Pinatas Mexican Grill in other cities:
I love to support local business, but this place was no good. DOESNT COMPAPIR TO CHIPOTLE OR QDOBA. I understand they are different restaurants but wasnt even close and was 2x the cost as Qdoba. Which is so much betterQdoba I get exactly what I want for $8.79 for a great burritoThis place was disappointing, I asked for one thing and he said it wouldnt fit and sold me into getting something else that I didnt want...Idk ...
Decent food, seemed reasonably authentic. Prices ok. Place was clean and people behind the counter were friendly. The cheesecake burrito is a no repeat. Nachos are weak, but Im not sure why we got them in the first place (nachos?!!!? Really?!?!). Burritos were all good. Mild sauce has decent flavor. Their hot salsa had a weird smokey flavor - it was smokey and hot.Overall, Id go back.
Me and my family. Of 5 showed up right at noon. Peak of. Lunchtime they had taken our order along with all other customers had our food to us out quickly we mentioned we ordered fries but where not on receipt they insisted on getting them for us. Very nice. Good Spanish food. We enjoyed it. Thank you guys
I arrive at this unique restaurant once a month since I like the ambiance that is characterizes this restaurant. The staff is highly welcoming and qualified. The service is extraordinarily rapid. Most important, the food they serve is magnificent. I have been there more than once and I was always delighted. The rate is honest. I suggest this restaurant to all my friends.
Ive been going to Pinatas for a long time now. I have always loved their food! The atmosphere is also great. Its not a huge restaurant, but the food makes it awesome. I love their burritos and their competition where if you can eat 2 monster burritos in a sitting they are free! I think you get a picture on the wall or something too, Im not sure. I will be going here for years to come. I havent tried the one in Massapequa yet, even though its closer to me, but Ill try it out soon. Keep on making great food!
They cook with fresh ingredients, have an expansive menu and if you keen to know what you like they have no problems making and substituting meals. I personally like the Mexi-Burrito and I have them put their home made spicy chipotle sauce in it. Gets busy on weekends but a simple call ahead your order is done is 5-15 minutes. Its the place to go for a good burrito or simple quesadilla.
This place used to be very good. We always used to order the Fajita burritos and used to come with a lot of meat. I just went back and order the same thing and opened the inside it was filled with green peppers and onions with only like 4 pieces of meat. Never again we are coming back here. Chipotle actually gives more meat than these guys. Very disappointed.
These guys make a really good burrito. The ingredients taste very fresh. The Junior Monster burrito was more than filling for me. Be warned that the regular Monster burrito is comparable to nearly two big burritos. The prices are pretty steep, however you are paying for the quality.
This place is great! Quick, delicious and best mango salsa ever! They have a salsa bar with about 4 different sauces, some pickled veggies and peppers. And theres no one there judging if you take1 or 4 containers of the mango salsa because you love it so much! Ive been here plenty of times and ordered the tacos, burritos and salads but I was lost surprised with their ginormous monster burrito that feeds about 4 people or 1 extremely hungry person! The guac is delish too and wont break the bank. They have some alternatives if Mexican fare is not your thing (fish & chips, veggie burger and crab cakes), havent tried those, but always a good option. Almost forgot to mention the free chips with every order... Always a plus!! This place is great for take out or quick cheap eats before a night out!
I love this place! Forget Chipotle and those other franchises. This is delicious fresh food. I love the fish tacos the Tijuana style tacos which are heavy on fresh cilantro and white onion (so freaking good) but I crave daily the nachos- I like the chicken with black bean- and their quesadillas (I like the chicken). They have a salsa bar... all free.... but their salsa for the chips and salsa is addicting. I smother and dip everything with that salsa. Support local businesses! They have the original location in Bethpage and opened a 2nd location in Massapequa. I drive right past Chipotle, taco bell to go to Pinatas everytime. No comparison. Enjoy!
Love the food, efficient, tastes authentic.ONLY reason its not 5 stars is because of the guy that runs the place. Consistently rude on the phone. Acts like hes doing you a favor. Its a shame, the rest of his staff makes up for what he lacks. Get a new phone guy and let him chill in the back or something, numerous friends of mine dont go as much as they would like because they dont want to deal with him. Good attitude and decent appreciation for customers would go a long way. But theyre successful without a polite clerk so why bother.
Great food but careful ordering online. I wanted something monster sized online and when I ordered it online I was told the price was wrong and it was an extra 4.50 on top on the 2.99 i paid. The man said it was a mistake and made no effort to make things right. Take it or leave it was what I was getting. 5 stars for the food 1 star for service.
Decided to give this place a try. Cashier was very rude and drinking coffee while taking my order. Actually stopped mid sentence to take a sip like I was taking him away from his coffee break. Very odd! Food his mediocre and priced slightly higher than comparable local places. One and done for me.

2022-08-25I had the falafel burrito which was pretty good for the price, I got two. I know it is a Mexican place but if youre selling falafel you need to have all the fixings ( cucumber, red onions, hummus and tahini).

2018-03-02This is not the worst Mexican restaurant I’ve been to but feels like they’re trying hard to get there. The cashier was sarcastic and not very friendly. I could taste the fridge flavor in the tortillas and the beef as well, very disappointing. The chips were very good and the salsa bar is not bad either. The rice, beans and cream were pretty good. Its authentic but not the best one. Value vs price is fine since is a heap eat but wouldn’t hurt to do things better.

2018-05-15Best place ever. I’ve been going here for years, at least one trip a week. Some of the best TexMex food you’ll find on Long Island. Vegetarian options are plentiful. Make your burrito enchilada style for the full experience. Nachos and pinwheel are also a must. Salsas taste fresh and amazing. There’s no other place I’d recommend someone and this is always the first place I take friend and family.

2018-05-17Well this place is very famous and most of the time is crowded. The guys behind tv he counter are super busy but they are very nice and helping guys. There are few high chairs and also few family eating out areas. Soccer matches mostly on the TVS.I ordered shrimp fajito. I am particularly not happy either with the quality or the quantity. They charged me like 12 bucks, and for that I simply got a wrap with loads of salads and few shrimps. They didnt even care to provide salsa.I guess that 12 bucks is little high price for the food that I paid.

2018-03-19Pinatas Mexican Grill is a hidden little gem off of Route 107 in Bethpage that Ive been eating at for years. Being a create of habit, every time I go to this restaurant, I order the same thing... 4 hard shell ground beef tacos. And every time I go there, the tacos are consistently good! Whats even better than the tacos is their homemade hot sauce and pico de gallo. Their homemade chips and salsa go perfectly with my homemade tacos and hot sauce. Their hot sauce is spicy enough to make my head sweat, but not too spicy. I also like to add a little Cholula chipotle hot sauce to my tacos for a little extra smokey flavor. In a world of Chipotles and Taco Bells, check out Pinatas!
