My mother called for an appointment for the booster shot and they said they had it so we went and we thought that’s what they gave me, we find out later that they gave me a completely different shot that my mother did not ask for. These people do not listen to what they are asked for. Very unreliable. But the Doctor is great and awesome, it’s the receptionist fault most likely. She is rude and looks like she wants to leave. She should not be the face of u see when u enter the office. She gives bad energy vibes. The other staff though are great and nice to you.

Dr Platnik is Awesome !!!! Now that he is retiring, I dont think I will find another doctor like him, the patience and love with which he examines his little patients. We will miss him very much. We Love you Dr. Platnik

Great doctor had him since birth till 21 years old and was a good friend of ours for many years Maria is a really sweet lady who goes above and beyond for us she even gave our family gifts for all occassions, the surveys who say shes grouchy unprofessional nasty etc are all fake news she is a real humanitarian to our family and everyone else very old building and could use a renovation. Leslie the nurse there took great care of me over the years and was like having an aunt or cousin around, Dr. Platnik is the most kindest humble man to walk the earth and very thorough examining his patients. His care is old school but he is really nice his office also is old and could use help last renovation i think was 2019 and that was led lights new window blinds and tile flooring signage is old and needs a facelift door closer too and walls need help would recommend him to anybody love this guy and would go to him anytime the wall of fame for his patients even show how much he loves his children patients! Would go again and i highly recommended him to newcomers or those looking for a new dr

Dr. Platnik is an AMAZING doctor & my son has been going to him since he was a baby. The receptionist Maria is unprofessional and rude. I needed to speak to the doctor regarding his visit & she told me to write the doctor a “letter” and hung the phone up on me. Nice to know my sons health is so important. The other staff are very pleasant and nice. Maria is just a miserable soul.

Dr. Platnick was my family doctor from the age of 9 till I was 17. The memory I have of him is the real deal doctor.. I have my own family and am of age 55 and I have not met another doctor to fill his shoes. He is an awesome doctor and should be in the hall of fame.Gladys Rentas

Dr. Platnick is an amazing doctor!!!! I soo love this doctor he treated my daughter most of her life until we moved to Hawaii and then he recommended an medical colleage of his in hawaii for me to take her too. Hes so through and cares very much for his patients! Wow totally reccomend . If I could give 10 stars I would!

This man was mine and my sisters Dr. from months old until High School Graduation, I even thought it would be great if he could be my daughters Dr. as well. I love Dr. Platnik, he shows he cares and takes his time.

Hi Dr. Palntick Its Marylou CalixtoYou are an amazing Dr. Compassionate and Caring always doing what was best for my two special care kids, As you may know Jeffrey Calixto Passed, Georgina just turned 40 years old, Gerardo Jr is married with a daughter, and as you may also know Gerardo Sr Also passed 1997 at 42 from heart propblems, we been living in Florida for 20 years but I do miss you caring ways. I have 4 kid and they all have had dr platnik for there pcp.. Hands down this dr is the best.. Hes so knowledgeable takes his time explaining things overall just an amazing dr..
