Unlike other comments, My son and I had a great experience shipping boxes to his new residence. Since they utilize all services to ship (FedEx, UPS, USPS & DHL) we were able to determine the fastest and most economical way to ship. His boxes arrived on-time and intact. If youre uncertain how best to ship, this should be your go to place.

I had fingerprint scheduled at this location. upon arriving at my appointment I was met with rudeness. After I confronted the guy about his rudeness he told me he doesn’t have to respect me & then refuse me service.This guy was unprofessional & prejudice. Would not recommend this place.

Very fast and easy HOWEVER, I dropped off a box and I asked them a favor to tape the box shut for me because I ran out of packing tape at home. They wanted to charge me a $1. Really? For one strip of tape? It’s not the money but the principal of it all.

This is the nicest store! Service goes well beyond whats usually available at most mail stores; manager drove to my house, picked up small childs desk which was in our basement!!!, then drove to store, wrapped/boxed it carefully to mail. And I even had a $10 coupon!

Other reviews are from employees who work there, BEWAREExtremely high markup on services. Purchased a groupon for mailbox rental (from $360 to $170), they would not honor the groupon. They use bait and switch tactics. Whatever services you need from them can be done for much cheaper at fedex/kinkos or ups store. Owner is extremely rude. I called and asked if they could help before going in, and was told yes. Once you get there everything changes. Terrible experience, do not go to this store, you will be sorry.

I went in to have my packages mailed back to Apple via pre-paid Fedex. Plainview Mailroom was so helpful in making sure I had the right label on the right package. Much better than going to the post office or fed ex directly.

My wife and I used PLAINVIEW MAILROOM for Notary, shipping, passport photos, fingerprinting... just about everything, and they always went the extra mile for us! Kishore and staff are very friendly and professional. Whenever we had questions, they always had the answers. Kishore has been at this for awhile and has a great deal of experience - he knows what kind of Notary paperwork youll need, what causes problems for fingerprinting, and what kind method of shipping will work best, and is still has vast knowledge and is extremely helpful and friendly.We used them for much of our adoption paperwork and we wish we could have used them for everything, but that wasnt physically possible. Still, they always offered to go above and beyond to accommodate us. Well always be loyal customers whenever we have need of any of the services that they offer!

Plainview Mailroom has everything you need for mailing/shipping and then some—copy services, notary services, etc. And the best part is that the staff is honest, friendly and helpful. I’d choose it over a UPS store anytime.
