We had someone come to our home for an estimate on a Sunsetter awning. He arrived almost an hour late (although on his paperwork he lied and wrote that he was here on time). He then gave us an extremely dishonest and overpriced estimate on an awning. We had already gotten the prices directly from Sunsetter so we had an idea ahead of time of what they should be charging. Well his estimate was much higher and when I questioned it, he lied and said it was due to shipping costs (Sunsetter offers free shipping). He then said it was the cost for them to install, which was so overpriced! He madeNo attempt to explain the cost breakdown and how he came to that number.I felt like he was trying to be very sneaky. I should also add that I am very visibly pregnant and had 2 small children with me. And he still tried to take advantage of me. I asked him to call my husband to review the estimates and he never even called him as requested.I do NOT recommend Pigliavento Builders to anyone based on my experience.
Made a visit to their office looking to have a home built , left all my contact numbers info. Three weeks and no one calls so i call, leave everything again......6 weeks later still nothing ! Pretty sad.
Had an issue with Pigliavento and after some back and forth they came out to the house and made the needed repairs, the crew that they sent were very professional and did an excellent job.
Not a single negative thing to say. The negative reviews on here are ludicrous. You can not go wrong with Pigliavento Builders.
Very hard to work with. They are extremely unprofessional and rude to their customers. Workmanship is repulsive and they have been a nightmare to work with.

Just went to the open house for their development in Milton which is open until 4pm per their website and no one is there.

2022-03-19Dont hire out so screw customers. A friend had a home build . Water running in basement and yard from neighbors, not good should go to sewer line. Havent finish work outside and inside of house. Took forever to build with a lot of mistakes. Also built on wet lands which is a no no. The list goes on. Stay away..

2021-07-07Great houses, but dont close if the entire punch list is not completed before the closing. They will not come back to complete most of it. We have items in writing that they wont get done. Great houses, terrible customer service. Ive had better customer service from used car dealers.

2020-04-07I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Pigliavento Builders. From start to finish, they were by my familys side as we navigated the biggest investment of our lives: a new home! I was shocked to discover that it is truly a family business, from the office staff to the those working on site. I worked with the entire team and have only the greatest of praise for each member. 2017-06-09Pigliavento Builders installed 3 SunSetter Easy Shades on my home. It was a pleasant experience from the start. The office staff was very accommodating to set up and appointment that worked with our schedule. Their representative was punctual and very knowledgeable about the product. He said the shades would arrive in about 2 weeks, and it was less than 2 weeks they were there. He came back out to our home to install the shades, and did a wonderful job. Our house has stayed much cooler since, and we have lowered our utility bills. They are a friendly, reliable company to work with.

2020-04-07I wish I could give 6 stars, Pigliavento Builders deserves it! I worked closely with Vanessa and Alisha, and even the owner himself, Mike. They were an absolute dream. I normally stress over even the most minute things, but they were there every step of the way to offer guidance. They never lost their patience with my 5 million questions, and our home remodel is absolutely stunning!

2017-10-20I had an excellent experience with the team at Pigliavento Builders. From my first visit, through the building process, to closing and moving in, I felt comfortable and secure. My husband and I have lived in our condo for about 2 1/2 years and the quality of the work has exceeded our expectations. Now, my brother-in-law and his new wife are looking to build with Pigliavento as well. We look forward to living in our unit for many years to come. :-)

2017-06-12I bought a condo in the building phase 2 years ago, (as well as the condo community the family developed) and each step of the process was well organized, well defined and matched scheduled timelines. I felt at ease with the process put forth as the Pigliavento family ensures customer service and satisfaction. Considering the large project of community development entails so much, from building to purchase and community to maintenance, I would have expected problems. Their company is very well organized and this minimized any foreseeable issues that you may expect with building. Great company, great family values, and excellent customer service. They come highly recommended. I am a happy customer.

2017-11-29We put a deposit on our upstairs, 3 bedroom condo in June 2017. We found the company and the employees to be very easy to work with, in showing us the properties, as well as, making our selections. As time progressed, they continued to be helpful and supportive of each of our requests and needs. Once we moved in, the Pigliaventos and their employees continued to be helpful, respectful and generally very easy to work with. We are VERY pleased with our new condo and have recommended the builder to many of our friends. Thom & Jeanne

2020-09-29We put a deposit down for a new house and was told the price would not change, the builder would honor our price still (prices within that week went up) Basically the builder and the real estate agent said screw you I will get the higher price from someone else. Very unprofessional in more ways than one that I care to list on google. But I would never recommend them to anyone and went with another builder.
