Absolutely disgusting customer service. I went there twice to try to get work done to see if the first experience I had was just a one-time thing. They barely acknowledge you when you walk in and expect you to acknowledge them. The workers are literally inside the store when you walk in working and smoking cigarettes and doing embroidery at the same time. If I can give this place zero Stars I would

Great quality embroidery and printing. Hilda and David always do a great job. I have been working with them for over 10 years and they always go above and beyond to make sure everything is done on time and perfectly. It is great that they can fix the artwork right there on the premises. They have even printed and embroidered rush orders for me, even on holidays! Both of them have great knowledge and David is a perfectionist, always wanting the jobs to look perfect! They are booth very friendly and accommodating! A great place to work with. It is refreshing to finding a couple that has such dedication.

Hands down the best embroidery in America. These people are engineers at their job. My order took a little longer than expected because my design was very detailed and small on the left chest. David said he ran the sample at least a half dozen times before it came out perfect. When I picked up my order I could tell too. You could read 10 mm lettering on my embroidered design from across the room. It was a carbon copy of my digitally printed logo which I supplied them. For a second they had me fooled. At first glance it almost looked like a silk screen because of how clear everything was. Apparently Hilda, the in house digitizer, has been at this for over 25 years! Hands down would recommend this mom and pop shop to anyone who cares about the quality of embroidery. I assure you that you won’t be disappointed.

Best mom & pop shop embroiderers in NYC! Ive used them several times to make embroidered logos on caps, shirts, bags and towels for my company. They are helpful with advising over what materials and colors would look best to compliment our logo while also fulfilling all of our often complicated requests. They are super accommodating, quick with their service and the quality of the finished product is the best Ive seen (and I know this, because Ive used other embroiderers before). Ive never seen a single piece that wasnt perfect. I love supporting local businesses that truly have great service, and this one deserves it. So happy with all the work theyve done for us!

RUDE OLD OWNERS. No sense of customer service. Doesn’t know how to speak in a well manner to make new customers comfortable. Raciest white couple, no safety pro-cations for Covid 19. Over priced due to pandemic. This place needs to be shut down

Rude owner,I asked to get my lab coat embroidered she refused to show me any font samples. She wants me to do the embroidery without picking my own font.
