New Pizza Guys is widely chosen for delicious food with absolute great experience ! We had Buffalo chicken yummy hot pizza - round pie topped with buffalo Chicken, where you get more than what you pay for a selection.Very clean, delicious food and excellent service quality.I must visit whenever get a chance.
I order from these guys at least weekly, Ive tried all the other delivery places that come to my house and they are by far the best. Food is always on time, correct, warm, and delivery people are always friendly. The one time they forgot a small item they drove back to deliver it, vs. just taking it off the bill which was awesome. Highly recommend.
Would not recommend to anyone. Worst pizza ever! The crust reminded me of cheap frozen pizza. I had better pizza in high school back in the 80s. I have actually had better frozen pizza. I personally will never be ordering from here again
Not good. This is based on the pizza. It was a greasey mess. Thin crust that given the amount of grease doesnt hold up well. Also almost no sauce..... given this was the first time I have eaten there so it could have been an off day. I have heard the wings are good, but is it is Pizza your after keep going down the road there are 2 much better places... ALSO I HAVE NO RESPECT FOR A RESTAURANT THAT HAS FAMILY AND FRIENDS WRITE FAKE REVIEWS TO HELP OUT YOUR RATING AND DEFRAUD THE PUBLIC. if you want better ratings make better food.
Ordered for the first time. Pizza is cheap like 7/11 or Little Cease but cost the same as high end restaurants. They didnt follow my order instructions either.
Best wings Ive had in a while!Really love pizza guys restaurant. Wings are great and pizza is even better! Good selection, so picky eaters have a lot to choose from.
I ordered a turkey sub. The turkey was so thick and processed. It looked more like a prepackaged and widely distributed turkey that you would buy from save a lot. The meat to veggie ratio was off as well. I will say i liked the bread. Cant say the service was terrible the order arrived in a timely fashion. However it is clear to me that they dont buy quality ingredients. Prioritizing cheap ingredients over making a quality sub is not something that will keep you above the competition here in an area where there are dozens more pizza places to choose from.
Pros: Great pizza place with halal options ( inluding salam, chicken). Taste is great, thin pizza, also has halal chicken wings. I tried, primevera, chicken pizza, sweet potato fries and wings.Cons: Little away from city center ( in Lancaster). Not a lot of pizza sauces. I did not like mango sauce over fries, but my wife did.
I order from this place regularly, NOT ANYMORE.Terrible service and the staff has become irresponsible and rude.Numerous times my orders have been canceled, late or just not show up.YOU GIVE BUFFALO PIZZA A BAD NAME.1 year long customer lost.
We just ordered a pizza and two subs from this place. Hair in not only one but two of the subs. This is all on top of the guy who delivered my contactless pizza had a clear glove on with blood on his finger. I really wanted to try and support this place but just can’t do it. These folks could have cared less that this happened and actually called us back and said “Did you just call, oh okay would you like to order food”. Some folks just don’t know what they are doing or how to manage restaurants.
These are by far the best calzones Ive ever had. The portions are huge, my kids absolutely love these calzones. I have also ordered quite a few other things from them and I must say the garlic knots are a must try as well as a bruschetta bread. The staff is super friendly and accommodating as well. Highly recommend a must try!
I have come to pizza guys when it was with the previous owner perfecto and now with the new owners pizza guys. I liked both, however the new owners for pizza guys have done an even more improvement. With the quality of the food. The taste is even better and the quality is very satisfactory. much more of a selection as well. The menu contains a ton of stuff. really liked the subs and the wings also. I order from pizza guys alot more now
Im not sure why this has so many glowing reviews... They completely screwed-up our order, and it was like cheap frozen pizza! The sauce and the cheese were leaking off and I will not be returning.
I can without a doubt tell you this is worse than gas station pizza. We decided to try this place as the previous pizza place (Perfetto’s) was absolutely horrible. We got a large pizza and all I can say is there is ZERO flavor. The sauce is bland and the dough is terrible. The people were very nice in the store but I feel obligated to write this review as it was so bad and people should be aware of the flavorless pizza this place is pushing on Lancaster.
I heard a rumor it was under new ownership, hopefully they change their advertising strategy because food made by my dogs could quite possibly be the worst marketing idea ever. I get it, people like dogs. The owners of this place obviously love their dogs. But the thought of having someone elses pets and my order of food, together, even if only in jest, is one of the most unappetizing marketing campaigns Ive ever heard of.Hi, yes Id like to order a large pizza with pepperoni and dog hair...
Very happy with the slice I tried! I stopped to get gas and a coffee and I seen a sigh that said $2 slices, I’m not big on trying new pizza but this definitely made me feel like I was in my old neighborhood!! Awesome taste!I will definitely be here again.

Ordered thru door dash. Dreadfully hungry, we ordered the trio pasta with alfredo sauce a milkshake some fries and a sausage calzone.The alfredo sause tasted worse than canned sauce as well as the pasta. The calzone was good as well as the milkshake. The fries were not our favorite but were edible.
Excellent food, fantastic value and outstanding people here!We come all the way from Hamburg for the food- yes its that good! We have become regulars on the Italian dinners. Not only is it good its also a tremendous value. Everything we have tried from Perfetto we have enjoyed. I can personally recommend the lasagna, chicken parmesan, fettuccine alfredo and authentic antipasto salad. Besides the quality food the people are very friendly and accommodating. Give them a try- youll be glad you did!
We are on the way to Niagara Falls and searched for good pizza and we found one pizza guys. We ordered food and it was very delicious and their service was very friendly and the price was reasonable.
Im not sure if I came here on a bad day but I ordered 2 slices of their cheese & pepperoni pizza and honestly, it looked & tasted exactly like a frozen pizza from Wegmans, and not a good one. I really wanted to like it because theyre very close to me but it was horrible & not cheap.
Another new pizza place in Lancaster. I enjoyed this pizza, it was like a thinner crust Buffalo style. l prefer thinner crust pizzas and it had just the right amount of sauce and cheese. Out of the couple south Lancaster pizza places I would rank this # 2 behind Picassos for their pizza.I also had 10 hot wings and 10 Chiavetta wings. The Chiavetta wings were a disappointment I was hoping for them to be grilled but they had no grill marks. They were too soft, not crispy like they were just tossed in Chiavettas sauce would not get again. Ideally they would be marinated and grilled with the Chiavettas sauce. The hot wings were fine but I would order them extra crispy next time I order wings from Perfetto.Overall a nice new edition to the already crowded Lancaster pizza market. I will go back and get their pizza or try one of their pasta dinners.

Finally... a place to get good food at reasonable prices here in Lancaster, NY!Their pizza, subs, dinners, wings are all fantastic! Their pizzas have just the right ratio of sauce and cheese with an excellent pizza crust. Their Mon - Tue Special of $10.00 Lg 1 topping pizza is a great deal and I love their chicken parm, dinner, which is on special ever Tuesday for only $7.95. Wed they have $2.00 off all subs! And so much more.Im thankful that we have Perfetto right here in the heart of Lancaster, NY!

Won a $50 gift certificate at a cancer benefit for this place and they refused to honor it. Ordered 60 bucks of food for a party and they just said no for no reason. Was not expired. Bad business. Lost repeat customer for life
Ordered stuffed shells and garlic knots with a slice of cheesecake. Stuffed shells were amazing as were the garlic knots. The cheesecake however was thrown carelessly into a box, and was clearly frozen. Not impressed

Pizza sauce was incredibly sweet. Sweetiest sauce Ive ever had. Very surprised that there is no mention of this anywhere! Probably a good pie if thats your thing, but i dont care for sugar with my pepperoni. I dont know. Maybe it was a mistake? I may go back but not for pizza

The worst food ever !! I ordered a slice of pizza & a steak quesadilla . The delivery person was late and complaining how busy he was . After the food arrived I opened up the pizza and saw a dried out slice that had looked like it was sitting around since yesterday . I opened the steak quesadilla and found it obviously cold . But the steak was a steak um !!! I swear it was only one steak um for the whole order . It contained mostly cheese and the dough . They also forgot the sour cream . $20 for nothing . Never again !

2022-04-02We tried Pizza Guys through Slice ordering and got a cheese and pepperoni pizza, stuffed shells, medium wings and garlic knots. Everything was delicious. The stuffed shells were out of this world. So so much cheese on top which I loved. My fiance loved the medium wings which were crispy and saucy too. The garlic knots were great in addition to the pizza. The pizza does not have the typical cup pepperoni but its a good change of pace with a thinner crust. We will be back! Ordering on slice was awesome too. Lower prices than doordash and other food delivery apps usually have. Great value.

2022-05-14After a long, hard day of work on a Saturday, I stopped by to pick up a couple of slices. I thought Id give it a try try pizza look like it had been sitting there all day still against my better judgment. I ordered ones slice (I wanted two). I could tell by his face that he knew itd been sitting there all day brought the pizza to the back to what Im assuming was to warm it up. Ive tasted better frozen pizza. I dont like leaving bad Google reviews, but to the pizza company in question, if you are reading this, do your customers a service and dont serve them cardboard pizza.

2022-05-05$9 for a 2 cups of lettuce salad. Skip. The Margarita pizza is a cheese pizza. The pizza was decent, but dont bother with a salad or sides. The fries have no seasoning and the onion rings leave something to be desired. The salads are aggressively overpriced. I couldnt fill a soup bowl..... and the ingredients are lettuce and dressing. The markup is insane. That $0.90 worth of ingredients. Cool.

2022-08-20A few months back I stopped in to get a few slices of pizza after working all day roughly 30 minutes before they closed. They told me that they all ready cleaned everything and that they wouldnt make any more pizza for the night. Maybe change your business hours if you arent going to actually make and serve pizza during that time. Just close earlier. Wont be stopping here any time soon.

2022-02-15Wanted to like the pizza since location is so convenient & so many pizza choices. BUT, crust is not good. I like a thin crust, but this was like cardboard..no taste whatsoever, like a frozen pizza. So disappointing. Want to give a second chance, maybe try a sub or wings. But will not do another pizza unless dough recipe improves.

2021-08-28If youre looking for NY style pizza, this isnt it. If youre looking for Buffalo style pizza, this isnt it. If youre looking for cheap pizza thats palatable then youve found your spot. Had the boneless wings and they were soaked in grease. With so many other solid pizza places in the area, Im not sure how this place is still in business. Do yourself a favor and dont even bother trying it no matter how appealing their prices/deals seem.

2021-10-29I don’t normally post reviews, but this pizza really left an impression on me…a bad one. This was honestly one of the worst pizzas that I’ve ever had. Cheap, crackery crust. It really feels like a cheap frozen pizza. I’d rather save my money and get a Little Caesars hot and ready. Save your money and go to one of Buffalo’s many great pizza places.

2021-03-16I am not sure why there are so many glowing reviews, if Im being truly honest. The first time I ordered from Pizza Guys I thought the crust seemed like a mid-range quality pre-made crust from the grocery store. It may be that their overall type of pizza is just not my cup of tea -- its not really WNY style, so its likely not a fair comparison. Their wings were pretty decent although they were small. Their steak sub was apparently pretty good but I threw away the turkey sub -- it was not palatable. I wish I could say that this was only a bad night, but I accidentally ordered a second time and was not impressed. Your mileage may vary.

2021-04-18I came here to leave an amazing review from all my experiences getting food from here, and out of curiosity I started scrolling through all the other comments left for them. Sadly, I am quite surprised that some people compared this pizza to frozen pizza because I did not think that at all. I had this pizza once at a friends gathering and ever since then whenever my Fiancé and I feel like it or have guests over we order from here cuz we’re hooked (so almost every weekend)!! Their prices are also very reasonable, and they provide such excellent customer service! So many times they have gone out of their way for us, we don’t live in their delivery area but out of great customer service they deliver to us all the way in Cheektowaga!! I definitely recommend this Pizza place.

2020-09-02My boyfriend recently started doordashing, the smell of the car is what got us! We ordered from here 2 days later and have been hooked ever since. Homemade meatballs! Bruchetta bread is on point! Not only that, chicken finger sub and boneless wings were perfect! Definitely is a new favorite for an awesome price! Pizza and garlic knots were killer as well!! Yum!
