Ive been getting the gram consistently since moving to Guilderland four years ago. Never had a bad pie.
Generous portions, good pub fare, and friendly attentive service.
Struggling with staffing along with the rest of us so if you want table service be sure to make a reservation. You can get food to go and take it out too. They have delicious pizza (similar to Buffalo style if you are familiar) On Wednesdays you can take out their popular chicken Parm (or fish or eggplant). Check it out and support local for sure!
Brand new waitress tonight. I think her name was Sherry. 1st night as a waitress.Better than most that Ive had.Delicious food and great service.Thank you and highly recommend.
We ordered bbq boneless wings for the kids, we got mild at least not bbq, super peppery, they couldn’t even eat it, thank god we ordered 2 things of fries. I got Buffalo chicken wrap, wilted lettuce, not enough stuffing to the wrap! Friend got salmon salad, we ordered ahead, picked up ten minutes past when they said would be ready and still had to wait another 10 at least. Not okay. We watched one of the cooks or preps with a pumpkin mask while we waited, our wings could have been given to the person in front of us, and we were given mild instead, my kids will eat bbq but not anything with pepper, which isn’t included in any bbq base.
From the outside I wasnt sure how the food would be and when youre from the city you know were picky about pizza. Absolutely amazing!!! We found our new pizza place! We had it for dinner last night I loved it! Thank you!!!
This is our first visit to Pizza Gram Plus. We ordered pizza & wings. The food was fabulous & ready as promised. Nick & staff were exceptional. Well definitely be back.Patty & Ed.
I have been to Pizza Gram before and really love their food but that was back when you can sit down. They had a great menu. Now, they just have a simple menu. The food is good but not nearly as vast a menu as they used to have. I cant wait until they reopen and start serving in the restaurant. Just take out now
Food was terrible the staff were overwhelmed and still managed to be friendly with a positive attitude if the owners put in half the effort of our waitress the place not be that bad , definitely not wouldnt go back or recommend

Third time in a row ordering a pizza with toppings all over the place. I even requested under special requests to keep the topping separate.If you have gastric issues or allergies, find someplace else to order from.
Ive never gotten something that wasnt delicious! Id highly recommended it! They also were able to get my pizza and when order cooked in a very reasonable amount of time on Super Bowl Sunday. Ive also going to their sit down restaurant a couple of times in the past, which was, again, very delightful.
The chicken parm pizza tasted like it was cooked yesterday. The Chicken parm topping was dried out. Im wondering if they took it off someones plate from Chicken parm night. That as a waste of money.
When my order was ready they delivered the pizza to my car as I was waiting in the parking lot , didnt even need to go inside!The pizza was excellent , with crispy crust and a flavorful sauce. Highly recommended.

Went to the Wednesday night chicken parm special for the first time with my wife this week. Absolutely super! Large portions with pasta and great sauce. Even a salad to start for great special price. Our sever, Michelle R. was wonderful. She was friendly, fast and constantly checking back on us to see how our meal was considering the place was full. We will definitely be back again in the future. Worth 5 STARS!
I will never order again from this establishment after their insanely unprofessionalism. On countless occasions upon picking up an order, the staff for pick up curse and degrade each other, in front of customers. This has not only happened once, but numerous times. Also, I placed an order at 4:29 pm and was told the pizza would be ready at 4:54. Upon arriving at Pizza Gram at 5:07, I was told that I had an additional 25 minutes to wait because they had a lot of orders. Upon further questioning, the employee just shrugged his shoulders at me and told me I had to wait. Pizza Gram was and is extremely unprofessional and degrading. I will no longer order from this establishment due to their extremely unprofessional nature.
Ive never had anything but excellent food here! There doing a great job with the times we are in, very fast take out. Cant wait till they return to indoor dining!
Talk about AMAZING!!! By far the best meal we have had in quite some time. Reasonably priced, friendly, and fast. Id give them 10 stars if I could. This was our first time in New York, and what an impression Pizza Gram made. If we are ever up this way again we WILL be back for more. Thanks for the amazing meal and kindness. Keep it up!
Was there for dinner tonight with my husband. Horrible the waitress and all the other young staff was more interested on socializing than taking care of customers. Our appetizer was cold our dinner was cold asked for bread twice never received it. Then when the waitress came over to ask how things were I told her the food was cold she asked did I want a container to take it home. Thanks for caring. First time we have ever has such horrible service and food. I dont blame the restaurant I blame the young social butterflies
Really nicer selection of pizzas and Italian dishes. Lots of variety with great flavors. Specials are just that, special in a really good way and they are at a Great price. I had haddock parmesan. It was really cheesy and the haddock was still crisp! My daughter had a small Greek salad. It was a very generous portion with lots of different, classical, Greek ingredients. They service was really friendly and attentive. It was a great experience!
Ordered online where they ask for your vehicle info for Curbside pickup. After waiting for 5 minutes for them to come to the car I ventured inside. I found 4 workers inside with no mask or wearing it below their nose. Great food but if they can’t be bothered to wear masks properly how sanitary is the rest of their operation?

Very good Chicken Parm special. Good portion, tasty Italian sauce and fresh Italian bread. This was the sit down restaurant. Apparently, a lot has changed since covid. Pizza Gram is take out only. Last order of a roast beef submarine was totally ruined by ham, which definitely does not go well with roast beef. I suspect they probably ran out of roast beef and turkey, so they tried to pull a fast one, like I wouldnt notice. Sorry, the sub was utterly disgusting, therefore no more business for Pizza Gram Plus. I thought it was totally unacceptable.
Promptly seated. Great menu selections. Menu choices run the gamut from pizza, soups, and salads to fine Italian and American dinner specials. Waitresses are experienced and attentive. The side salads are average, but the large salads are HUGE and are carefully crafted from a great variety of ingredients. Large silent TV screens adorn the tops of most walls. Prices are average. Lunch for two before tax and tip are typically in the upper 20s. Allow double that for two of their generous dinners with adult beverages.
Food was good, portions are large. Service was great. Waitress was able to get bacon on my cheddar fries (highly recommend btw). Calzones are great, wings are good. Will be back again soon!
Ordered large round NY style pizza and what I received was far from NY style. The crust was very thick and sauce was to sweet.
Sauce was jar sauce and so plain I’m embarrassed to have ordered here from a recommendation for their pizza . No heart goes into their cooking. Only $$$$$$$$$$$$

Excellent staff. Great looking place. Loved the food. Had our rehearsal dinner and gender reveal party there. They were awesome! Food is outstanding too. Wednesdays there are crazy though.Only negative i would say is their pickup times are way off. Last 4 times weve ordered for pickup ive had to wait there for 20 to 30 mins and i got there right when they told me it would be done. Wasn t happy about that.
You can find a little bit of everything here and cant go wrong with anything!! I highly recommend the italian mix pizza. Never in my life have I ever had a combination of meats on a pizza that taste so good. Very hearty portions of food. You will surely have to get a to go box. Way more than just a pizza place!
Ok let’s start by saying I’m picky!!!! Pizza Gram is the BOOM . COM!!! Not one issue not one time. Every time we order there it’s literally perfect and we have tried a lot. Nice little hidden gem for Guilderland or Altamont. I’ll be bringing all my clients here when the time calls for it. Keep it crew.
Took our Atria Senior Living residents for a pizza lunch today at Pizza Gram Plus. We had a wonderful time. Excellent service, food was good! Our residents want to know when we can go back! Definitely recommend!
My daughter was finishing up her semester in college. I thought it would be nice for my husband and I to take her out for a nice dinner. We arrived at Pizza Gram and were seated by the hostess. Two couples came in approximately 5 minutes after. They were given a basket of bread, and their drink order was taken. No one approached our table at all. I had to ask the hostess if someone would be coming to attend to us. It was very disappointing as we had a similar experience back in 2007 when we first moved to Guilderland. I have to say that Joey in the take-out section of the restaurant is AWESOME! I guess a family of color is invited to buy take out from this restaurant, but not welcome to dine in. We went to the Recovery Room and spent our money at a restaurant that makes ALL people feel welcomed. Joey, keep doing what you are doing, and God will bless you abundantly. We will not visit this restaurant again!
Nice, decent-sized restaurant and bar specializing in Italian food. They have seafood, chicken, veal and, of course, pasta specialties - say, ten different dinners in each of those categories. Reasonably priced and good service, although one dinner order for a party of 7 got screwed up. I recommend it in will go back again.
Fabulous pizza! Some of the best in the area for sure! Wait time is looong so be prepared but it is worth it for sure. Nice wait staff too - went both times with kids - a lacrosse tram and a family dinner and they were great and attentive.
Went in around 12:30 and was the only person in the restaurant. Didnt take long to figure out why. The French Onion Soup was very bland and had no taste. The best thing I can say about the pizza is that it was edible. Service was decent, but by being the only customer, I would expect that.
Consistency is key here... Where else on earth can you get a full chicken parmigiana dinner with soup or salad for $8.95? Their pizza is also good and the kitchen is spotless. Loss of a star due to not having free soda refills. Beer specials nightly...
Nicely redone bar/restaurant. Bar has cathedral ceilings with tons of light and ample TVs to watch sports, news, whatever. The bartender we had was accomodating and attentive. The food is just okay but there are weeknight dinner specials worth the trip.
The Bartender wasnt friendly at all. Then after spending nearly $150.00 between me and my 2 friends including dinner and drinks it still took nearly 20 minutes to finally get her attention to get our bill. Im not happy with my experience there considering this was my first time there. I will say the entrees where very delicious though.
Im very picky for my pizza and they hit it on all stops ,brown on the bottom ,not burned on top. And no gooey dough...so far so good mmm try em out today !

I ordered chicken Parmesan dinners probably more than anyone . Ive tried a lot of places this place has them all beat . The portion size is phenomenal and the taste is awesome. Had my daughters 2nd bday catered by them too. All the Italian dishes were exceptional. Highly recommend.
The food is great and the waitstaff are wonderful but something has to be done about the main dining room. You can’t hear the person you’re sitting next to. There’s nothing to dampen sound and the conversation fills the room with oppressive noise.
First time Ive been there since their reopening. Quality of the ingredients were seriously disappointing. Obviously they are trying to save money, but it was quite clear.

I did not enjoy Pizza Gram. Ive been there plenty of times and I must say it isnt good at all. The staff is slow and the food is terrible. My mom once found a paper towel in her salad. They said it was the paper towels they use to dry the lettuce with. But, It still was a full paper towel. And not only that I have found a hair in my pizza, that I was never found of in the beginning. We will not be going there any time soon. Oh and they added on a part to Pizza Gram not that long ago and they changed the roof to bright red but they only changed the roof to the place they added onto. They kept the original one on. I do not think it looks good, at all.
I will never order from this S**T hole again. My daughter ordered a pizza from here and it was a pieces of dough stuck together when we got it. She called to complain after we got it and they said they would charge less because they were out of dough and they had to find some to make it. Then they forgot the soda so we had to go back and get and they still charged us. So I called to make a complaint and the manager was so rude and disgusting to me and blamed me for it. He said his workers told him they told my daughter they were going on vacation so they had no dough and they would have to look for odds and ends of dough to make a pizza which is not true because if it was we would have ordered from a pizza place who actually has pizza dough. He said whatta want your money back? He didnt even once say sorry to me nothing he was so snarky and rude and being a business person myself I would never talk to a customer like that and I would do anything I can to make it right. Not this place they dont care about the customers they are lazy inconsiderate jerks.

I called to order a pizza for delivery from Pizza Gram around the corner from my house (maybe 2 miles). “No orders over the phone”. I had to go online. A $9 FOUR CUT PERSONAL pizza ended up being a $22 order. A $7 delivery fee and a mandatory $5 tip. And over an hour delivery time. I will NEVER give them my business again..I am disgusted.
Great local family restaurant. It has an attached sports bar but Ive never had an issue with that. There are 2 dinning rooms. One has large screens for watching sorts, the other has a cozy, quiet feel with a fireplace. Wednesday nights are always busy because its parm special night. You get a giant chicken, veal or eggplant parm with a large plate of pasta. Any other night you can share this 3-4 meal plate, but on Wednesday with the cheaper price they want everyone ordering their own. Their pizzas are great. Theyre not quite a NYC style, but very typical of upstate. My personal favorite is the deep dish. The service can be hit and miss, but if you get one of their veteran servers, youll be very happy. Wednesdays are always slow, but thats due to the enormous volume of parms they are cranking out.
Two words, Parm Night. If you are looking for an excellent meal on the cheap on Wednesday nights, go to Pizza Gram. The portion is amazing and the taste is excellent. Salad, Eggplant, Chicken or Haddock Parm and a side of pasta for $8.95. Might be a slight wait at the typical dinner hour, but it is worth it.
Tonight June 30th 2017. The wordt experience and service here. My wife and I met 2 other couples for dinner. 1 couple got there 1st and ordered a drink and a pizza for their dinner. The 2nd couple joined them a few minutes later. My wife and I got there about 20 minutes late. They were having their drinks when ee arrived. After a few minutes the waitress stopped at our table and took our drink and appetizer order. A few minutes later she took our dinner order. To make this long story short, the first couple did not receive their order until the 4 of us received our dinners and had finished them. Also about 6 tabled of 4 or more came in after we got there and were served and half way completed their meals and our 1st couple as still not served. We asked the waitress many times to check and each time it would be out shortly. We asked if we could have the manager come to our table, the waitress said he would not. When their dinner did come out couple one asked for it to go. We said they should get yhe dinner free and not be charged. Waitress went back to the manager and he said would give them a couple of bucks off the bill? We conveyed to the waitress that we would never come here again and would be sure yo pass this experience to anyone planning on going there. We let her know we have been customers for years and management would not see us again and his actions were not appropriate for good customer service. A 1 star rating would be generous
Pizza Gram has the BEST pizza in Guilderland/Albany. Ive eaten from many of the local establishments in the area and while I can say, theres no shortage of good pizza around here, Pizza Gram is the king. The best of the best.
Fantastic local pizza place. If you like deep pan pizza then this is the place to go. The shrimp scampi pizza is normally pretty good and this is the only place I will ever order shrimp scampi pizza.
We were there last night, fabulous large meals, great waitress, low prices.Had a great time, my wife loved it too. Very relaxing time our best place to go.

The absolute worst service I have ever received. After trying to get through on the phone for 15 mins, we ordered a 24 cut pizza. It took and hour and 15mins for them to deliver it. When we finally got the pizza it came in two 12 cut pies. When we opened the boxes there was a slice of pizza that someone had already eaten. After chasing the delivery guy down (Dan) he said sorry, he didnt know why someone would do that and that it was his first day. He begged us not to tell his boss, took the pie with the eaten slice and still charged us $20 for the pie that wasnt pre eaten.
The person taking the delivery order was not very good at taking orders. He repeatedly made errors and asked questions that were literally answered by me the previous sentence. Additionally I was called back and asked for my card info again, because...you guessed it, another mistake. (Side note: Im not comfortable with businesses that ask for the Zip code associated with your card. Thats just TMI if you ask me.) so the driver shows up, after he blew by me because either Mr. phone man didnt relay my message to call me in route, or he just doesnt follow instructions either. He arrives, sees me as I approach him...and never gets out of his car. The Last time I checked I ordered pizza and wings, Not crystal meth. Get out of the car buddy, show some initiative! And now we get to the food. The wings were...just not good and Im not sure exactly why. Too dry? Idk but they were very boring, and mind you I had a side of garlic Parmesan with those and it still didnt elevate these boring wings. And finally the pizza ☹️. Personal pan, buffalo chicken. Horrible. Just---horrible. Im assuming they saturated the pizza crust with some other type of sauce than tomato or even blue cheese or ranch. It was this spaghettiOs style sweet and mild sauce that single-handedly destroyed this already subpar pizza beyond repair. I threw away two slices ladies and gentlemen. I can handle poor service. I can handle pricey food. But I will never accept garbage pizza from a Pizza restaurant, that additionally has very poor service. The owners should be ashamed of themselves. What an embarrassment.
My father-in-law used to love Pizza Gram. Hed go to Chicken Parm night with my brother-in-law and his family, and my husband and I would take him and my mother-in-law out for pizza on Friday nights for many years. Even after he became ill and homebound, we would drive past many pizzerias to bring him pizza from Pizza Gram. The night before his funeral, on a Thursday, 9 members of the family went to eat at Pizza Gram. We were told that they could not accommodate such a large party unless we wanted to sit at opposite sides of the restaurant. We indicated that we were willing to wait until space opened up and that we were a family in town for a funeral. It didnt matter. We were told we should have called in advance if we expected any restaurant to seat such a large group and we would have to sit separately...end of story. Two months prior they had seated 7 of us on a weekend evening without any advance warning. One last plea...again we said we would wait, that Dad had loved this restaurant and we had come to celebrate his life in a place he had enjoyed. It didnt matter. Apparently they would rather turn away 9 customers than be accommodating. We drove to a competitors establishment, where two tables were immediately pushed together and we were treated with respect. Pizza Gram lost several long-standing customers that evening.
Dont bother. I live less than two miles away and I got a nasty attitude over the phone saying that they only do delivery orders online and if your address doesnt come up, they wont deliver. Their pizza is really not even that good for how expensive it is, and for that attitude, Ill get pizza elsewhere.

Very good food they have a bar area with a large TV great for game nights or a more slow and quite seating area for a nice family dinner definitely check it out... food is a little pricey
Chicken parm night.....Been here the last two weeks running and havent been disappointed yet. Parking is a little tough but thats okay. The first week we went we had 7 people it was busy we waited about 15 minutes for a table. The 2nd time we had 19 people and the table was ready when we arrived. Very very nice place great food even better staff....check the place out if you have time.
Got a large pepperoni pizza here and it was very good.
They dont let you reserve tables for parm nite,yet people who Work there have their family come in cut in line & go to a reserved table. If you dont want one of the little tables for 2 where you have the table so full after food comes out & you have no room for all the plates on it to eat. Even if youve been waiting a while theyll sit the next people who are 3 @ a table for 4. All of us have to wait except workers families. Rules should be for all not some. Ive even the workers families of 3 sit at a table of 6. Just walk right in & sit. Even with a long line
I am 80 years old and i cant order a pizza unless i order on line .ok but i have no computer and woulden know how.Carmen road is senoir houseing with over 100 seniors in each building about 5 all total . I guess we dont count

Id recommend Wednesday night parm night for $10. The chicken parm serving is gigantic. The service is excellent most of the time. Really like this place but it could use minor improvements to consistency.
Whats not to like about PARMIGIAN night at PGP?huge portions of quality food, salad and bread for under $10 including tax. add a soft drink...and you and your partner have a serious dinner for $25...and likely take home more than enough food for lunch-for-two the next day.LOVE THIS PLACE...enough to drive a few miles to get there...try it on a wednesday...but know that it is BUSY because of the quality and value that is offered.

$3.75 to substitute garlic and oil for sauce? That’s just bad business and extremely cheap of them. Never been a huge fan of their food and that just solidified I won’t be back.

Food was pretty bad sauce was ice cold chicken parm was cooked very well done chicken was very hard the only good thing about it was the bread was soft my husband and i would not go back there to eat ever when i told the waitress the chicken was terrible she said do you want to take it home i said i couldnt eat it here why would i take it home i will never get any food there again

This place has great food, if you can get a hold of anyone to place an order! Just spent 49 mins trying to call in an order.keep getting busy dial tone and got hung up on after 3 mins. of phone ringing 7x. Gave up and had to go somewhere else.

Pizza was great but we waited quite a while for our food even though the restaurant was not busy. Lots of staff on hand but they all stood at the desk talking while we waited for our food.

If they manage to get your take out order ready on time then there is probably something wrong with the order. Never a positive experience which is a shame because theyre so close to home.
Best pizza and wings...yet to go and sit down for dinner but will. Based upon take out , we have to try more.
Great place for lunch or dinner, great for friends and families. BIG menu, and great marinara sauce! Also a great place to stop and sit at the bar for a beverage or two.
Ive only had takeout from there. But it has always been delicious! And the staff are friendly which is a big plus for me.
Chicken parm special was more than fair. 3 of us dined with drinks and steamers, bill was $45 before tip.
I enjoyed the atmosphere, the menu was wide and reasonably priced. The drinks were slightly pricey.
Bartender Mackenzie (sp?) is freakin awesome! Our hoop team goes here most Thursdays. Quick, smiling service is the best, dontcha think!

Onion soup was not toasted...clams casino was a brown mush not bread crumbs...and cavatellis were not cooked...sent food back..waitress was horrible and says well Ill take the soup off but thats all I can do....was horrible

2022-04-06I ordered a bbq pizza tonight and when we got the pizza right away you can see the BBQ sauce looks waayy watered down . We let the waitress know we didn’t like the pizza , she was helping others while speaking to us from across the dinning room about our experience, she asked me if I read the menu ..from across the dinning room .. obviously I felt a little shocked .. and mad . So she brings the pizza back to the kitchen to make sure it’s a bbq pizza even tho I told her I knew it was it just didn’t taste good at all. She brings the pizza back and says no I can’t take it off of your bill because this is what you ordered. But wait , I didn’t ask for it to come off my bill , I continued to let her know the bbq sauce was the cheapest tasting bbq sauce I think I’ve had .. ever , and she says LOL 🤦🏼♀️ It’s homemade .. so you took a bbq sauce and mixed it with water . That’s how that tasted . Anyway the ordeal left me laughing because the waitress straight acted like she just didn’t care , yea pizza was $20 for a 12 cut , but what was even funnier is she said and I quote” I told you not to order the square pizza … and she did too while I was ordering .. said the round pizza tastes better .. well yikes for your pizza and yikes to the service … since you’ve opened your dinning room it’s clear your cutting major corners to cut costs .. not just my review says this either…. PHOTO ATTACHED BECAUSE THATS WHAT WE ULTIMATELY DECIDED TO EAT INSTEAD.. SAVE YOURSELVES AND GO GRAB SOME PAESANS PIZZA RIGHT DOWN THE ROAD ..

2021-12-04Ok lets talk garlic knots... these are what seem like bread dough...they really are not decent.. opening a garlic knot they should be soaked thur with all the galric mixture these arent..they also were cooked to long. Also for me garlic knots that are hot should be good cold these are horriable cold..just like hard day old bread...not made with pizza dough i can tell the texture diffrence🤢 im only eating them cuz i dont waste my food

2022-05-08My Mother’s Day Shrimp scampi pizza was undercooked today. The toppings were as ordered, very delicious too. But because I took it on our picnic , I couldn’t cook it of course, so I ate 1 and when I got home,,cooked it another 10;mins.Next order I will ask for a crispy crust. Ty to the friendly staff& efficiently too.

2019-06-08Great diversity of food offered. The take out area was a bit hectic and unorganized. The few people waiting were unsure of where to go, and employees offered no order to the situation. They sort of just looked at all of us, waiting. It was a little awkward, but then again it was Friday night around dinner. Calzone i had was amazing, and everyone loved the cheese fries.
