Always have such a good experience here! The employees are very friendly and compassionate. Jeannine is very accommodating & checks up to make sure everything is good.
Horrible.. You see the PT once and then youre handed off to the P.T.A. who they never tell you is a P.T.A.. Its a mill. They have lots of equipment and do take care of you but they should have the P.T. do more of the work since the insurance companies pay them adequately.
Wonderful office, staff, therapists are great! Would recommend to family and friends.
Dr. Putterman is excellent. I have been going there for years. He is gentle and understanding.

2022-08-13I have been going to Plainview Physical Therapy on and off, as needed, for the past 10 years. Everyone in the office is friendly and helpful and after a while, you really feel like youre part of the family. The therapists are absolutely excellent; theyve gotten me through knee surgery, stiff necks, and back issues. Four of my family members go there as do some of my friends, many of whom I recommended. Love you Plainview PT!

2022-07-28I had surgery in May and my neck was very swollen, I couldn’t turn my head. After only 8 visits I was able to turn my head which gave me the ability to drive again, instead of asking my Husband, Daughter, and Son to drive me everywhere. The staff are amazing. Shiv and Jonna both worked with me, they were friendly and very professional! I never had a long wait, the receptionists were great also, and I highly recommend Plainview Physical Therapy! All around an excellent experience! I

2021-03-05Jeannine really did a standout job with my total shoulder replacement the past two visits. She pushed the limits but knows exactly what she’s doing. I am significantly further ahead than I was when my other shoulder was replaced. We’ve got better range of motion than I expected at this point and I think Jeannine gets a lot of the credit. When you’re recuperating from joint replacements you have breakthrough days every few weeks. Today was one. The placement of my shoulder feels more natural and feels looser and more fluid in the socket this evening.

2019-10-22I am currently going to therapy for a year in my rota cuff. After 5 weeks I am much stronger without pain, and just started hitting a tennis ball, love it.But Ive been in there care for rehab after a knee replacement. The whole staff is wonderful. Thank you.Jeff Bomzer

2019-07-10Best physical therapy facility on Long Island or anywhere. Full treatment and exercise program. Caring and professional. Helped me rebuild myself after years of my neglect, arthritis in spine, knees neck -- and a catastrophic car accident -- that rendered my body in constant pain -- unable to stand, walk, move. I love the physical therapists Kenny and Shivi and staff May, Kathy, everyone. Even helped me find the best ortho surgeon at NYU. Always looking out for their patients and caring.

2019-12-03I have been going to Shiv for the last year on and off and I adore her and the staff here. She actually listens to your issue which I havent experienced with other PTs and makes smart suggestions based around the whole body. I wholeheartedly recommend them & have sent several people there.

2019-02-04If i could give a zero, i would. I made an appt one week ahead of time to make sure it was with the therapist i was recommended to see. When i got there the receptionist told me i was seeing someone else and a mistake must have been made. She was very rude and told me there was no way to accommodate meIn addition, i was there twice before with different therapists. You are put in a little cubicle. The therapist comes and goes while seeing 4 other people at the same time. When i said i wasn’t coming back and they lost a patient, the threeReceptionists that were there at the time were completely unconcernedDo not waste your time with this office!I see that the office has replied to myReview. I was NEVER offered another apptOn that day!!!!! In addition to this problem,You should know that the therapists see 3-4People at a time. Most of your time is wastedSitting in a room by yourselfI would recommend going to sounside in locust valley where the care is mor personalized

2017-08-24Excellent therapists that care about your pain and work hard to help you feel better. They helped me through two knee replacements and I could not have done it without their constant encouragement. I highly recommend Plainview physical therapy to anyone that needs therapy.
