Ordered 2 spaghetti dinners. Fast delivery, but was slightly disappointed that it didnt come with side salad, just garlic bread. My boyfriend thought it came with salad because other places we order from usually always do. Besides that, I really liked it. He thought it was OK. I would order from them again.
Fast. Great Quality. Who would have thought a Pizzeria called Pizza Palace in Plattsburgh could compare to a Pizzeria in Astoria Queens with the same name? Missing Queens. but Pizzerias like this with real quality NY Pizza can fill the void. Best Pizzeria Ive gone to in North Country so far!👍👍👍.
The staff are cheerful, attentive, and quick to serve you. We feel totally comfortable going here to eat. We have watched the staff clean and sanitize the tables and booths. They completely wipe down all pages of the menu before they give them to the next customer. The amount of food is great and the price is very reasonable. We will continue to go here for a great meal.

Arguably the best pizza you can get in Plattsburgh.Edit: just spent $75 on two pizzas and 20 wings. Currently questioning all of my life decisions. Never getting take out from here again lol. Their wings are amazing though, and huge. Pizza has gone down in quality since I first reviewed. Seems super wet now for some reason, not greasy but... watery?

Each time we come up to visit we always have to eat here. Tonight we had a delivered to our hotel and our entire experience with absolutely fantastic. The meal with excellent and we want to thank everyone who prepared it. Again thank you very much for a fantastic meal and we have leftovers for at least another meal.
With a name like pizza palace you would expect awesome pizza, but thats not what we got. It tasted like high school cafeteria pizza. Also the other appetizers and food that we got were all made from frozen. Nothing was made fresh and you can tell right away. It was a big disappointment and Im not sure why this place stays in business with food this bad.
Sad culinary skills. Scott would be very disappointed with direction his restaurant has taken. It is mediocre at best. The lackluster food preparation is dismal. A true disappointment. It is a shame. The staff is oblivious to how good the restaurant was when Scott was alive. It is a disgrace. If you are looking for good pizza and grinders go the extra mile and try Zachary’s. The restaurant Scott made famous in Plattsburgh area.

Honestly would rate it a zero but it wouldn’t let me this is for customer service over the phone. I had called to see if they would deliver to rouses point NY she said they did not I said okay that’s fine I was about to give her my order so I could go pick it up but she hung up before I could give her my order. Honestly that was rude and she shouldn’t work there if she’s just going to hang up on customers 🤷🏻♀️ This is for the lady that answered the phone @5:40pm 8/18/21.
Lots of space to bring all of your friends to enjoy a meal. Staff are friendly the food is wonderful and its very reasonably prices. Well worth the stop.
Still the place i remember but unfortunately they have changed their pizza and crust which is heartbreaking but i still love this place just sucks they changed the pizza around. They shouldve left it as is. RIP Scott.
We brought our family here on Mothers day, 05/1219. We were seated right away, as a table of 6. We then waited 20 minutes to get our drinks and the server stating, sorry, I got caught up chit chatting. We ordered two chocolate milks, one soda, 6 waters, and a coffee. We never received the coffee. Our order was taken and we waited 40 minutes, were others around us were served before us. We were never asked if we wanted more drinks. It took my brother and I to walk to the front, and they had no idea about our order. We paid and left and the food came out packaged. We will never return to this horrendous service.
The staff is wonderful. Extra garlic on the white pizza is the only thing I would change. Its awesome eat in or out 😉
Food quality is good - you especially get a LOT for your money ... portions are very generous. Spaghetti was good. Wings not bad (nothing special, but not bad). Nachos pretty good - HUGE portion size! Certainly not gourmet dining, but not bad overall. For the type of restaurant it is (local family friendly pizza joint), its good. Like some reviewers, Ive experienced slow service in the past even when not busy, but this past visit the service was fine and the waitress very polite and friendly.
Take out order was very fast, accurate, and still hot after a 6 mile return home. Staff was very friendly and helpful with my order. The dinner was very good and the single portion order was more than enough for one person. Highly recommend Pizza Palace for your next dining experience.
Wide selection of foods on the menu. We had pizza and wings, both of which were top notch.The place stays busy, and its easy to see why. Family-friendly atmosphere, and excellent wait service. I am looking forward to going back.
Service is always friendly here, pizza is average not my favorite place in town for that. Serving sizes arw above average (the large salad is basically served in a mixing bowl). Regular food is fairly good, lacks a good selection of beer, which in always look for in these types of restaraunts. Would be 4 stars with more of a drink selection. Better pizza can be found elsewhere though.

Great food, large portions, super friendly staff. Quick service, staff answered all questions and even though we customized a few things on our orders, they were super patient and accommodating. The food was delicious, although if you get nachos Im pretty sure 2-3 people can eat a half portion easily!! Everything was great.

French onion soup was the best Ive ever had. The staff was very friendly but the fried haddock was over cooked. Not that it was unedible I ate every bit. Otherwise would have been five stars.

Very dissatisfied with with the price hike! We eat here alot and we have always complained about prices. Tonight after getting our bill you would have thought the wait waitress was delivering horrible news of a death in our family!!! Well, I ordered a calzone & fries on the night that I ate out here, & Ill tell you from the customers to the employees, from the conversation to the entertainment(sports on the television), from the atmosphere to the food, definitely five star. Absotively😉 coming back, again!!!!!!😊
I have given this place 5 different tries only because my friend likes this place. Ordered a slice pizza buffalo chicken and 10 wings-garlic parm with blue cheese, and side of cold mozzarella cheese. What I received was a slice with cheese and no buffalo sauce, no actual sauce on the pizza just the grease from the cheese. They didn’t give me the mozzarella side, and they gave me ranch dressing. On top of that the chicken wings were raw and pink and cold in the middle. Every time I eat here this place fails miserably... I will not eat here again.

Love the Pizza Palace. The pizza is delicious and I really like the sweet and hot wings that they sell. I would definitely suggest going here. They have recently moved into a new place a couple years ago and is bigger and a great environment to have a slice of pizz and watch some TV and enjoy the scenery.

Ask for the pizza with light sauce, tends to be soupy otherwise. Palace wing sauce and their homemade ranch are delicious.
What better way to spend a half-day from school? Going out to eat at our then favorite restaurant for a little Mommy/daughter date. I ordered a turkey grinder (my favorite) and my daughter ordered spaghetti with house salad. Waitress asked me if I wanted lettuce, tomato and onion. I said, lettuce please. She said okay.Food comes and I have tomato, lettuce AND onion. When I stated I asked for just lettuce the waitress argued with me. She told me what I said. She said, no you said yes please. I corrected her again because Ive been going here for years and never had an issue. I couldnt believe how she was acting. She offered to remake sub but my daughter was already eating .While we were eating same waitress overcharged another table. The other customer and I locked eyes and she shook her head like this is unbelieveable. The waitress never apologized to her either. She excused it as she just got back from vacation and her mind must still be on vacation and tried laughing. You could tell that nobody was laughing.When I got bill I said, Im surprised the meal was discounted since it wasnt hiw I ordered. This is when she AGAIN argues with me and says I ordered tomatoes and onions, even though I havent eaten them since 8th grade when I ate them to be polite to my grandma, I suddenly am a liar now on the restaurant on this day.Manager aka Owners wife wasnt any help either. I tried explaining to her what was happening on the floor with screw ups and she just didnt want to hear me. So I decided to not try to fix problem or help them. I paid my bill and tip and left. My daughter in her years of 1w year old wisdom tried to tell manager and waitress that she heard me clearly say lettuce please but alas she was not star witness material to them. Now I have to find a new favorite restaurant after years and years of loyal service. 🤷♀️
First time stopping after coming to Plattsburgh for 5 yrs...we enjoyed the pizza very much. Waitress took time to speak to us. A great place to stop and certainly will be on our return visits.

Absolute worst pizza ever ordered and delivered. Guess you can only order certain nights for a decent cook and edible pizza. My crowd all were thrown back how bad the sponge of oil, bad sauce, disqusting pizza was! All locals. Place gets crowds...but worst Pizza every.

Great Food! Great Service. Wait staff is well informed of their menu and answers any questions. I have been there only 4 times so far (with plans to go back very shortly), I have tried a few things, the Linguini with alfredo sauce is my favourite so far! Delish!

Usually order pizza, which is always excellent. However, I ordered the sandwich, which was a special of the day. Very greasy, and not alot of flavor.

Food was good but in order for it to be a family restaurant they should take the inappropriate pictures off the walls. I wont bring my family back unles they are gone.
Waste of money. $29 for a pizza with sparce toppings and garlic bread. The garlic bread was $6 for a sub roll cut in half with some olive oil, spices and no cheese.
The wings were actually hot. Loved the wings. Dough was a thicker and crisper style. Nice atmosphere.

2022-06-07One of our favorite pizza places of all time! They have fresh and delicious ingredients and a nice selection of food options. They tend to be busy quite often, so calling in a pickup order, or placing one on their website helps cut down any wait time significantly. The restaurant has a nice, calm, casual feel and the staff is friendly and always busy helping guests or helping in the kitchen. Pizza Palace Special and their bone-in chicken wings with their awesome Bleu Cheese dressing are our favorite go to items on the menu!

2022-03-20We rented the patio yesterday for an 80th birthday party and could not be happier. The food was amazing, as always. We had a few catering trays, pizzas, and salad, every last bite was delicious. The staff was super attentive and accommodating.We always eat here when visiting family nearby and will continue to! Thank you for all that you do!

2022-03-01First time back after several years of sub par food and service. Food was not great in the past however something has changed. The food was much better this time around! We had a small party and did some appetizers and pizza. The food was tasty, the waitress and staff was friendly but could been more attentive as our guests had to ask for refills several times.

2022-06-27One of my children ordered a kids spaghetti with marinara sauce. He seemed to like it. One of my other children ordered an individual pizza, which he did not like at all and wouldnt eat (did not have enough sauce or cheese, lots of crust). My wife, my other son and I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza (medium level of hot). I have no idea what they put on the pizza - it had a weird sweet taste and did not taste like buffalo in the least. My son tried to eat it and ended up getting sick (in the restaurant) from the weird flavor. My wife and I couldnt eat a whole slice. We did not complain but the server could tell the food was not a hit. She ended up comping the pizza without us asking. Service was nice and friendly. Maybe they messed up the pizza and that explains the weird flavor?

2022-06-12I am a regular at Bono, and after a fummyntalk with a nice CBP officer, asking why visiting Plattsburgh, I said, well, little things I can’t find north of the border, among them, a proper NY styke pizza! And she mentioned Palace. I had never in 11 years seen this joint. Now I have!!

2022-04-23I ordered barbecue chicken wings to go. I live an hour away. The wings were not edible!! They were so overcooked that it was like crunching on the bone. Threw them away.
