Awesome vegan pizzas. They have 8 different vegan pizza, with VioLife cheese and a range of vegan proteins (seitan, mock pepperoni, mock sausage). The vegan pizzas are not on the main menu (pdf available on website), but you can see them by clicking order now and seeing the full menu on door dash (or ask for the vegan menu if there in person).
I loved the pizza. The crust is far better than the typical pizza place. I really enjoyed it and will make a point of eating here when Im in the area.

Finding vegan pizza in Orange County is rough. I havent had pizza because of that for over a year. Pizza Mia came thru with their MEAT HATERS pizza for me last night. It was great. Will be back to try more of the vegan menu!
Had the stromboli and garlic knots, both were excellent! The stromboli was chock full of ingredients, and the marinara sauce was very flavorful, with small chunks of fresh tomato and small pieces of basil in it. This place knows how to make delicious Italian food. The cashier/delivery person was very friendly and helpful.
My pizza was burnt! Garlic knots were burnt too! I called and complained I was nice and discreet. He told me he was proud of his pizza he made me. That that’s how it’s cooked partially burnt. I grew up in jersey and have ate a lot of pizza from NY and jersey in my lifetime. Never did I receive my pizza burnt. I felt like it was a smack in the face for trusting the reviews and lookin past a few reviews who said their pizza was burnt as well. This place is a joke. $40 wasted. I told the owner I was calling my bank. I have a great bank and I guarantee I’ll get my money back. BEWARE!
Flew in on a business trip, staying at the local marriot and i Order a spicy chicken pesto last night and was delighted with how the blend of hot peppers and spices complimented the hearty, light and flavorful pesto. Ive tried ordering from other places and nobody compares, either they cant do it or they chop it up. 5 stars for quality, quantity because it was a healthy plate, & a speedy and covid courteous delivery process. Would recommend 10/10 times to anybody looking for authentic italian food and pizza.

There was a fly all over the food they have on display and when I told them the guy that makes the pizza sarcastically asked me if I got it’s name and then were still going to sell the touched food.
Pizza Mia Newburgh has kept myself fed for years now. Absolutely unmatched Pizza in the area. You get great quality food and great prices. I can’t say it enough the staff here is absolutely fantastic. Really good people. Great food. Fantastic value. Fast Delivery. If your looking for a great meal give them a call and treat yourself. I have at least ordered twice a week for years now and I have never been let down. Co workers of mine love it here too.
I started going to Pizza Mia for takeout about 2 months ago. I travel from Beacon to get it. Everything is always fresh & delicious! NO Pizza/Italian takeout in Beacon is in the same league. The prices are more than fair. The ingredients are top notch. It is even quicker than trying to find parking and getting around with all the people on the streets. I have had a vast variety from their impressive menu that offers so many choices. Have not been anything but happy with everything. Last but certainly not least, everyone there is extremely pleasant. They all greet me by name and definitely build relationships with their customers. They also thank me for coming everytime. This is the type of place I really like giving my business to. Local, friendly and great quality. I cannot recommend them enough. No one who has tried it was not very happy and does not plan on going back!Pat

I can only speak on the slices that were had and they were all delicious.Vodka pepperoni was a taste-mind-blowing combo, Hawaiian was banging. I’m hoping to try the pineapple jalapeño next. Grandma was solid, garlicky and mad crispy. Service was wonderful. This place rocks.

I tend to judge a pizzerias worthiness by their cheese slice. You get that wrong and well, I don’t trust you to make quality anything else. This is without a doubt the best pizza spot I’ve had since moving to the area. Great deals for two slices and a drink as well. The staff is always friendly upon entry as well. ONLY “critique” is it would be nice to see some hand washing done after handling cash transactions and before preparing the next order. But really great pizzas and garlic knots. Happy it’s close to home.
Great selection of vegan pizza which is hard to come by in the area! Only issue is that the special menu isnt as accessible as it could be given how substantial their vegan options are. You either have to ask them whats on it over the phone or go and ask for it in person, definitely should list it online. Ive attached a picture of the options though!
By far the best pizza and garlic knots I’ve ever had! The pizza crust was perfection and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. The fresh mozzarella was absolutely phenomenal. Can’t wait to go back again.
We talked to someone who works at Pizza Mia, and he spoke so highly of the food that we just had to try it! We ordered the Meat Cravers Pizza, the Margarita Pizza, the Garlic Knots, and the Dessert Calzone. The sauce was amazing and there was so much fresh mozzarella cheese! This is by far the best pizza I’ve ever had! The delivery person, Jackson, was very friendly and polite as well. We will be back for sure!
I’ve never eaten here, but I called today (9/6) the Newburgh location to confirm hours of operation as well as their food options and I was met with extremely rude and unprofessional responses. The man/employee on the other end of the phone was basically doing his best not to take business from me. Well both he and “Pizza Mia” won. I won’t waste my time or money here.
The food at this location is absolutely delicious. With so many pizzerias in this area you can get lost with the dull tasting joints that try to imitate the real deal. This spot prides themselves on taste and quality, walk in the front door and you’ll immediately be welcomed with a friendly staff along with the smell of delicious food being prepared. Don’t mess with the rest and go straight to the best. Pizza Mia is crushing the pizza game!
Best pizza in Hudson valley.. ny.. hands down.Been going there 12 years now and whenever I visit home it’s my first stop. Between the garlic knots, the great slice selection, the penne ala vodka and Brian the owner tossing dough around like frisbees this place cannot be beat. Great spot to take the family as well.
This pizza place ALWAYS delivers on their food. Its unparalleled to anything else in the area. Fresh ingredients, impeccable customer service and great prices. My only complaint is that they shouldve kept the New Windsor location open - it was doing great as well. Not really sure why it closed.
Love this place, I come here once a week on my lunch break to treat myself. Everybody here is always nice, and the owner’s a great hard working guy. You’d be lucky to have some of this food. The pizza’s great, their wraps are amazing as well. Definitely one of the best in town.
Really solid pizza. Enjoyed the garlic knots. What really made me love it was that we ordered from a hotel and they, without being asked, provided paper plates and napkins. Really impressed with the service and food.
Will not order again. Crust extremely hard, sauce and cheese browned. Was charged a delivery charge even though it was suppose to be free with first order.

They have a full vegan menu!! Its not posted anywhere, so you have to ask for it, but it is awesome! Really melty gooey vegan cheese, and delicious mock meat (I had the seitan). Sauce is flavorful and crust is crispy--though once the pizza cools, the crust becomes really tough; so enjoy while its fresh!
The pizza is amazing and customer service is amazing. My kids really enjoy seeing the pizza being made as soon as you walk in. The guy flipping the pizza dough in the air always politely greets the customers and that alone keeps me coming back. Oh yeah and the garlic knots are very addicting!!
I asked for a grilled chicken sandwich and it was terrible. A slap in the face. Chicken was hard. It seemed like it was microwaved. I asked for onions and peppers. I got 1 piece of onions and a couple of peppers. These people have no love in making food.
Im hooked on the Grandma pie, its slammin. The sauce is delicious, with little sweet bulbs of tomatoes peeking through the cheese. I like the Grandma so much that I havent tried anything else yet.
Their delivery is always prompt and delicious. Fair prices, great food, and the delivery girl was a cutie, too. I personally recommend their vodka sauce pizza, it is killer.
Terrible service. Unable to take an order for 6 slices because they dont take orders for slices. Meanwhile late to a funeral, had to wait 10 minutes because they are too lazy to take an order.

Was excited to try their specialty garlic knot pie as seen on Facebook. Ordered 2 pies for pick up. When I got there I was told $88!!! For TWO pies. I wasn’t expecting $15 pies since they were specialty...but $44 for a pizza??? Come on. Then I asked for a military discount-and was told they don’t accept military for specialty pies! The price should have been mentioned on the phone. How many people can afford $88 for 2 pies??? They are lucky I still paid for them & I didnt “stick them” with 2 specialty pies. Will never return.
Pizza Mia is one of my happy places❤Not only is the pizza amazing but the service goes above and beyond 🙃I babysit so I always bring a tribe of cherubs to Pizza Mia as a treat and we always have a wonderful experience and feel comfortable ❤Brian and his great staff always greet us by name and know what we want to order 🙃I cant say enough about this place and always highly recommend it to family and friends❤
I ordered a chicken pizza 2 slices. Enough for a person. I liked the crust but the meat felt like they just sprinkled it after baking a normal cheese pizza. The chicken felt like it didnt belong to the pizza if that makes sense. No where near Dominos in taste for me. Good staff. Clean place.

I’ve been coming to Pizza Mia for over five years but it’s sad to say that today will be my last visit. I am severely allergic to tomatoes which I made sure to tell the woman that was taking my order over the phone. Somewhere on the way to the kitchen that part got lost. I was given a sandwich with tomatoes and I did not realize until I began to break out in hives almost instantly after taking the first bite. I ended up having to go to Emergency one to seek medical attention.When I called and informed the manager (Bryan)of the situation he replied back “sorry that happened to you” in a very rude and arrogant manor. Nothing else... you think you could show a little more empathy when your restaurant almost cause my throat to close. I didn’t ask for a refund, a credit or to make my sandwich over. I literally just wanted to to apologize and realize how severe that mistake was and how it literally could have costed me my life but instead I got that.
First time I visited this Pizzeria was about a month ago. Ive driven by it probably no lie 1000 times , but just never stopped in. Well , what a mistake on my part!!! Ive been there 3 times since , and ordered the same thing every time. Garlic parm wings , damn so good , and the salad , like a chef salad only Italian style, so so so tasty lol. Seriously you need to stop in and give them a try, really really one of the best Pizzerias in the area.!

The pizza is the best in the country! The owner is super creative, their Instagram is on point and the counter girl is very nice. I live in CA now and every time I go to Newburgh, I take some home and freeze just to have a little slice to hold me over until I go back.

Coming from Brooklyn, we are a little picky about our slices. But this shop had excellent slices and a variety of options. The pizza was fresh, hot, and delicious. Highly recommend!
My favorite sandwich is chicken pizza Mia followed by eggplant parm. Always find the food very good. And yes the pizza is delicious to.
Read about this place on Facebook. They weren’t overly friendly. We asked what the topping was on one of the pizzas. The guy rattled it off very fast. He was obviously used to saying it. English is my first language and I had no idea what he said. We asked again and he seemed annoyed. The pizza was decent, but overpriced.
Found this dope pizzeria on Instagram and just needed to give them a visit. I went on back to back weekends for their #KnotPizza which consisted of mozzarella sticks, ravioli, fresh mozzarella & vodka sauce. 10 pounds of pure bliss. I’ll definitely be back again! 😋

Great pizza selection, seriously wild combos that work. The head chef is creative and all of his workers are great. The food is always excellent and I have never had to wait. The special slices are impressive but a regular cheese slice is amazing. Thats the way it should be, I always order a plain slice any where I go, thats the real judge of a good pizza place and this place pulls it off with flying colors. Highly recommended
There is no better pizza except maybe his other 2 pizza shops in Highland & New Windsor. Brian works hard at his secret sauce which makes his pizza the best on top of no skimping on toppings. Excellent thin crust pizza cooked perfect. He has upgraded his shop over the years several times making it nicer to visit and spend time in unlike other shops that look old and dingy with cob webs around the vents. Brians attitude toward his patrons is the best, he makes you feel at home there. My wife and I started a little game and we told Brian we were doing this, we tried for years to find another mom & pop type pizzeria that could beat the taste & texture of Pizza Mia, we failed every time. Pizza Mia is our pizza place. Every time we leave their satisfied and with a smile on our faces. Thank you Brian for your great attitude and working so hard to make everyone the best pizza, as noted by so many awards year after year.
I have been here twice to pick up my orders and each time the staff was amazing. They were very personable when speaking to me, informed me about how I can maximize my discounts using promotions online and when I opened my wallet the cashier immediately thanked me for my service and gave me a military discount. At the time I may have not appeared as though I was paying attention, but I actually did notice, great job on friendly staff, keep up the good work. My pizza orders were great, I recommend going in to check out their specialty pizzas, they looked amazing. I also ordered some calamari, it was good, but I felt like there should have been more.

Horrible service. I got excited ordering from this place for the first time. I ordered through DoorDash and the order came timely; however, the pizza was horrendous. Upon opening the box, I discovered that the cheese was sliding off the dough. I attempted to take out the slices, but wasn’t able to do so properly, as the cheese slid completely off. I called the restaurant to let them know, and the manager cut me off and told me that I need contact Doordash. I told him it wasn’t a Doordash issue and that it’s a preparation issue...the pizza wasn’t properly made. He refused to listen and rushed me off the phone. Very rude and abrasive. I will never spend my money at this place again. Had they admitted to their mistake (I didn’t even want a refund), I would’ve been satisfied.

Waited an hour and 19 minutes for pizza to be delivered. Pizza was ice cold when it arrived. Doubt we will use their delivery service again. This is 3rd time out of 4 orders that food has arrived cold. Generally happy with the food quality when we have eaten at the restaurant.
Customer service does not seem to be important here. Felt like the staff couldnt wait for us to stop bothering them. Also maybe the fresh food is good because the one on display was not. I will never know.
My Philly cheese steak with garlic bread subbed in for the normal bread was like eating a raw clove of garlic and my girlfriends pasta Alfredo tastes like poorly seasoned mashed potatoes

YUM! This little pizza place is amazing! We got a family meal which included 2 pizzas, garlic knots, buffalo wings and a large bottle of soda. We highly recommend the pesto and hot peppers on the pizza. It was literally the best pizza weve had! Also try the calzone dessert, omg the best!

Best slices north of the Bronx!! City Pizza at its finest right off of I-84. Try the fried calamari pizza and you will be a very happy person. Very friendly people with great food. Worth the rest stop!

The ONLY time I enjoy this pizza is when RJ is making the pizza! He is an expert at hand tossing a thin crust NY style pizza. He is also great at coming up with inventive toppings for pizza. Make sure you ask if RJ is making the pizza before you order. I know pizza having owned 4 locations in NYC and RJ does it best!!

This place has the best slice option in all of hudson valley, Ive been there a few times now and theres always options ive never seen anywhere else! Besides the pizza the subs and dinners are so good from , this will be the only place ill call for all my orders going foward
Food generally excellent. Staff friendly and helpful. Physical layout of dining room is poor, very drafty and cold when the door opens in winter, and very noisy when they have the broken down defective air conditioner running in the summer.
Just got a delivery from these guys and the delivery service there is top notch. I forgot to ask for ketchup and plates and the driver had them in his car! The food is great too and came on time & piping hot!! 5 stars all day

DONT ORDER FROM HERE! Literally not only is their pizza, wings, and garlic knots probably the worst Ive ever had.. they had the WORST customer service. I waited 1 hour before I decided to give them a call, they told me that they were on their way.. after another 20 mins I gave them another call and he told me the delivery guy was here... Took him another 10 mins for him to actually arrive. Do I need to add all the food was COLD? TERRIBLE service and TERRIBLE food. Please, dont waste your time and money here. They took so long that my break was over. I couldnt even get food. They should help people that are waiting first. Very disappointed

2021-11-30This was seriously the best vegan pizza Ive ever had in my life! Theres a ton of vegan choices. We got the Italian garlic Philly Cheese Steak and a stuffed pizza. They were both incredibly delicious, from the sauce, to the cheese, to the perfect crust.

2021-12-06My ooohhhh my! I would give 10 stars to this restaurant!! By far the BEST VEGAN PIZZA Ive tasted! We ordered the meat haters pizza & was extremely happy with the pizza! Its not easy to come by such a variety of tasty vegan options but this place has nailed it!! The sauce was awesome, vegan cheese was creamy & gooey, the 3 different vegan meatless toppings were so very tasty!! We will definitely return!

2022-03-31Just stopped in for a quick slice and was pleasantly surprised how tasty it was.Sicilian style square with pepperoni and Vodka sauce.They have a great selection of slices and toppings for pies.Along with a full menu of Sandwiches and pastas.Will definitely stop back to get a whole pie.Friendly staff as well.

2022-02-17Best pizza in the Hudson Valley. Very friendly and accommodating staff. I’m a regular here and it’s a nice feeling when you walk in and the owner and staff knows you by name and have your order started before you can even speak the words. It doesn’t feel like your going out to eat at a restaurant. It feels more like home. Thanks Brian and staff!

2021-07-22First time coming to this restaurant and I was extremely disappointed. I ordered a chicken Parm sandwich for lunch and headed back to work. When I got to my desk there was little to no cheese even on the sandwich. The little cheese what was supposed to be in the sandwich was just stuck to the tin foil. Bread wasn’t toasted so it just got soggy. Horrible experience probably will not be back ever again.

2022-03-26I usually go to the one in Highland and was delighted to discover a Newburgh location. Just got a regular cheese pizza that was amazing. The staff was also friendly during my transaction. Ive been exploring pizza places in the area but I think I got my permanent one now.

2021-07-09During the summer months I travel to upstate New York from New Jersey, I happen to come across Pizza Mia and I could not be happier! Every single time I go to upstate New York now it is a absolute must stop at Pizza Mia! Besides the obvious fact that they have some of the most creative stuff around their pizzas are insanely delicious! I will never travel on route 87 and not stop by!

2021-05-03I ordered twice for delivery. They seem busy but attentive and food was very satisfying. My most favorite is the salad with extra dressing and garlic dots. I got 2 orders of the garlic dots last time sorry no pics of the dots but fresh garlic on top with a cup of mariana sauce. So good. Thanks
