Pizza Time in other cities:
Pizza easily passed the slide test, even though we had buffalo chicken and barbecue chicken. The crust was quite good - somehwere between NY style and Chicago, and wasnt overly chewy or doughy - it was the best surprise for me.Interestingly they sell homemade pickles which we enjoyed and surprisingly seemed to compliment the pizza flavor. Very simple decor but the pizza was quite good, which is what we were yearning for.
This was the first time that I felt very disappointed about my delivery and food. Was told 30 to 45 minutes and it took almost an hour and a half. Then the toppings on my pizza were run to one side and the crust was over cooked. Very disappointed that when I called. The gentleman who answered stated he couldnt do anything to comp me for the pizza except send me another which would take as long to arrive. Which I didnt have time to wait for.
This place has great food, but needs some serious customer service help. Called in an order with someone else. 1st person ordered and on the same order I was passed the phone, and because the woman had to wait a second she THOUGHT she put me on hold and said there. You want to put me on hold? Ill f-ing put you on hold.....seriously had no reason to do it other than she had to wait for one person to pass the phone. Childish. I kept the receipt, it has the time stamp and employee ID number.
I am a retired owner of several local pizzarias. Always a tough thing to find a quality pizzaria who makes a good, fresh and properly cooked pizza. I have found one. I ordered a pizza from the maple Ave store in Saratoga and had it delivered. Proper amount of toppings, and cooked perfect. ( I ordered it a little crispy). Great job. Ill be ordering againJeffrey
I ordered a peperperoni pizza lite on sauce with a garlic bread and Cajun fries. When I recived my pizza it had mushrooms on it that I didn’t order. Now i have to wait for other people’s orders to be delivered before I can recive the rest of my dinner. This will be my first and last time I’ll order from here

2022-04-29I really loved this place until one day I had the audacity to question the prices. I asked why they were almost 3x what was listed on their website and the girl explained that the website wasn’t updated for COVID, so I asked for the breakdown and she lost it, the delivery driver got on the phone and apologized, then gave me my itemized pricing, these prices STILL didn’t add up to the total she gave me! Is she just adding on amounts to customers that she knows usually don’t question their receipt!?! Sure seems like it. I’ve never had someone get upset with me just because I questioned the price, I won’t be ordering from here again. Update your website, it isn’t that hard.

2022-03-01UPDATE: I live 3.8 miles from this place, placed a $50 order online, was called, and told they would not deliver because its out of the jurisdiction. So of course the order was canceled. I placed the same order online to the Pizza Time in Ballston Spa, and since they use the same online platform my order incorrectly and unknowingly went through to the Saratoga Pizza Time shop again (the same exact order I had just canceled when they called me to let me know they didnt deliver to my house, and as I did not have transportation that night, agreed that to not have them start preparing it and cancel). Upon arriving at Ballston spa Pizza Time (Biscossis Pizza Time to be correct) the cashier called the Saratoga shop to tell them what happened and the cashier in Toga said my order was not prepared(in which she assumed it was the 1st order instead of doing her job to check about the 2nd one). Long story trying to be short, I was charged for the 2nd order at Maple Ave. location (Saratoga), I only called once a day, for 2 days in a row to resolve the issue, and also spoke with two managers who not only hung up on me but one male also threatened to call the police on me when I was at my financial institution and they called the store with me on speakerphone to try to settle the dispute. They also tried lying to justify charging me, by saying that they had made/cooked the first order (the one canceled when they called me to tell me about being out of delivery jurisdiction), and with the second order being placed, they lost over $100 worth of food because both of the orders were prepared. UPDATE: After having to dispute this invalid/ridiculous charge, I ended up receiving my money back. Unfortunately not because any type of owner had the good faith to ever reach out, but because my financial institution deemed it as an unauthorized charge forcing them to refund my money. Very disappointing. Not only have I never been treated so poorly, rude, and smug, but in my professional opinion if any establishment/person cannot admit a mistake, take a monetary loss (especially if it is because of your own ignorant, disgruntled employees), and not care to make things right with a customer, they most definitely should not be in the hospitality business. **Side Note: Biscossis Pizza Time on Geyser Rd. has all of the same menu items as this Pizza Time, prepare them the same way, and they also have a huge extended menu with everything homemade. When this issue arose, both the owner himself and his daughter apologized for how this store/staff treated me. They are not even affiliated whatsoever with Pizza Time in Saratoga except for part of the name! Thanks, Biscossi staff, and family! You know what customer service is, and now have one for life beyond my personal recommendations.

2021-07-13I was not very excited about this place the pizza was absolutely delicious so that is why I got three stars but we ordered the pizza and we ordered a sausage pepper and mushroom pizza and we were there when it was ordered and they got the order wrong and then tried to blame it on the person who ordered the pizza we were sitting right next to a person ordered the pizza instead of just apologizing for getting it wrong then they kept trying to put onions on the pizza when one of our people cant stand onions so it was just a fiasco and we had to wait 20 minutes in order to get our pizza but did they do anything to compensate for their mistake. No, not at all. Like I said the only saving grace was that the pizza tastes very good a lot better than most places in that area but I wasnt fond of the customer service. Will I go back well have to see.

2021-05-18Have been a long time customer for years and absolutely LOVE their steak and cheese subs and calzones are the BEST anywhere! Unfortunately, I moved, so dont get to order as much as I would like to! However, when I do allow myself to indulge in some good grub, I will make the drive and get it here as the 2 pizza places where I live are horrible in my opinion. Wish you could open a place out here! Their white garlic and ricotta cheese pizzas are awesome as well!

2021-07-27Pizza not bad, but all they had was Sicilian slices, not sure they make regular slices. The inside was very odd and a little creepy to say the least - definitely needs an overhaul.

2021-02-07We ordered online and it was delivered in 50 minutes. Wish there was an estimated time of arrival/updates after ordering, but not a huge deal. Fried ravioli was really good! Garlic knots were so-so (I bit in to one and the oil came out like a fruit gusher candy). The white broccoli pizza was thick and doughy with sparse toppings. You can find better and cheaper pizza at Dominos. Overall, can’t recommend. I feel wasteful throwing so much food out, but no one wants to eat it 🤷🏻♀️

2020-04-27I ordered a sub yesterday and wanted it for a certain time. The sub was absolutely amazing and it came right on time. The driver was wearing gloves and a mask and was very friendly. The online order process was easy and it also allows you to pay cash when the drivers come. Thank you for a great lunch!!!
