arrived I asked for a discount they would not provide us with one and processed to tell me that if we did not take the food they will contact all the pie guy restaurants and tell them not to serve us in the future, I declined the order.
Placed an order and was quoted 25-30 minutes. Arrived there right after it had been 30 min. Gave them my name for the order and cashed out(was not told the order wasn’t ready..)Sat there waiting literally 30 minutes while people came and went. Still nothing. Finally after waiting in the lobby for almost 40 minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready they brought it out(no apologies of any kind were given). We order from this place every week but I can assure you tonight was the last time I’ll ever order there.
Great food . A little pricey but worth until I gave them my credit card today and they told me I would be charged 3 percent more . Time to find a new favorite pizza place .
Ordered a large pie with several toppings. Pizza was delivered and looked great on top. However, the bottom of the crust was burnt...totally black. This is NOT how I want my pizza crust. Will not be ordering from there again. Going to stick with Poppis Pizza in Liverpool.

Their food is good. I have been going here for a few years. I ordered pickup and when I arrived I was told there is a 3% fee for credit card sales. I wasnt told this when I called in the order.

Good pizza, lots of options - medium and large sizes are similar to Twin Trees, 18 is NY-style, sheet pizza is excellent.

This has been our go to pizza place for years! We have never had a bad meal or been disappointed in the final product. We have ordered salads and sandwiches as well. The staff is super friendly too! Really love this place!

2022-07-01The salad I got was good, but the pizza was just so greasy and heavy and the spinach didnt taste fresh at all, and there was no pricing so we ended up unknowingly spending like over $50 for 2 pizzas we couldnt even finish and one house salad. Theres better cheaper pizza in town with transparent pricing

2022-05-06I order a small antipasto and a haddock dinner and it was delicious, the the fish was big and tasty, and the antipasto was HUGE. They were very friendly as soon as they answered the phone and the delivery driver was very nice 👍🏻

2021-07-25Pizza and wings were good but customer service is TERRIBLE! RIDICULOUS prices and RUDE customer service! Looked them up online and found 2 different prices for 2 lg pizza and 20 wings. No price given when ordered. Son got home with my receipt and was charged $58.39 for 2 pizzas and 20 wings. When I called to inquire I was told it was “The Biden Price”and was told the price of gas and chicken wings, was due to President Biden and that was why I wascharged a RIDICULOUS AMOUNT that was listed NOWHERE ONLINE. NO WHERE ONLINE WAS THAT PRICE! I was told if I came in and ordered I would have seen their “updated prices” and if I didn’tlike their prices to go somewhere else the next time! BEWARE OF THE PRICE GOUGING THERE. Francesca’s in Liverpool or Antonios in Bayberry charge $20.00 less for the same “deal”.

2022-02-13I just spent nearly 50 dollars on the number 8 special .. one large 18” inch pizza and 20 boneless wings .. for one the wings were so dry .. the pizza was horrible .. barely any sauce on the pizza .. and I even gave the delivery driver a 10 dollar tip .. so I just spent 60 dollars on trash food .. the one on James street has better quality food .. will never order from here again .. so disappointed in the quality of food ..

2021-08-22I went to this pie guys today, first off when I walked in there no one greeted me. The girl asked me if I had a order pick up I said yes. Something to me to check my pizza. So I did it wasn’t made right, I told the girl my pizza Was not made right and she asked me did I want her to cook the pepperoni an just put it on the pizza. I said no it’s not going to taste the same as if it was cooked with the pizza. She canceled my transaction told me the credit card Machine was down. They thought because arrived late to get my pizza I I wasn’t going to take it cold. Then she was going to charge me for pepperoni when it wasn’t on my pizza. What happened to pie guys what happened to the people that use to work there ????????
