I ordered a stuffed crust pizza. We got home to realize we only were given a regular crust pizza...but were charged the higher price for a stuffed crust. To make it better, the order could have been prepared correctly.
Customer service was god awful went to go pick up and this lady was rude as hell to me for no good reason. Have also had experiences picking up where Ive waited a solid 2 hours just for some wings. Management has really seemed to have gone downhill at this location. Overall Id recommend going elsewhere dominoes is less than 10 minutes away and theres some much better local places around.

The restaurant is usually under staffed and needs a remodel... But I love their pizza, so I order it anyway. I think they were slow, so I didnt have to wait long at all to get my order this past time, but if they are busy Ive waited up to 15 -20 min to pick up my order. Still like their pizza enough to wait.
Get my order right. I ordered Tuscan Beefy pasta with bread sticks. When I Got home I found that I had received the Chicken pasta. I called the store and received a $15.00 credit toward my next order.

Went to go dine in with my fiance and children stood waiting in the entry way to be seated for 5 mins with the kids before a woman making pizzas said its gonna be a while before anyone can help you.... Sour customer service made us feel very unwelcomed.
Took my son out for some daddy time to grab wings and pizza. Pizza Hut is his favorite, so we went to this one since it was just a bit closer to home than the next nearest one. When we walked in, the young lady behind the counter told my son and I that we could seat ourselves. So we did. It was VERY slow, only a family of 4 at a table in the center of the restaurant and another man with who appeared to be his young son. The family was finishing up, asking for boxes, and taking care of their check. In the mean time, the gentleman that was there with the child had obviously been there longer than us, did not even have drinks yet. The waitress walked past my son and I back and forth to the center table FOUR TIMES, and not only did she not even acknowledge us a single time, she never so much as made eye contact. We sat there and waited, but after being ignored for almost 10 minutes, we left. Went to Pizza Hut in Saratoga instead. Seated within 2 minutes, had drinks in 5, and our order taken within 8 minutes. There were 2 waitresses on, and there were 5 tables besides us, and we were still at least greeted within 30 seconds of walking in the door. Wont go to the Ballston Spa Pizza Hut any time again soon.
Food is consistently good, delivery time is always pretty quick
This place has the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. The man who answered the phone had no clue what he was doing, so we had to wait 10 minutes for another employee to get on the phone. The woman who got on the phone understood my order and said it would be half an hour. When we arrived, the delivery man almost hit our car pulling in way too fast. When we went into the restaurant, it was rather dirty. we waited about 15 minutes before anyone even spoke to us and when the woman did, she wasnt very welcoming. There was another customer there who was also complaining about her service. We waited a total of 30 minutes STANDING AT THE COUNTER before our food was done. When we recieved our food, they forgot a few things and it was cold. I work in customer service so I really dont like to complain but this was so horrible that I thought I should let others know. Do NOT come to this Pizza Hut if you can help it.
Came in with my family last week and it wasone of the worst dining experiences I have had This Pizza hut used to be my weekly spot to come with family. I dont know what happened. Its trashy, management is rude and smells like alcohol,and the food is just awful. Looks like that place is just going downhill. Such a shame, should be shut down
Pizza had barely any cheese, it looked like a Chicago deep dish pizza with the sauce on top. We requested a crust flavor but the crust was completely plain with no seasoning. Tried to call and was on hold for 8 minutes. It’s pizza not rocket science.
The Saratoga springs, NY location is totally disgusting and very rude and ignorant people seem to work there and eat there as well. Therefore I prefer this Ballston spa, NY location way better.

I ordered two sets of wings for carryout arrived after 15 minutes. The only other set of customers in the store walked out because their food was talking so long. There was at least 6 employees working at the time and at least 3 of them kept walking in and outside on their phones. I waited another 20 minutes when the lady finally went to check my food her boyfriend walked in and went into the kitchen, she stopped making my order and then started swearing at the man. I finally asked it i was going to get my food and she returned to making my order after touching the man without washing her hands. The kitchen area was disgusting there was garbage all other the floor. When i finally got to eat my food the wings were rock solid. Worst customer service I have ever had. DO NOT GO TO THIS PIZZA HUT.
I ordered 2 large pizzas on 7/15/17. They were not cooked all the way, the center was doughy and mushy and falling apart. And the stuffed crust was raw as well. It was disgusting and ive never said that about pizza before!! I will never order from there again.
We ordered garlic parmesan chicken wings. Wealso had the cheese pockets pizza,with 2 toppings. It had sausage & mushrooms. Verydelicious! I just hope someday they will deliverto our complex. Which is yet to happen! Awesome!
This place sucks. Two times in a row theyve taken an order for delivery and not had a driver. First time they called and let us know. Second time we called 30 minutes after the pizza should have been delivered and they were like oh we dont have a driver... We called you. Um no you didnt. Then they were like well are you coming to pick up the pizza? NO.... OBVIOUSLY NOT.
I live 1.7 miles away from their location. I called for delivery and got put on hold for her to talk to her manager to see if they were delivering today, odd, but ok. They go to put my address in, doesnt work, put on hold again, they put it in the comments section and 30-45 minutes later food arrives. The delivery driver, rude, then proceeded to tell me that the reason my address would go in the computer is because Im outside of their delivery zone (1.7 miles?????) and if I wanted her drivers to deliver, it couldnt be on a Sunday or Monday again.... Its Friday today. Store definitely needs better organization
As we arrived, two of the wait staff was walking out to their cars. Walked into a completely empty restaurant. After standing there for several minutes, a cook staffer came from the back and had no knowledge of where anybody was. While he did offer us a table, we chose to leave rather than sit there not knowing if there was any wait staff. The indifference of the employees makes it obvious why the dining room was empty.

Old school Pizza Hut complete with the original 70s red roof. Not exactly gourmet and a bit run down, but pretty consistent for dining in and the price is right. I like their jalopeno deep dish pizza the best.
I always liked Pizza hut. It is one of those places I crave every now and again. But all the ones in the area got rid of the hot butter garlic sauce. This garlic dipping sauce is absolutely disgusting. I have no idea who came up with it but it sucks. I liked dipping my Chees sticks, pizza and bread sticks in butter garlic. It just isnt the same. So sad. I wont go to another Pizza hut around here. Just the ones up north by exit 18 and 19.
Me and my sister went to dine in we saw one of the employee smoking out, like it was no problem. she went in after us she ask if were dinning or taking out we said of course dine in. what bother us was the fact she didnt wash her hands, the place was unsanitary even the pizza didnt taste that well
Pizza Hut is one of my favorite food places and this location lives up to it! This is a comparatively small Pizza Hut, they have a salad bar, good amount of options - also wings. Staff is friendly and quick.

Resturaunt is in major need of repair. Tables are lobsided at best. The table I was at tilted downward. Place looks dinghy. On a bright note my waitress was very nice and service was great.

Havent been there in awhile because apparently they dont deliver to me anymore. They have delivered to my house before. When I order online Ballston Spa branch comes up as the one that delivers to me, which makes sense since my address is Ballston Spa and its 3 miles away from me. Last time I called because my internet wasnt working. I was told the Pizza Hut in Saratoga Springs delivered to me instead, even though its farther away. Cool. I called the Saratoga Springs branch, no they dont deliver to me. I called back the Ballston Spa branch and the woman on the phone was short with me. I figured Id just pick it up. The pizza ended up being way undercooked. Not worth it at all.

2017-10-30I love how this is a dine in because the pizza is fresh and hot. We went in at a time when there was only one other person there and it was nice and quite. The server was really nice and friendly. The pizza was very yummy and good. My only complaint is that it was old and not that clean. I wish they would renovate it. However, I would go here again.

2022-01-04New Years Eve. We ordered 2 pizzas they said will take15 min to be ready I knew some thing was wrong ! We went to pick it up and it was not ! ready we had to wait another 30 min to be ready. Meanwhile the girl behind the counter on the phone taking orders was telling customers there orders would be ready in 15 min ! Well after 45 min and $31.00 we finaly could take our orders home. I dont like being lied to please just tell the truth about how long it will take. The pizz@ and bread sticks were very good.!!! Happy New Year !! To all who read this.

2021-11-11Put some effort into making a pizza! My pizza had the absolute minimum sauce. If there was a teaspoon on the entire pizza I would be very surprised. Especially after selecting extra sauce on the online order and again writing extra sauce in the notes. The pizza was extremely dry and tasted terrible. The last pizza I ordered prior to this one at this location was undercooked as the dough in the middle was still raw. I decided to try again and this time was just as big of a letdown. Will not order from this location again!
