Im going to eat it cause we paid for it, but its not good. BBQ sauce doesnt taste anything like BBQ, hot wings arent hot. And the chicken wings are so cooked they dried them out! This meal should have been free yall

Dissapointed to say that they have lost my business. I commute a few times a week with my dog and it was always nice to stop there and pick up wings. When I called, they would have the food ready and run it out to my car on the side of the building by the time I got there (I dont like to leave my dog in the car by herself) Ive done this for maybe 2 years. Today I called and after ordering, I was transfered to another person who is the new transfer manager and he refused to offer contactless pickup ( something I had done literally a week prior) the policy the manager was trying to enacting didnt make a ton of sense (refusing contactless pickup and alienating a frequent costumer wont curb fraudulent purchases.) Its a shame, because I always appreciated the other employees quick and friendly service despite the price of items and size of the wings. Ill be stopping elsewhere on my commute from now on.
The bone-in wings were delicious and smothered in sauce, but my god they were the tiniest wings Ive ever had. I feel like I shouldve ordered 20 instead of 10 cuz Im still pretty hungry. Ill order from them again to hopefully get a spicier sauce, but it definitely wont be on the original wings.

I ordered wings tonight from the Wappingers location. The food was delivered and not all of it was there. We waited a little over an hour for our food. I called the store to tell them I did not get all of my food. I was spoken to by an employee named Bella who was very uniformed and rude. She stated to me I could wait 30 more min for the order of fries that was forgotten to be delivered to me or I could accept a credit. I told her I did not want them delivered as that would mean my other food would get cold and soggy. I told her I wanted the charges refunded. She responded that she couldn’t refund part of an order the only way was a full refund and to re charge me for things I received. She told me it would take 5 days for the other charge to be refunded. I agreed she then put me on hold and said she needed to ask her manager. She placed me on hold and when she came back she informed me her manager stated she could not preform the refund. She said I could come to the store and get cash or take the credit. I asked to speak to the manager and this request was denied due to the manager supposedly not being on site. How is it you expect your customers to pay for a good they did not receive? How little training do your employees receive that they speak to customers in the manner I was spoken to, then to tell them one thing have them agree and take it back. The employee refused to tell me when a manager would be in other than some time tomorrow and also refused to tell me the store’s franchise number. We should be refunded our delivery fee as well as the cost of the product we ordered and did not receive. Being told I can drive to the store to get a refund is unacceptable. Delivery was ordered for a reason and there is no reason the order could not have been partially refunded. I wasn’t looking to not pay for the cost of what I received but I will not deal with being charged for a service I did not. I still have not Received a refund. It’s a complete fallacy that you can not refund orders. Just be honest and say no one there is able or knows how to do it. You should also probably train your employees how to handle complaints over the phone instead of laughing in the background and ignoring when someone speaks to them.
Food was good, except the size of the wings , it should be called planet pigeon wings . The ceasar salad was good, but for 10 bucks again it looked like it was for a child to eat. So basically save your money , go to any pizzeria, and for the money you spend you would be full and satisfied. So my review is , I would never go back, that simple.

Food delivery takes forever when you order in the evening hours… almost 2 hours for some Pigeon Wings to be delivered to me.
The wings and fries tasted good but the wings are utterly small for a place that advertises wings as its strong suit. For $20 I could go to hannaford and buy a couple giant bags of wings with some marinade and sauce and feed an army. I spent $60 at this place and got half of what I should have got at an eatery. Even at a restaurant you can get good wings with meat for the fraction of the price.The good news is that they have delivery.

The menu is actually very impressive. In addition to traditional and boneless wings with a variety of sauces, you can also get a lot of other pub type food. It was very clean inside when I went. Although they are marketed as fast food, dont expect to be in and out like the burger places with a drive through. Expect the wait to be more line Panera Bread.

The food is delicious, but its a bit expensive for what youre getting. Its simple chicken, as well as other types of food like burritos and fries and stuff in the fried category. The price just hikes up if you want a side of fries and a drink. Nice place to eat though.

Trash wings thought it would be better

Should be called Pigeon Wings. The wings are so tiny(I dont care if theyre organic if you get more meat from 4 chicken nuggets) 10 wings fries and a drink is like $15. Lol giacomos has better wings, thats sad.

Wing king of Columbus here, with another report from the road!Plantet Wings has amazing wings!The garlic parmesan was a perfect balance of garlic and parm, so many places overuse the parm and drown out the garlic.The smokey mesquite was a nice dry rub, plenty of smokey hints.The medium was a good sauce, had a slight hint of heat, but subtle enough for those who cant handle heat to enjoy.The hot BBQ were very good, the balance between BBQ and heat was again balanced.The hot, had a good heat, nothing where I needed to wipe my brow, but a very healthy spice with a good flavor profile. Not a traditional buffalo sauce, so Im glad they call it hot.Couldnt be happier with this tasting of what Plant Wings had to offer.

Im not one to review places but needed to warn others .planet fitness next door may have better food options. This place is terrible !😭. Wings r small and meatless.c heessteak had no meat in one half of the stale roll and horriblly poor quality meat.Chicken wrap was fair.Best thing was the resses cookie thats made somewhere else.Even if prices were good which they r not..I wouldnt eat here cause food sucks!

This chain has really gone down over the last five years. My recent visit was the first time I’d been to a PW in years. The Philly cheesesteak sandwich had no vegetables on it and the wings were quite tasteless. The biggest disappointment was that a sandwich, soda and 5 wings cost me nearly $18 - insane!

The Wappingers Falls (and by association all PWs) location couldnt be under worse management and serve lousier food. We ordered a Buffalo Chicken salad that looked like Buffalo Chicken diarrhea. We called to complain and they told us they changed the recipe (we had liked the way the salad came out in the past). Fine. We asked for a refund and the snot nosed manager refused saying we got what we paid for. So I asked PWs management through Facebook (or whoever controls their Facebook page) for the refund and after initially acting like they were going to do the right thing ended up ignoring me.Seriously, we are talking 9 bucks here. Screw PWs and their tiny wings and crappy management. Dont go there, BWWs is better and priced basically the same. Or just go to a local pizza place.

2022-03-24WORST WING SPOT IVE EVER BEEN TO: I ordered 10 wings and fries, it came out to $20. The fries were cold, smallest wings Ive ever seen in my life, the sauce had no flavor. I threw the food out it was so terrible honestly.These people really robbed me for 20 cash.

2022-06-20So, I’ve been ordering from this location since 2003 so I can say with confidence the quality of the food and especially customer service has gone downhill. There have been numerous occasions over the last 12 months that we have been shorted on our orders. When calling the location to notify them, they can’t refund but promise to include what was missing on the next order but when you remind them when placing the next order, they have no idea of what you’re talking about. Yesterday was the last straw for us when we placed our order we paid for extra blue cheese (what they give you is a joke) which they failed to provide. In addition, we had also ordered 2 orders of curly fries which they decided to place it one container which does not equal 2 individual orders. When I called the location and asked to speak to the manager an individual named Jay claimed to be the manger. When I started to explain my issue, he was very condescending and really could care less when I asked for the owners contact information, he refused only giving me his name, Danny, and said he would have him call which he didn’t. I will not be ordering from them again and I’m sure that there are others you have had the same experience with customer service but just aren’t willing to take the time to write a review.

They also deliver.Overall pretty happy with whatever I’ve gotten, and I’d recommend to others to try.I would also recommend to change the frying oil a little bit more often, since at the end of the oil batch the wings may taste a little burnt.

2021-11-28Well the food was fine but they raised their prices which isnt cool cost 60 dollars for two . Which is 20 dollars more than I used to pay . And on top of that one of the workers was shaking his hair out behind the register and he was the one in kitchen and the other workers were kinda loud and obnoxius. Bit the price raise on the food is ridiculous I could have gone to a restaurant for cheaper.

2021-07-04The workers at this location are absolutely fantastic. Always professional, energetic and polite. I will not take that away from this location. However I don’t know if someone isn’t reading the order screen but the last 3 visits my orders were completely opposite. I ask for extra crispy and there’s no crunch. I ask for light sauce, and there’s a swimming pool in the tray. I ask for flats and I get drums. At first I thought maybe they misunderstood although my receipt says exactly how I wanted my food. We are all human, so next time I’m sure it will be right. The second time I asked for the same order. This time I got all flats, ringing wet with sauce. Then Friday I said I will give it one more go… this time the sauce was light and they were all flats, but it wasn’t crispy. In fact a few pieces didn’t seem done. Out of 10 wings I ate one and a half. The fries were good. I probably wouldn’t have much of an issue but this stuff isn’t cheap. So I will give the 3 stars for the great customer service. But I’m far from happy with the food. If there is a next time I will check before leaving.

2021-12-02This place lost my business. The past 2 orders I got from them were both messed up. Its pretty common knowledge that mozzarella sticks comes with marinara sauce.Second order messed up I asked for original extra crispy, and I got boneless. On top of that items were also forgotten.
