My experience was totally awesome ! We purchased two 24 x 25 TOL metal buildings. Bob at Pine Creek Structures is the consummate professional. He is very knowledgeable and easily answered my multitude of questions...with a smile!We discussed out options and decided a metal building was the smart way to go. We looked Amish sheds and a myriad of different buildings.All in all, my experience with Bob at Pine Creek Structures, upper Front Street, Binghamton, NY was fantastic! One visit and you will understand what I am talking about.TOL buildings were prompting me get my site ready for the new building installations. As it happened, my buildings were installed four weeks after placing my order and paying my down payment. They would have been installed even sooner, if I had gotten my act together sooner.Carlos was the crew leader for the installation team. Request Carlos and his crew to install your metal building and you wont go wrong. His crew was very professional and erected two metal buildings in a day and a half. I am 100% satisfied with their work! They worked together like a fine oiled machine.My experience with Top Of Line Buildings was nothing short of awesome! The quality and value of their buildings even impressed my code enforcement officer. Do you know how hard that is to do? He sees a lot of different brands. He was impressed with the quality of workmanship, the value, and quality of materials. I am too!

I have no experience with the sheds, but if you looking at a steel building or carport they sell for Top Of The Line Buildings out of North Carolina- DONT. The sub contractors TOL uses put them up as quickly as possible with no regard for the quality of installation or the finished product. They bent and scratched panels, proper anchors not used, uneven edges, buckled trim, leaks and even a hole in the roof.

Maybe OK for sheds that are on-site and in stock but DO NOT order a metal carport that comes from A Plus Carports or Top of the Line out of NC. Pine Creek Structures is a dealer for these companies. I placed an order in February 2021 and still have nothingon September 2, 2021. A Plus is an absolute joke of a company and Pine Creek Structures cannot and will not help get anything done.

Went there today 4/10/21 , the man that came out to help us was very rude and while my daughter in law was in the building getting some flyers that are laid out and free he came in and treated us like we were stealing . Wont be going back and wont be referring anyone there either.
