Note: this is a review for the motel.Small, simple, and clean, the rooms include a shared deck and lakeside access. The rooms do not include a microwave or refrigerator and do not have a lake view. Low-quality WiFi and a coffeemaker are included. Room service is a bit lacking; for example, it took two days for our trash to be removed and coffee replaced.In short, a clean motel near the lake with a good price.
Adorable cottages that are clean and have well equipped kitchens. Every cabin has a deck and its right on Lake Chautauqua.Would have given it 5 stars but you have to bring your own sheets, towels, etc.
Nice and quite........except lawn mowers blowers cabins are real nice but they are not on the lake and all do not have great views and remember to bring your own sheets towels wash cloths or they are more
I loved the cabin that we stayed in but I would never go back and I would never recommend this place to anyone! For the price that we paid it should have been properly cleaned and fully stocked. Also, the owner was very rude to us.
Stayed Im on of their efficiency rooms. Very nice, clean with a rustic feel, but still updated. The room is near water, not right on it. Set in a quiet wooded area.

The cabin was very clean (no musty smell like some places) and the owner and staff were great. Good perch fishing off the dock. A must do!

2022-06-20What a find!! First time staying and would definitely stay again. The owner and office manager were both friendly and helpful. We had a deck motel room with a view of the lake. Quiet and quaint. Was only planning to stay one night but decided to stay another since we were enjoying the peaceful setting. Highly recommend! Thanks again for a great stay.

2020-09-02Owner was very communicative and thoughtful. Since we were arriving after dark, she sent detailed instructions with map ahead of time, had the lights on and AC on to welcome us. The room was clean and air smelled fresh. Walls were all pine. Room was very quiet, except for the AC window unit. We would have looked to stay longer to enjoy the lake front, but didnt have much time in our schedule. Would absolutely go back again.

2020-03-06Our family has been coming here for the past 10years. It is family friendly but quiet, comfortable, exception service, the grounds and buildings are well maintained. We have rented cottages and also stayed in the motel rooms. We have never had a bad experience and every time we return it feels like we have come home.

2020-07-22Very quiet when we were there. You have access to a dock but theres no boat launch there. Youll have to find one. Cabins are spacious and clean. The one wed were in n was recently renovated.

2013-09-11Absolutely fantastic. The room I stayed in was full of pine and wood, had a large wood deck with table and chairs, a generous bathroom, plenty of windows with window treatments and views of the lake during the day and the stars at night. Everything in the room seemed new and the beds, pillows, and linens were fresh and extremely comfortable. Making things even better, the price was just as wonderful as the room. We couldnt believe that such a lovely place could come at such a bargain. This place has cottages and other accommodations as well, but I loved our little hotel-style room (which I would recommend) and would highly recommend this place to others. This was one of the best motel experiences Ive ever had.

2017-07-18Wonderful place right on Lake Chautauqua in upstate NY. So many fun activities to do and see, and the locals are really friendly. We rented a house right on the lake inside Pine Hill and it was lovely. Plenty of room for the whole family (10) people total. The local towns are close by (20 minutes) and the area is very clean. Will definitely be staying again and recommending to friends

2018-08-03The owners are friendly and helpful! The grounds are covered in beautiful ferns and pine and hanging begonias. We loved the floating dock and our spacious 2 room cabin 4a. Would reccomend... well priced for the size.

2016-05-16We stayed at one of the chalets with our family and the accommodations were fantastic! Great lake access, comfortable, and a true retreat feel. The chalets was very clean, well equipped, and had a gorgeous view of Lake Chautauqua. Highly recommended!
