I bought my first car at Honda Plaza and I worked with a sales representative named David. He walked me through the whole process, he bared with me through the touch and go moments, and he’s the reason why I was able to get a car in the first place. He cares for his customers. Like genuinely and truthfully. It’s not all about money at all. He actually builds a relationship with you and checks in on you in a very respectful way through social media or via number. I remember I had a problem with my car and I called him and he immediately responded and helped me. He is a pretty chill guy and he is super helpful. Fun to be around and so funny. Im pretty much done with plaza Honda. The first time I went, I went to lease a car, but the financier did not properly explain the terms of the lease, and when I went to make modifications I was told I couldnt make them. Cool.When I go to buy out the car, the sales person and financier processed 4 inquiries on my credit. Youre better off going to a bank yourself and applying for an auto loan. They are careless and reckless. When I decide to buy a new car, needless to say, it will not be with that entire plaza. It is all owned by the same person/family.

These guys suck…. First they took 60 days to get my registration done and the stuff didn’t told me that dmv don’t process it until you don’t get your inspection done for Maryland… they telling me right after 40 days of purchase…. And then I needed a maintenance and they made me wait 3 hours and still wasn’t ready to do my maintenance… the worst dealership I have ever seen

I have been coming to this honda plaza to have my car serviced for years. It seem there has been changes in the team and for the past eight months i have spent thousands of dollars on everything but the issue at hand. Every time the car is serviced Im told the problem was corrected but in fact was not. It seems the culture is to keep you coming back. Very disappointed, with all the technology they have they cant figure it out. Old school mechanics can diagnose your car by just a sound you make. I would have been better off going to a street mechanic. :(

After searching Long Island high and low for our Odyssey and coming up empty, we found Plaza Honda, who had the exact model/color we were looking for and a price that no other dealer would touch! Rasul stayed after hours knowing we were coming from out east, he was patient with us and even helped install the car seats while we did paperwork. The entire deal was done over the phone, which no other dealer would do, so we were so appreciative that they were able to accommodate us! Worst dealership in Brooklyn with lack of proper communication between sales reps and a proper portal to track what goes on in the dealership. I have been harassed by the dealership on a monthly basis after receiving a car from them. The car is no longer in my possession but they still keep calling me to try to buy it out and make the last pennies they can. Clearly this place only cares about money and not the customer experience.

As being a new owner of a Honda Civic 2019 I am very excited and grateful for this new experience. Neber thought i would be financing due to fear of this but with Willie Roseboro help, I was able to smoothly get the car. If I knew it was that easy I would have done thing sooner rather than buy pre-owned from the streets. I went in for a 2016 but came out with a 2019 honda civic for good price, good mileage, good insurance and overall a new car from what Im used to having. On top of that he came in on his day off in order to ensure I got my car. If my dad was still alive he would be very happy for what I accomplished today. All I can say is knowledge is power and the right people that enter your life will definitely steer you right.

Buying experience was good, however they charge $1200 for dealer fees and still called me and ask for $23 to fedex the plates and registration, which they are giving me almost after 2-3 months, 1st they gave me reason of covid delays and after it was discovered that they never turned on my paper work. Worst after sales services looks like they dont know what they are doing.
I bought a 2021 honda crv I just drive the car 17.900 miles and all the dashboard lights pops on I left the car on the service, for 2 weeks! Now that call me and tall me that the car has no warranty how come only 17.000 miles and the car has no warranty? I try to talk with the manager naisly but all they told me I have to pickup the car order ways I will have to pay $ 50 parking fe for day is the worst part

Every other Honda dealer I visited told me it was impossible to get the exact car I wanted (a 2022 red Accord EX-L Hybrid). Plaza Honda got it for me in two weeks, and gave me a lower price and higher trade-in value than other dealers would offer for the cars they had on their lots. Salesman Rasul Shakhaev was honest, friendly, and helpful from the first Hello to the farewell when he took a photo of my wife and me smiling with the keys. He was never pushy. Working with him was actually a pleasant experience!!!

Im going to explain in full detail why I am writing 1 star for this company.Today of 2019.I took my Cèdy Ahsh Ehff to get my entitled Free Oil Change with my warranty at Plaza Honda. I am told that my warranty goes where I go.First Spanish guy dressed in a suit. (Professional, @ 1st glance)Step out of the car.Allow him to read my notebook.He directs me to where I have to go. (Struggle... He spoke English but his appearance is just a front for their operation.)Walk into office to get service. 1st Spanish Entity refused me service by not greeting me. (My last minute thinking) they both did after I left...But I noticed that there was another. Thought: seems friendlier.I assume that the 2nd entity is friendly because the 1st entity saw me & was being blocked. Either way I could stay & feel disrespect or get out. (Their attitude towards me)I walk up to her & yes she is friendly.I show her my notebook, asking about booking an appointment. She starts to ask me questions: This is Honda.. Do you have a Honda? This is not Hyundai. I honestly didnt notice how sarcasm really works. Because why wouldnt I know what type of car that I drive everyday?I begin to write down the type of Honda Vehicle that I have as well as the year and color. As I write down, the woman saw my key and this is when I decided to pay attention. However, I am mute.. writing to someone is me talking.. she tried to stop me from talking because she recognized the name Honda.She then asked for my phone number. Is this correct protocol?She then gives me paper to write on.3rd voice can be expected to be a woman that sounds sincere hence y I let her check her car. And I do what I always did, in the past. And not say, no I am here first. There is a capable entity to the right of you.But I did nothing. Until I decided to write about it. ***Hence why I am doing reviews from now on. Back to the subject at hand though.***I allowed both the White woman and entity leave to tend to their car.As I began writing, I lost myself in thought asking God... Why do you always allow me to suffer? Since birth.The 2nd Entity walks back into room with a 4th Spanish Entity that had a seemingly recognizable voice.This entity seems so comfortable with the 2nd Entity. I understood that the 4th entity is actually the white voice that changed her appearance just so that I, as a brown woman that has always been forced to identify as black was almost spiritually tricked into a scenario that couldve been harmful to my life by whatever they are.In my notebook that I showed to her, I asked her if I have to book an appointment. She has me wait 10-15 minutes just to come back to me with the same entity in a different appearance but same voice and escort me to the office. She then says, you have to book an appointment. I left, not because this entity cannot read but it cant read. 📖... Thinking of DestinTroyce RN... Once I wrote, Im mute not dumb... I handed them my notebook expecting for help of some kind for my baby 🤦🏾. It doesnt have any oil because the other Honda Dealership that I bought from wouldnt refill it until it was at 15%. However, that was last week when it was at 30%. Why couldnt I just get it refilled at 30%? I do not know.. shouldve stayed in the relationship with my mechanic.. He helps me get through things. But you wasted about 3 hours of my time.1 for driving basically 49 minutes to the establishment2 for not having any compassion3 for making me believe that you do not want your job (because they wouldnt have left me hurtful)I would like to put out there that if Honda Dealerships are hiring anyone that can get someone else to fill out a job application for them and coach them on things to say, they obviously need to provide standard education to anyone they are interested in hiring to work for them making sure that their staff are fully able to work and provide great, smooth service. The reality of this world is employees are unhappy & it shows.

These people keep sending me things in the mail saying I can trade in my car for a new version for the same amount that I paid originally or less. Queries regarding that have continually turned out to be blatant lies. When I originally bought my car they also tried to claim the offer we were asking about wasn’t valid (it was) and that they didn’t have the correct car in stock. These bait and switch tactics are disgraceful. I cannot recommend such a dishonest establishment.

Eric was amazing! I went to so many dealers all over and this place was just straight forward and allowed me to leave in. 2021 vehicle kind you my credit isn’t the best and no co-signer needed. If you have been struggling with finding a reputable dealer, go no further. Fees are straightforward and process is very quick!

I was contacting in regards to purchasing a vehicle for someone, i needed to get in touch with a manager, i kindly asked the recceptionist in the event no one were to get back after leaving a name, phone number and message, who is the manager i would be speaking with so therefore when i call, i may ask for them. I was given complete attitude over the phone in a very disrespectful tone. I was simply asking for a name and recceptionist switched up the question into me telling me that she is the gatekeeper there and not only a recceptionist. She seemed like she did not want to work there to pass along any of the simplest information.She completely put me on hold and never came baclk to attend. I have never written a review before and this simple conversation turned upside down and made this experience an unpleast one. I used to sell cars myself and i understand the respect given to one another. This was completely blown out of the ordinary. I will advise anyone trying to shop getting a deal in this market anyways despite paying over sticker price to not go to a place when you will be disrespected even by someone who should be helping you.

Is anyone ever happy coming out of a dealership? No. But this experience is on par with all others. The salesman Steve is good. He seems as genuine as you could be as a car salesman. But of course when you go back to the finance manager, well you know. But if you stand your ground, youll get out of there fairly unscathed.

This review is for this specific experience.I dont even know who to blame for what happened. We bought a full loaded Honda Pilot elite from the.. unfortunately a beer bottle stabbed our tire. I shopped around, and the best solution was to go with them. When quoting the job, they told me one amount. When we got the car back, they charged just about twice as much compared to other quotes. Furthermore.... we had opened a warranty case with the tire manufacturer, to which they claimed they contacted the manufacturer, which was a total lie. He had the guts to lie straight to my face. I felt so deceived, I cant even describe. When I called the tire manufacturer, they said Plaza Honda didnt even bother reaching out, although this kid told me he spoke with someone, sent pictures, etc...The cream on the cake is, that today the same car goes back for its very first oil change. So the service lady says she cant find any sales record of the car. This makes me wonder if the place is simply mismanaged, or their post sale support is simply a piece of trash. Im giving up on this place, and will go find another place to service our cars.Bottom line is Im very disappointed with this place, they lost all business with a family that spent over $100k with them twice in the past three years. 😔
Overly priced vehicles and now Im stuck paying it until the lease is over. I wasnt told many hidden fees and now the car is giving me issues and they just tell me to call and schedule for a service checkup.The car had the same issue a month ago and it was not fixed since its happening again. I keep my items well and its not an issue of my end. Its the car itself.

Overall experience of buying is good. But after you have the car, they won’t even return your email. All I wanted is a copy of the car fax which should have been included in the folio. Beware there is a charge for the car being certified!

The salesperson named Ellen Song was very helpful. On March 15, 2021, this was the third time that she has helped me. I leased the Honda Odyssey. All in all, the salesperson explained carefully and nicely. I recommended a friend to this place and the salesperson was ready to help immediately. My friend also said that it was a nice experience and that he enjoyed the explanations and descriptions of the cars.

Steve S. worked with my schedule to make sure I knew when the new 2023 Odysseys were hitting the lot so I could see how comfortable I was in it before buying one. With the extra effort we were comfortable in accepting a car on the next truck from Steve unseen. It is amazing how companies out there are taking advantage of people. Steve was honest with what the fair markup was being determined by the market and we were willing to accept it to secure our new family vehicle. 2021-12-21I was extremely happy with the level of service that was provided to me by Sherif and William E in the auto exchange department. I barely made it to the plaza auto mall. I was told I had a leak in my transmission. I was hoping to exchange my car. I was directed to Sherif who treated me with so much care and support. Sherif connected me with William who went above and beyond to ensure I leave the dealership with a new car. I ended up with a beautiful new vehicle. Now I can take my little girl to school and to her doctors appointments without anxiety because of Sherif and William’s assistance. I really had a positive experience there at Honda plaza auto mall.
