In the past I’ve had laser hair removal done in other places but no one measures up to Dr Syed. He’s pleasant, patient & understanding. I’m very satisfied with my laser hair removal. I’m really glad I found this business!
Dr.Syed and his wife are amazing! First of all the most welcoming and nice people you’ll ever meet! The customer service was impeccable! Dr.Syed makes you feel so comfortable and every visit I have is filled with great conversation and of course amazing service and results! I came in for laser hair removal once last year and now again, and even after my first session over a year ago has shown lasting results and great improvement in the texture and overall look of my skin. Today was my follow up appointment after a short break from lasering and my skin feels rejuvenated and smoother than ever! If u need any type of cosmetic service pink mink is the way to go! Been coming here for the past few months for laser hair removal sessions. The results have been amazing where I don’t even need to shave anymore, and I had A LOT of hair. Just need a few more touch up sessions and I should be good!

Dr. Syed did a great job with my laser hair removal. He was very informative and answered every question. I was very comfortable and he actually calmed my nerves by explaining what the pain would be like during and what I should expect. It has been now 3 weeks since my first session of my laser hair removal appointment and there’s still no hair! Super shocked because he told me to come back in 3 weeks for another session! Anyhow, I do recommend this location and Dr. Syed for laser hair removal services. Unlike other places that require you to shave before your appointment (which is not supposed to done before laser), Dr. Syed completes your laser service without you having to shave/wax, etc before this appointment. This is actually how laser should be performed and how it’s done in other countries around the world (in Europe, just like he explained). I would recommend. The only downside is that this location is hard to travel to, especially if you’re coming from the City. I hope they plan to open another location in Queens or one of the 5 boroughs.
I was following the IG page for months before I decided to give laser a try. At the time, I was doing electrolysis, which is supposed to be a permanent solution hair growth in unwanted areas. In the long run, it’s just way too expensive and was out of the way for me. I saw Dr. Syed, and his confidence spoke for his work. He’s knowledgeable, and gives you all the information you need to know. Eases the tension about darker complexions getting laser (considering some laser places do not have the laser equipment to accommodate pigmented skin). I had 3 sessions, and on the second one I brought my mom because she struggles with the same issue I do. We both absolutely love it. Haven’t been back in a couple months because the hair is growing back so slowly, thank God! Going to schedule our next appt now (: There’s so many services available, might book for lashes too. If you’re wondering if to give them a try, you should go for it.
This is probably one of the best experiences I’ve ever had.. After my first session, I was totally amazed by the results. Dr. Syed is very informative, professional and honest. The customer service is superb. Love love love this place. I traveled from NJ twice just to get serviced here.
I had a wonderful experience here! Dr. Syed was very kind, patient, and caring. His work speaks for itself. After my first laser hair removal appointment (I did lip and chin), I had very minimal hair growth. I was supposed to have my second appointment 3 weeks later but I had no visible hair growth. Even after 4 weeks, the hair growth wasn’t too noticeable. I just finished my second treatment and I do not except to book another appointment for several months. I had treatment elsewhere years ago and I did not have these results at all. (After 5 treatments at a different place, I saw no results). I highly recommend PinkMinkNYC! You will not regret it! Lazer God is the best I did a chin and top lip lazer removal. He answer all my questions and concerns. Spoke very well, process was a breeze, and looking forward to see what my results will be. I had only one session so I will be updating! Pain was barkey tjrer just few pinch here and there I felr nothing drastic. Pain level about 1 i didnt even flinch Only thing I would suggest is before the put the numbing cream on for the lady to say hey this is numbing cream so atleast ppl can say okay whats in it or if they have any allergies. They sell some after care which is nice. Will be returning for other treatments because finally someone who can do melanated people.

First off I don’t usually leave reviews. But I felt had to for this business. I Had a great time meeting Dr Syed. I had gotten a free consult 2 months ago and then scheduled my first appointment. I was absolutely amazed. After just 1 session my razor/ acne bumps in my pubic area had begun disappearing... amazingly fast. At my 2nd session I hardly had an hair to laser. I’m not sure what machine they use but in my case it was definitely effective. Can’t wait to try their facials and brows. Thank you Pink Mink NYC. You guys are awesome!
I first found out about Pink Mink on a recommendation by my friend, and it’s been a blessing ever since! I’ve been going in for laser hair removal, but they offer all kinds of services including brows, eyelashes, facials, etc. Even stretch mark removal. And Dr. Syed is the best! First appointment was for a facial with extractions. Maureen did AMAZING! She informed me of everything she was doing as we were going. She made me feel super comfortable. I also did my first laser treatment that day. Dr. Syed was also very informative and made the first session go smooth! He also checked in to see if any hair was growing back and gave me specific instructions on what to do after my sessions. Having a laser technician who is very knowledgeable on the hair cycle and knows how to take care of people with melanin is amazing and look forward for the next body part to get treated.
I have been to pink mink 3 times in the last year going every few months for a lash lift and deep pore cleansing facial. The staff members are amazing and provide great services. I have not walked out of this salon dissatisfied once. I always get so many compliments on my lashes after a lift and have recommended this place to so many people!! I had laser hair surgery on 8/17/2021, best decision I ever made. Having chin hair as a female is embarrassing, however after one session my hair is visibly gone. The place is very clean. The staff is super nice and friendly. Dr Syed explains everything about the laser process before he begins and schedules your follow up session right after. Bonus: they were doing a training and asked if I wanted to be a model to get a free facial ( it was my lucky day lol) I would recommend this place and give it a thousand stars!
I’m just here to keep things real. My laser hair removal decision was one of the best decision of my life. I came with hair and left with no hair. After 3 weeks of my appointment my private area and under arms has lighten, the razor bumps were disappearing, I had no irritation and my hair growth was OD minimized. A friend recommended this place for her PCOS causing chin hairs and i swear it is so worth it. Best full body laser hair removal package. I compared this with many of the groupon deals but this full body package means all hair from head to toe. Though I didn’t do my head but did everything from my forehead to toes. Dr Syed explained the process and required aftercare in the initial consultation and made me very comfortable. After 2 full body sessions all hair is gone…I mean totally gone from even the toughest areas. Will update this after couple of months if I needed a third session
My first time here was great. I got my eyebrows done and the shape came out way better than I expected. I received Laser treatment for my stretch marks on my thighs and arms. Treatments doesn’t work, waste of money and time, and note this I have been here multiple times for face and back, have pics of proof doing treatments anyways this is how you really know your customers. I should charge you for being late on a Sunday morning and you can’t even call and say your running late due to some family issue but you charge me $30 for canceling 6 hours prior to my appointment

Pink Mink has been a blessing to me for my laser hair removal needs. As someone who suffers from hidradenitis suppurativa I was always told that laser hair removal was a great option for me. However, the cost for the services recommended were ridiculous for the amount of treatments recommended. Pink Mink has offered me great service at an amazing price point and Dr. Syed is awesome at what he does. Dr. Syed was knowledgeable about my skin condition, and his process/technique for hair removal further helped me with my HS in far less treatments than what was recommended by my dermatologist. I was hesitant to get my chin and neck lasered buy the hairs had gotten out of hand. Dr Syed was wonderful. He explained everything and made me feel super comfortable. His wife is also very friendly. I had 3 sessions and my chin hairs are completely gone. My neck hair is also gone and the dark spots are healing up nicely.I appreciate when someone is offering you a service is friendly and nice. After googling for a place to get my brows i found Pink Mink. Staff is friendly, they follow covid protocol so i feel safe, inside is clean and bubbly (pleasing nice aesthetic aka colors to look at). While getting my brows done i realize they offer other services such as lazer and facials. I am on my third session the process has been smooth, my baby beard is non existent. Prices are very reasonable. I would and have recommended Pink Mink to friends. Street parking available and they accept all forms of payment.

I have thick dark hair and in my one laser visit my hair is all pretty much gone. Ive spent money on packages at dermatologist offices and never had any success after 6 visits. Dr. Syed knows his product and what works. I love the pay as you go method for the services they offer. Mehreen does threading on my brows (flawless always) and together they have made me feel so comfortable in their beautiful and well kept salon. I highly recommend if your looking for service that WORKS!
I started coming to this place to just do my eyebrows. They were always so friendly, kind and always smiling. They’re so attentive! I then considered to do the laser for my underarms, my legs and my upper lip and I was in AWE with my results with just ONE session! Wow. Today I got my second session and I don’t have to do anymore in those areas! I am planning on getting more laser done in other parts of my body and PINK MINK will definitely be where I’ll be doing it!! Syed did an amazing job ! And I am really happy with my results ! I got my brows/lashes laminated and I loved the results :) I never had a facial before and I am so glad it was with her. Ive done laser hair removal and a facial here so far and its been super effective. The laser hair removal here is unlike the other places. It is high quality and their price is unbeatable. I have been getting extension for over 6 years now . I have been to many different salons within those 6 years too... With that being said I love this place , it’s comfortable, clean, friendly and professional. I found my perfect go-to spot here close to my house. I have done my extensions twice with Lash tech Mehreen and I don’t have any complaints , Lashes have lasted up to 4 weeks for me , not saying that some don’t fall off because they do. But both times I still had most of the lashes by week 3. It really depends on how you take care of them and I think waiting 72 hrs before you wet them at all is crucial. I have been to other places , which resulted in a waste of time and money. I have challenging lashes - short and sparse but both times the results were excellent. Also the owner is extremely kind & friendly. Prices are affordable I was paying $200 in City but the same set here is $100 for my natural !!!HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place for your lash & brow needs !!!
Ive probably done over a dozen laser sessions before at multiple places using Groupon. But nowhere ever got rid of the hair. After 3 sessions at Pink Mink I started seeing noticeable differences on my areas. I have PCOS so doing just 2 sessions would not work for me. My hair was dark and coarse but now its become very light and thin (even my skin got clearer). Dr. Syed is very knowledgeable on the subject matter and does his utmost best to get you the results you need. Try it and see for yourself!
Ive been struggling with very embarrassing chin and neck hair since I was in Highschool. It started at a young age and I was using really cheap and random razors to fix it. But it only fixed it temporarily. As a result, I began to get a lot of razor bumps, and really bad dark marks. It was really tough growing up with it. I was embarrassed to date, and make friends. It took a extremely hard toll on my self esteem. I tried so many things from waxing , nair and even threading. Nothing helped. Till the day my sister sent me one of the posts that Pink Mink posted. The before and after was incredible, I was immediately excited to try it. I was a little worried at first that it would be costly, but when I went to book an appointment I was immediately extra happy. Their prices were super affordable and I said okay. It wont hurt to try it out. Here I am two laser hair sessions later and the growth has stopped or practically slowed down immensely. I no longer have bumps , and with their after care tips my dark marks are disappearing. Once my laser treatments are done, Ill start micro needling to really go after those dark marks. Either way, I owe them so much. I thank God for giving them the vision to open The Pink Mink NYC. My self esteem has grown and Im genuinely happy to walk around without makeup again. Truly worth all my coins. The Pink Mink is really amazing you guys. If you were wondering whether or not to go, please do! I travel 1 hr + for their services. They are truly worth it! FYI. I went on October 6 for dermaplaning with extractions and the female technician was so patient and informative and gentle with me. Went back two weeks later for laser hair removal and Dr.Syed was so gentle to the touch. They make you feel so comfortable and they talk to you throughout the procedure. They even consult with you about any problems or concerns you may have. And even better they’re not so expensive either. I would love to see them open more offices in all boroughs. They’ve got a customer for life!

I have been loyal client since 2 years and I have been going to their senior brow tech Mehreen since she was working in Queens. She is very attentive and professional with her eyebrow and eyelash services. She has helped me grow my eyebrow from very thin pencil line to full soft medium arched brows. He hand is very gentle when it comes to waxing my upper lip or threading my brows. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I will follow her wherever she goes.

Im so grateful I came across Pink Mink NYC. This is literally the first time I found a lash tech that makes my lash extension last. Not to mention, I have been doing my lashes for years and never had lashes that last so long until I came across Merheem. She literally the best lash tech I ever had. Best waxing spot in Long Island!!I came to this spa after my friend got her vajacial done. I tried their vajacial with Hard wax and I had the best experience ever, my waxing tech explained the difference between hard & soft wax. Waxing tech told me that they only use Hard wax for Brazilian area. I have been to multiple waxing salons and spa but I have never seen any place following strict ‘ No double dipping ‘ rule. They were very clean and sanitized with proper dirty container for used metal instruments like scissor and tweezer. They also had barbicide container displayed for the clean tweezers.I was very comfortable throughout the whole process, my waxing tech took her time and did a very clean job!Owner of this place is also very nice and accommodating , because if was 20 mins late to my appointmentA happy customer will always leave a review only because they were treated right and I’m one of them
Saw their page on my IG and decided to gift my little sister a treatment at Pinkmink. They are very friendly, professional, affordable and the doctor is the best. If you have chest hair and facial hair you really want to get rid off before your vacation or wedding . Don’t get that Gucci bag or slippers get yourself a good laser treatment. 😌you’ll thank me later .

This quarantine has wreaked havoc on my brows and skin however thanks to Pink Mink NYC Ive been able to bring my brows and skin back to life with just a single visit. The recommendation came from a girlfriend who is very particular about who she trusts to tame her brows. During these trying times, we all need to feel safe when we visit places providing beauty services. Before even making an appointment I sent a message to the owners via their Instagram page and Mehreen responded immediately. She answered all of my questions about their cleanliness, safety protocol, and services offered. She reviewed my photos and made suggestions that were inexpensive as well as practical. I originally wanted to shape my brows with threading and have microblading performed however Mehreen suggested shaping and henna. She said that this would give me a better idea of what I looked like rather than just charging me $$$ for microblading. At no point in time did she ever try to upsell me by offering services which I didnt need even though I initially wanted microblading. On the day of the actual appointment, I visited their location in Williston Park. Its bright, open, airy, and clean. Mehreen and her husband Dr. Syed are the ultimate #powercouple. They are everything we want and expect in business owners during these difficult times. They are genuine, caring, compassionate and friendly. This is my first time doing laser hair removal, and I never had a wax before in my life. I can definitely say I will not be needing to wax ever in life. They were so good and polite. She washed her hands, kept her mask on, and also encouraged her customers to do so as well. The waiting area of the spa adds a great ambience and dope layout for this unique spot. I found this place on Instagram after observing them for about 6 months. So finally I decided to give them a try and I was extremely satisfied with how my eyebrow came out. I have been struggling with large gaps in my eyebrows and it would take me an hour or so to shape them every morning. I did consultation for my brows in which they showed me different styles and colors. They did shade match for me in medium-dark Brows. I’m so in love with my eyebrows now .. I decided to try natural strokes which gave me natural but fuller looking eyebrows. I could not be more pleased!!!They came out so natural looking!!thank you so much Pink Mink !!!

I got my lashes and eyebrows done after finding them on Instagram. Only reason why I’m giving them two stars is because they’re very professional and attentive. However when it came to my lashes, although at first it looked nice- I’ve had better done before for much cheaper but I was still satisfied only because it was a last minute lash appointment before I went off to my vacation. I was impressed at first because she did achieve the look I wanted and did my eyebrows well. But literally the next following day, so many of the lashes fell off. And only from then on more and more kept coming off. The lashes literally did NOT even last a week. I came back New York with not a single lash in sight. I can tell the glue was used was definitely cheap or low quality.I was also so not impressed with the lashes she used. I didn’t realize after they started coming out but she attached cluster lashes onto my lashes instead of single ones, which I feel like is the easy way out when it comes to applying lash extensions. The cluster lashes ended up being wayyy too heavy for my lashes which explains why it came off so easily. And yes I did follow the procedure of not letting them get for 48 hours. I understand clusters add more volume but to apply it to every single lash makes me question her credibility and skills.“The problem with most cluster eyelash extensions is that they are applied to multiple eyelashes at once and the bases are usually bulky from the adhesive that holds them together, which causes follicle tension. Because lashes grow at different stages, the tension from the cluster can cause premature lash loss. This can lead to a type of permanent hair loss called Traction Alopecia if done repeatedly.” SO YES LADIES YOU ARE PUTTING YOURSELF AT RISK BY GOING TO THIS SPECIFIC SALON FOR EYELASH EXTENSIONS. She only uses clusters not individual lashes.*** After a brief phone call, I’ve been informed that they use volume fans and not cluster eye lash extensions. Nonetheless my lashes still did not last a week.***The salon has a beautiful set up and is definitely welcoming. I’m not sure how the other services are but I am definitely not going back for lash extensions.*****Now after that brief phone call, I can honestly say I am utterly disgusted by how they treat customers. Understand as a business owner, you will have some customers that are not happy with your service and some who will absolutely love it.Ive had the owner personally contact me and bribe me into taking my honest review down, and tried to falsify my experience by calling me a liar about the fact that my lashes fell off. He literally said he’d pay me double if I deleted this post because my experience is causing damage to his business. Not only is that unethical but they are actually beyond immature and petty to post falsely used words on their Instagram story, quoting “these are the best lashes and brows done I’ve ever gotten done and I’m officially cheating on my previous brow/lash tech”. So not only are they lying about my words, and twisting it up for their own benefit, but they’re so hurt at the fact that I kept it real with my review. I would never gas this lady like that and say it’s best lash experience I ever had, same with my eyebrows. You’re getting wayyyy too ahead of yourself. First time I cheated on my lady- congrats you got the job done! Don’t gas yourself on your skill levels now.After clearing the misunderstanding that they use fans and not clusters they continue to be disgusting. I’ve had the owner personally bash me and insult me for stating my experience with these lashes. 2022-04-16I love coming here, after just two sessions of a Brazilian and underarm laser hair removal Im basically hairless. The shop is super clean and comfortable, you never have to wait once you come in you are seen. The process is very fast and the machinery that Dr.Syed uses is amazing. I used to wax and i would never go back. I also have very dark skin and coarse hair and the laser he uses is great for my skin type. No more bumps or hyperpigmentation. 2022-01-25I have been coming to Pink Mink for less than a year and Dr. Syed changed my ENTIRE LIFE! I went from shaving every day to never shaving AGAIN! The price is worth it. He isn’t some random with a laser. He’s a legit MD, who gives you actual skin care tips that are practical and they work. His facility is clean, the vibe is perfect and everyone is super welcoming. I don’t have to come often, but when I do, I’m excited because I know Dr. Syed is going to get me right!
