Found this place by accident visiting a doctor. Had a great ham and egg on roll sandwich, also the coffee was very good. Prices were very reasonable.

2017-03-17DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! THEY HAVE NO RESPECT FOR THEIR FOOD OR THEIR CUSTOMERS IN ANY WAY.Explanation:So I have been a loyal customer for years even getting my coworkers to also go there as well.I dont like cheese on my breakfast sandwiches so as you can imagine most places usually put cheese on breakfast sandwiches by habit and I usually get the fun job of returning them.This again happened today, I call up to ask if I can have a new one made on a different day (because I have no time to walk back out and get another). Tim answers the phone and says this seems to happen alotthen accuses me of stealing from them by not returning the sandwich.I let him know that I have never ordered cheese on my sandwiches so clearly its not my fault but I can also find a new place to get breakfast from (even though I really didnt)Tim says, ok and hangs upSo Im pretty furious at this time but mostly annoyed...a coworker tells me to go down there and speak to the owner, Tony. So I go down there expecting to have a nice conversation from the usually nice owner, Tony.When I get there Tony literally snatches the sandwich from the counter, and his daughter Danielle makes new sandwich...after she makes the sandwich she puts it in a bag and drops the bag on the floor (Not making this up).I stand there amazed that she would do this...I pick up the food and ask to speak to Tony, he tells the cashier to tell me that he has no time. I obviously leave the food there and walk out.Sorry for the long story but I feel the need to tell everyone that this place has no respect for their customers, especially the loyal ones who have been going back every day for years. And everyone should stay away from this place and the terrible attitude their staff have towards their customers.

2020-03-16Great place for cheap eats and convenient to everyone who works on Columbia Circle. Staff has always been friendly and the service is great. Sandwiches arent fancy or anything special, but they are solid and great for the price. Their Pasta salad is the same, nothing special but solid and tasty. Soups have always been good, and their chili is also very tasty.

2017-10-23I never write reviews but saw the negative reviews on here and I felt the need to address it. Ive worked across the street from this deli for 3 years now and the service has been nothing but exceptional. Whether I am ordering lunch for myself or catering a 15 person meeting, they always have the food over here early. If anything, they get here TOO FAST. If you need a simple, no-frills, lunch or breakfast sandwich, Plaza deli will not let you down. Prices are great, too!

2019-08-13Every one star review on here is from uppity people that expect the world on a plate. This place is amazing. The staff are nothing but professional and friendly. I cant imagine any of them treating customers the way they have been described. If youre looking for a good sandwich at a fair price look no further. This place is great!

2019-11-22Fourth time Ive ordered from here, and four failed times. The soup is horrific. Todays clam chowder was really watery, flat and tasteless, served in a tiny cup for over $3.00. Do not EVER order the lobster bisque. I am pretty sure that goes in the books for worst soup that I have ever tried. The sandwiches are nasty and the meat tasted expired. The egg sandwiches are really the only thing this deli has going for them, and Ive only had it once.

2019-09-13I really like the sandwiches but I am done ordering from here this is twice nowI noticed the girl making my sandwich not wearing gloves. She grabs the meat with her bare hands then throws paper away. God knows what else. I had her make me a new one and they made me feel like I was the crazy one. Sad

2017-08-09This place doesnt even deserve 1 star they are extremely rude. the owner daughter came to my job and dumped the food everywhere just because i asked if the guy taking orders is having a bad day. great food but very unprofessional. people that work there having disgusting communication skills! and get a temper very easily!... no one deserves to be treated in such manner. especially a paying customer..
