We only go to Pizza Hut a few times a year and had a very good experience at this location. Although we waited a little longer than expected, the food was very good and our server was on point.
Food was good. Server kept my glass filled and assured everything was good.

First, the delivery person went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. He made every effort to ensure I was satisfied. The pizza and the breadsticks were poorly made. The pizza looked like someone threw all the ingredients on the pizza from 5 feet away. The sauce was just bad and it made it hard for the cheese to properly bake. The cheesesticks tasted like they were made yesterday.
Pizza was dry and like cardboard bread sticks over cooked. Only good thing was the wings. Been hit or miss lately with pizza hut.
Overall unhappy with the dinner last night. Pizza and wings were both disappointing in size and quality. Hoping for better luck next time.
One of the best Pizza Huts around! Never had a bad pizza or cheese breadsticks. This location also very clearly understands when someone ask for extra cheese you actually get extra cheese! Have been a customer for a bit over a year now and that will most certainly continue. Good job Pizza Hut, Saratoga Springs. Not to mention this is the first store where Ive seen the franchise owner working and assisting his employees and customers hes waited on me several times.

The order took 1 hour and 20 minutes to arrive. It took over 30 minutes from the time I was notified that the order left the restaurant. When we did get the food, it was cold and honestly just not very good.
Everything was delicious! So fresh from the oven it was still hot when I got home with the order.
Want to thank Sandra for the wonderful service.💯 Liked it so much we went back the next night.I got a side salad, 12 garlic parm and 6 Hawaiian honey bbq wings. For the amount of people that were working here they definitely hold their own in terms of getting food out the door. They take care of walk ins and orders over the phone in a timely manner.
I wouldnt charge a delivery fee. It keeps the drivers from getting a tip. Thats not fair to the drivers
I believe making a thin crust pizza with lighter cheeses and less calories would be a big hit.
Weve been here several times and its always been a good experience. Its clean, comfortable, and quiet. Friendly staff and good service. The menu items are just what youd expect from Pizza Hut; quality and consistency. The salad bar is small but was fresh and fully stocked. Be sure to check out the vintage photos of Saratoga hung up on the walls around the dining area - that is a nice touch! Im sure well be back in here again on our next visit.
Pizza was not good all the wayThe waitress was nice and all but kinda strange with the covid-19 that they take your food to box up instead of leaving you the box to do itThats weird as beforehand they would bring you a box and you do it yourself.Also had to ask for extra packets of cheese and red pepper .Its a larger pizza 2 packets will not workBut it was alright for the money.

This is a hidden gem!!JUST like the Pizza Hut dine in restaurants I grew up going to (complete with Juke Box).The atmosphere was surprisingly friendly, the staff, from waitresses to store manager were truly delightful. The food was hot, delicious, and just as ordered. Even the bathrooms were clean!!We were just looking for a place to kill time while our oldest child was attending an event in Saratoga. We were so impressed that my husband and I both said wed drive the hour to come back JUST for the restaurant. One of the few dine-in Pizza Huts left since corporate pulled out of the Capitol Region. This franchise has it nailed. Family friendly, delicious, and affordable.
Very clean, nice and quiet. Good food and great service. Its a nice place to go for a casual meal or even a snack if youd prefer and are aware of the pizza hut menu. Drinks are ready almost instantly, overall its a great pizza hut. Our waitress was serving every table at the time and keeping pace, I was very impressed.

I have gotten Pizza Hut pizza from various pizza huts in the capital district none were as good as the pizza and breadsticks that I got from the Saratoga Springs Pizza Hut. The service the cleanliness The pizza were fabulous
Stuffed crust pizza is the best, it’s like having a mozzarella sticks appetizer added to your order for free and they always have just the right amount of spices on every pizza no matter how you order it, so many delicious choices to choose from, and they deliver too, eat in take out or delivery each as good as the next. Enjoy 😊
I usually enjoy pizza hut, this was my first (and last) experience at this location. The service was okay but the food was all disappointing and one person in my party got the chicken wings which were rubbery and had a strange taste, she wound up being sick for the next few days. I cant say that it is always like this but I will definitely not be going here again.
When I order from Pizza Hut the food always arrives promptly, still hot and tastes great!
It was good but not what I was expecting. I ordered the stuffed crust and I thought that it was going to be ooey, gooey and the cheese would stretch, like in the commercials but it did not.

Im Italian and believe me Ive tried most of the Italian delivery pizza restaurants and am universally disappointed. And uck on Dominos who said they changed their cardboard crust....they lied! Bravo Pizza Hut!!
I use to deliver food products and dry goods and sundries for PepsiCo Food Systems ( PFS ) to all of the Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, KFC and De Angelo Sub Restaurants from just north of Ho Ho Cus, down to New City, Purchase, Scarsdale, up into West Chester, all of CT, RI, MA, ME, Southern New Hampshire, VT, the Southern Tier, Tonawanda, Rochester, Syracuse, the Mohawk, Leather Stocking, Capital District and Lake George, Glen Falls and the Pizza Hut in Sarasota Springs. Ive been going to this pizza hut for years. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. Always clean. The only drawback is the restrooms are very small and always cold. Though that seems like a building problem.
Never go here for a quick lunch. Ive been twice and both times service was so slow and at times nonexistent. Ive even had to go up to the register to ask someone for silverware or a napkin or the check (because by that time my lunch break was over and I had to get out of there but no one was around.) But if you have two hours to spare, the place is a good throw back to the 80s.

I love Pizza Hut but the service and food here today was aweful the cashier was rude as hell and the food was horrible. I waited 15 minutes to order in the restaurant and know one even acknowledge me until they took my order then when I get my order I am missing items so I have to wait again which leads to my other food to get cold. The service today was very bad and unacceptable I totally understand them being busy but in a customer service based company you should want all your customers to be happy.

Food was good. Just gets aggravating that Pizza Hut rewards online discounts and especially email discount offers apparently aint told to the stores and they usually dont bother giving them unless ur picking up in store.....

I ordered online. My pizza took over an hour to get here and they forgot the sides I had paid for. My pizza was cold and they offered $5 credit for forgetting my blu cheese. The staff were rude and not helpful at all. I refused the $5 and asked them to bring it to me because I will never order from them again!

2021-06-03The food was good until I found a long strand of hair on the breadstick. I told the waitress(Roxanne) and she just picked up the plate and walked away. She did not apologize for the hair being there or anything. She just picked up the plate and walked off. She came back minutes later with the rest of the food as if nothing ever happened. I was utterly disgusted to say the least. Would not eat here again.

2022-04-20It was the pizza hut I always remembered, glad some of these gems are still around. Our waitress was nice and attentive. Prices reasonable. But the food is why we come in stuffed crust Supreme, bread sticks and Pepsi. Yummmmm. Every kid should experience Friday dinner here.

2022-07-07We dont have The Hut around us anymore. Tried this one and was clean, great service and the breadsticks with cheese and personal pan pizzas were hot and delicious. The waitress even staggered them so sticks came out first. So many times they. Come out at same time. Would definitely return and recommend.

2022-06-09Very unfortunate that they have NO gluten free pizza. Especially in 2022. Corporate needs to step it up before all of them are forced to close not only for whining that they are short staffed but whine when their dedicated workers and mgmt get in trouble for working overtime (like Stewarts), but need to wake up and realize Dominos is and will keep taking customers away

Expected the crunchy, buttery, wonderful taste that is uniquely Pizza Huts Original pan pizza, but after my first bite, I was extremely disappointed. It had a flat, dull crust that I could get in a frozen pizza. I mentioned to the guy who answered the phone when I called to question if they changed the recipe, that being originally from Brooklyn, I order Pizza Hut only for their Original pan pizza. Told me their thin crust is like NYC pizza 🤣😂🤣😂, maybe I should try this. No thanks, Ill go elsewhere.They should also have noted on their website menu that the Original Pan Pizza recipe has recently changed to a whole other taste. I would have called to question this and wouldnt have ordered their new pizza. We also ordered sandwiches which come with fries and taste good.
