Steve was very polite and helpful in the model selection. He did not pressure but showed willingness to answer questions and research the one he did not have an answer. He made time commitments and lived up to them. A reputable person that made sure the customer was properly treated.
By far the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. After visiting two other dealers and not getting taken seriously. When I walked into Plaza Toyota I was warmly greeted by Azam. He had to stay after hours to complete the transaction, and i was grateful that he did. Now I have the best commuter car Ive ever owned.
I visited Toyota Plaza last week and I was greeted with excellent service and my overall experience with Jason M was great. He assisted me from start to finish. He was very responsive, and went above and beyond answering any questions or requests I had! This time around, Toyota Dealership was a no problem and low-pressure dealership and I would highly recommend it to friends and family. Fantastic experience. I came in for a routine oil change and inspection, and it was straightforward, efficient, and pleasant to interact with Eric. Unexpected maintenance was taken care of quickly and in the most cost-effective way available. Really appreciated that the appointment time was kept, work time was accurate, and I was informed every step of the way.
If you need someone who will be honest and do a great job for you exactly as they promise, then go to this dealership. Their sales people and their mechanics and service people are all just the best there is. You cant do better anywhere else!!! Jihad Jones was an absolute pleasure to work with. I had first came to him in March but things didn’t work out. Being that he was so helpful, patient and positive I had to come back in and give him my business again, this time it was a success. I bought a new Camry in January of 2019. My salesperson was Yasin, and he was great--knowledgeable, cordial, and not pushy. My experience since then has been great too. Yasin remembers me and says hello when I am in to have my vehicle serviced, and everyone else is professional, warm, and helpful, which I think is unusual for such a large operation. Impressive!

I called to inquire about a new vehicle I was interested in. I knew what I wanted and was ready to put a deposit if they had what I was looking for. Which they did. But the salesperson on the phone with me was insulting, pushy and feeding me false information in order to pressure me into purchasing from them at a ridiculous price, within 5 minutes of the phone call. You will give me $3000 now. Right? No thanks. I did not need untrustworthy, horrible customer service from the start. Took my business to another dealer who took their time, addressed my concerns, and who offered a much better deal.
Thank you Lester Jones! We were trying to pay off our car at Honda and had a horrible time going through a seemingly simple process, but Lester at Toyota was so helpful, helping us through a HONDA SALE. Went in to buy the new GR supra, at first everything went well, looked at the car as one does but wasnt allowed to test drive it which was weird cause every other dealership I went to basically threw me the keys, other then that when it came to talking numbers on the car they hit me with a nearly 7% mark up on top of that so many hidden fees i lost count. when i told them I wasnt interested in the price they were offering it to me for the rep kept going back and forth between me and his manager, now you would think its to get me a better deal, but I assure you it as nothing less then to waste my time. the didnt budge on their ridiculous prices and dont get me wrong I know with this whole covid bs going on and chip shortage thing that obviously cars are going to be marked up but they offered me no incentives, nothing except to take the money out of my pocket and put it in theirs. when I told the rep i wanted to walk out he had tried to make me put down a deposit to secure the car for me but when I said no he completely turned unprofessional and started to make up any excuse for me to hand a penny over. not only this when I tried walking out he laughed behind my back saying i couldnt afford the car anyways. if i could give them 0 stars i would, nothing but unprofessional, greedy and take advantage of anyone who they see fit. even if they would giver me the car at msrp id rather go to any other dealership,, pay the mark up and give someone else the commission they wouldve made on the sale after going through this. train your staff or get better sales reps.
I visited this dealership for an appraisal on my vehicle. I was told by the employees to leave my car double parked on the road and come inside to talk through my options. After initial conversations, I was left over 10 minutes sitting in a makeshift cubicle only to be told my car received a ticket for double parked. When I expressed frustration about the matter employees took no responsibility for the matter. When the manager came to discuss the numbers for the appraisal he did not acknowledge their error and to be franked offered me an appraisal below market. When asked how come other dealers offered more his response was “Maybe they need your vehicle, I don’t.” Will no longer be returning here to do business.
I had the best experience here because of Junaid. Previously we went to a few other toyota dealerships branches in a span of a few days and our experience wasn’t the best. Our car was wrecked and we urgently needed a car on the same day as we were paying for car rental and Junaid helped us with getting the car we needed AND wanted most to getting it on the same day. Stay away. They dont deliver as promised. Sold them a car on 6/3/22 and was told 5 to 7 business days to get me a check. Here we are a month later and yet to get this resolved. I have called, talked to several people and left messages for the Director Scott and manager Junior and no calls return to date. Had to finally hire a lawyer. Terrible customer service.

DONT BUY HERE!!! DONT BUY HERE!!WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!Marcos and Rajah from Toyota department are the worst!!They will never help you !after you buy a car from them! They Will lied and lied and lied to you! And they will never answer your call!I bought an used car from RAJA UMAIR KHAN SALES MANAGER , from toyota department.I pay $35,000 for an used car, RAJA PROMISE ME an extra key , 2 new tires , oil change and a nice carwash!..2 weeks after i called around 30 times! For the entire week Asking for RAJA and keep saying that he is busy, he is in a meeting, in New Jersey’s and lies líes lies.Finally MARCO called me and said that he will not get me an extra key! I mean really raja promised me a key before I bought the car and after I bought it marco said no extra key for me !Marco said Only tires and oil change, so we schedule service for a Saturday a month after I bought the car! Finally I went to service and said nothing was scheduled for my car, so i went and talk to marco, and raja and they said nothing was ordered that they never scheduled my car for service! These people are too much! Unprofessional!finally marco gave me an option to change the 2 tires at mavis that was 30 minutes away so I went there and i pay with my own money which marco said will reimburse me ( took 3 weeks to reimburse me ) well anyways i drove back to do the oil change at their service department ,I spent 6hours for 2 tires and oil change!!Also my temporary registration expired after 30 days and I asked marco to extend my temporary registration because i need to drive my car and they haven’t get my plates and he said No! That he cant extend my temporary registration!So my car was parked for one week With no plates and no registration so i couldn’t drive car . So I decided to talk with a different person and finally a girl helped me giving me an email so i can contact the out of state dvm department.I just feel bad for their boss having this guys working for him.
I took the car of my in-laws as it’s due inspection and I had an engine light. I left the car and asked to run a diagnostic and decide. The car was in mint condition and drove 100k.I emailed the guy to send me a copy of the diagnosis in PDF but he said that their system got hacked and the only thing he wrote what the car needs with an amount of nearly 5k in parts and labor.The very next day, I go there and he didn’t want to give me the diagnosis that the computer gives. I told him that I will not pay anything and will take the car, and suddenly he brought me the print.Keep away from them they are just scammers who wants to milk you out, no ethic and nothing. They think they are smart and everyone else is dumb.I had better experiences at Bayridge. I went to another mechanic, he did some cleaning and tightened the cash and everything was great, inspection passed…and I had to pay only 80$.
This is in reference to the Service Center and Body Shop. Understanding that staff is overworked and parts are delayed; it still is disappointing to see the job done to my car was filled with mediocre work and broken promises. For the past two visits I feel like I was being jipped. I dont believe I will be returning to this location anymore for my vehicles needs.
I had a great car buying experience with Yacine and would recommend him to anyone! Super responsive and we got the car even earlier than projected! Throughout the process, Yacine and all others at Plaza were professional and quick to address any issues. Purchased a 2021 SUV. Told that SUV was sold the day before and someone else purchased it. Manager came and said there was an issue, however they offered a car with a lower 2017 price tag. Was already set on buying the 2021 after weeks of financing and review.If a car is sold in writing, it should be sold to the person. No in betweens. This dealership wants the most money for cars offered and nothing else.

We walked into the dealership with no intentions of buying a new vehicle. Everyone was extremely friendly and assisted with all of our questions. I really like the way they understood our need of car in the price we were looking for and help us to choose a good CAR. They very friendly and also help us to choose good insurance. Raja and Ugo act as a team and do a great job. They answered my questions honestly, got back to me immediately. They gave me the information I needed to make an informed decision and then left me alone to decide. They pass information back and forth so that their days off are no delay. All the preparations were done so that I was able to get in and out of the dealership in about an hour with my new car. Ive leased or purchased over 25 cars and this was the best dealership experience yet.
It would be great if they could actually keep they appointments on time. At less be within an hour of appointment time. Customers time is important and precious work is how we are able to pay for these new cars. To have to wait 3 hours for a simple 5k mile service is ridiculous!!!!
The sales staff was patient, helpful, and informative in explaining and answering our questions and dealing with our concerns that helped us to make the final decision in purchasing our car. Adana was great to work with and was not the least bit pushy. One thing I would like to point out is that we were told by 2 other people there that our insurance would be cheaper on the Corolla than on the Highlander-wrong, it is not.

We all know what to expect when we go to a car dealership. People want to sell you a car & make as much money off you as possible. That aside, when I came here to buy a CHR there were no new ones in stock , but I saw a used 2019 that I liked. My car salesman was very nice, a new guy. The used car sales manager was also a pleasant guy. My biggest issue was that the car was “detailed”, which it really wasn’t even touched after I asked it to be cleaned after I bought it, I received only one key fob, & my car didn’t have the drivers manual. The other used chr on the lot didn’t have a drivers manual in it either. It was an okay experience , I’m either gonna have to pay to get a new manual or keep looking it up on the app. I do love my car though.
Kevon Cole was my personal online advisor and allowed me to purchase a new 2022 Sienna and trade a vehicle entirely from my home! This was the best car shopping experience I’ve ever had. It was also delivered to my home so I never had to set foot into a dreaded dealership. Kevon took me through every step via email and text. He was a pleasure to work with. Don’t think I’ll ever be able to say that about a car salesman. I highly recommend going this route if you ate comfortable buying a car online.
I bought a new 2022 Sienna. Salesman Alex Briones was straightforward and honest about the 5k markup over MSRP. Prices were fair and the buying process was smoother than expected. Left the dealership with my new car the same day. This experience was better than the other 3 nearby dealers that I visited.
I am a Toyota lover so Don’t get me wrong. But the staff feels like if they are (The Masters Of the World). I visited this place more than six times trying to buy a car and I didn’t feel welcome or helped. I have already bought 2018 Camry, 2019 Rav4, and recently 2022 highlander from other dealers because I found what I missed on plaza.

I felt he was honest and fair with the price and he delivered what he promised and did it with the utmost professionalism. I would ask for Gabriel if you want a seamless and honest service event.
My husband and I shopped this dealership with salesman, Alex, who was extraordinary. He was personable, and very sensitive to our criteria in buying a new car. Although we eventually bought a Camry at another dealership, we were so very pleased with the quality of customer service we received at this dealership.

After all the bad experiences I had trying to get my 2022 Toyota Sienna I contacted plaza auto mall. They told me they had a few coming in and set me up for an appointment upon arrival they were very professional and nice. I came with my 2 and 4 year olds. They were nice and didn’t get mad that the kids were moving around Jason showed me what stock they were going to have and I picked which one I wanted. After putting my deposit I was told the car will arrive i 2 weeks. I went in there on a Thursday and the following Tuesday I received a call my car arrived . I would recommend PlaZa auto mall to anyone the sale went great. When I buy another car this is where I will go!!!
I would have to say this was the greatest car purchase experience I could ask for. Daniel was a huge help in locating the best car for me and walking me through the purchase process. Id recommend the dealership to people because of the knowledge and courtesy of the Staff. Our salesman tried his best to get us into the 2020 Corolla LE we were wanting and succeeded with an acceptable price. The sales manager was very helpful in the negotiation process. This is my second Toyota from Plaza and will not be my last. Our salesman made sure were comfortable with everything and was never pushy. Theres also a fantastic waiting area unlike any other. Theres a cafe, private rooms with TVs as well as plenty of seating and TVs for waiting.
Everything was smooth fast and they answered all my questions i sent an email for a quote and they got back to me quickly and also followed up with phone calls they also got back to me about financing within a half hour .as for picking up the car everything went smooth and fast
I recently purchased a 2020 Toyota Tacoma. Alex and Ashleigh worked very hard to answer all my questions and assist me in any way possible without being overly pushy. I made 3 trips to the dealership before the purchase and they always greeted me as if I were a good friend.
Short Version: This place is a mixed bag. My first trip was an awful experience with some of the worst customer service Ive ever received. It left such a bad taste in my mouth but I wrote it off as thats just what buying a car works. However, a few days after my visit I was contacted directly by a different salesperson eager to correct the experience. Mfon Durant was incredibly helpful and jumped through all of my hoops to provide me an incredibly seamless experience. If youre going to buy a car from here, ask for him!Longer Version: I first went to Plaza Toyota on a Saturday with an appointment to look at cars. I didnt know what I wanted and was just starting the process. When I arrived, the first red flag was that the place was very busy even though I was told over the phone that during COVID they were appointment-only. Secondly, employees did have masks but most were wearing them under their noses or chins. There were some protective measures in place for COVID but to say they were being loosely followed would be generous.I was passed to a different salesperson than I was told Id be meeting with over the phone. Shada was initially pleasant but immediately became antagonistic under the slightest prodding. She pulled up the website and told me to choose a vehicle based on not more than a picture and a price tag: no guidance, no suggestions, not even any up-selling. She didnt ask my preferences or even my price range. She claimed to have never heard of having a used vehicle independently inspected, took several (personal?) phone calls during our appointment, did not keep her face covered with her mask and claimed to be on our side and protecting us from her manager who was the real bad guy. It felt unprofessional.Even still we had paid for the Uber to the dealership so we asked to see a vehicle. After explaining to me that she had to check that it was still there and giving us an anecdote about how she had once accidentally sold the same car as another salesperson she took us to see the car. At this point she gave me her card and disappeared under the guise of having another appointment at the dealership across the street, even though I was still well within my appointment slot. She told me to text her with any questions or when we were ready to proceed. After inspecting the car and deliberating for about 15 minutes, I texted her asking for a test drive and to ask if we could speak to a finance manager. I waited for about 10 minutes for a text back which never came. I left, wrote off Plaza Toyota and made an appointment for next week at a different dealership.A few days after my visit, I received an unexpected phone call from a different sales person. Mfon was incredibly gracious to me and upon hearing about my negative experience really rolled out the red carpet for me and seemed determined to make up for it. It could not have been more night and day: Mr. Durant was extremely professional, punctual and communicative. He took a list of my preferences and curated a list for me to select from complete with videos and spec sheets. He worked with me to procure a 2021 Corolla (which Shada had told me werent out yet) with all of my desired features. He had the car delivered to the dealership less than 24 hours after first speaking with me, went out of his way to make sure the space in which we were meeting was disinfected, helped me work out the kinks in the financing, took me for a very pleasant test drive, and called me the next day to follow up. He also just had a great vibe in a way that is difficult to articulate, which is something I didnt know was possible from a car salesman.It is almost hard to believe these two experiences happened at the same dealership. My advice to anyone buying a car from here would be to ask for Mfon Durant by name and try to iron out as much as possible over the phone before coming to the dealership. He will get you the car you want!I cant give 5 stars because of that initial negative experience, but Mr Durant himself deserves a 6 out of 5!
Horrible location. Inventory listed on their website is not accurate at all. We were driving for one hour to see 2 specific models. Upon arriving we were informed that they dont have them. Those models were not just sold so they didnt update inventory yet, they just dont care.

He made sure all my needs would be met and was very caring on my day to day to ensure I would get the vehicle that fits in and is reliable.

I found a Toyota 4 runner on the internet at Plaza Toyota. Me and salesperson Azam made a deal over the phone. Everything this dealership told me they made happen. Most dealerships try to give you a run around but the people at Plaza Toyota wont. I really like my 4 runner and this dealership. I highly recommend Plaza Toyota

My first experience at Plaza Toyota was great, my salesperson Manal was fantastic- hence the reason I returned; however the second time I got a young salesman who I felt was only out to make a sale and not interested in what I wanted in a vehicle. I told him how I felt, and he realized if he didn’t change his attitude - he would lose out: it all worked out eventually and I am very happy with my purchase.
Applied for my first car with Plaza and was so glad to have Logan Drayton help my parents and I through the process. He was more focused on getting me the car I wanted and sorted out what I needed in the car and what I could live without. And he did this while keeping in mind the best plan that worked best for me. I will definitely recommend someone to come see Logan when getting their first car.
I loved their showroom and felt welcomed when I walked in. I was helped with all my questions and I had a bunch. I was ready to buy and they made my time to go by quick. I enjoyed my test ride and that helped seal the deal of what I knew I wanted. I love my Camry! I would recommend this dealer, I am happy.
Upon pulling up at curbside we were greeted by a lovely Asian young man. I was very direct. I told him I wanted a second hand vehicle I was budgeted to spend $22000 cash. No financing. I asked if they had inventory that matched that amount. He looked at his phone for a few minutes and said there were a few items. He kept steering us toward vehicles 2X the amount. He never once showed us anything in our budget range and became very dismissive. If you are not looking to finance a vehicle or spend more than $35000+ you will not be treated well at this dealership. Go elsewhere!!!!
I made an appointment to try and get my car serviced at this place two weeks in advance. My appointment was for early in the morning on a Saturday. They made me sit in the waiting room for 5 hours just to come back and tell me that my warranty wasn’t valid and they wanted to charge me $150 just to inspect my car and see what was causing the problem. I don’t understand how it took 5 hours after making an appointment just for them to barely get started with a diagnosis. I’m in the process of going through the dealership which sold me the car who validated that my warranty is in fact still valid. This place is straight up scamming people and holding them for ridiculous amounts of time in hopes that you’ll be desperate enough to pay whatever numbers they throw out. Absolutely disgusting experience and a complete waste of my weekend. So glad I decided to walk away.
I loved my experience with Toyota Plaza, I transferred my old car and purchased Toyota Highlander and extremely satisfied with the service, especially Big Thanks to Junaid Zaib , he was so kind and very helpful and fast with everything. Earlier i had experience with other dealerships and it was so hard and stressful but this time with Plaza was so easy with everything!
Everyone was friendly and attentive. They tried to keep costs down and that was appreciated. The repairs were completed timely and the follow up phone calls were very timely. Unfortunately the car wash was broken but it would have been nice to have it sprayed down and vacuumed.

I had a fantastic experience with Plaza Toyota in purchasing a new car. The sales person, Logan was very prompt and polite with the entire process. He took the time to answer all questions and concerns thoroughly. Would highly recommend this dealership based on the great customer service Ive received.
Very disappointed with the service department and will not be back. Brought my Camry here for a simple oil change and tire rotation because of appointment availability. Mike who “assisted” me was rude. The wait time was much longer than anywhere else I’ve been to. To top it off they do not honor their online prices or coupons for service. When I reminded Mike that I had a coupon he said he “didn’t hear me before” and that it was too late to honor it. Even without a coupon he charged me more than their online price for a tire rotation. I will stick to Bay Ridge Toyota even if appointments are harder to come by and it is farther away!
Its the best place for purchase Toyota. The online quote was accurate and fair. I have tried other dealers, Rice is the place to deal with. Ashleigh and Logan are fine people and I am one of Ashleigh repeat customers. I can count on her to cut out the fluff and give me the real deal, first time. Logan helped me when I purchased and it too was a great, fast experience. Thank Guys!!!
The personnel in the service department were all friendly and helpful, explaining everthing that was being done. The atmosphere in the waiting room was very customer friendly with comfortable seating and amenities. The service people came to get me as soon as the service was completed. The completed service was explained to me in terms I could understand. The personnel at plaza Toyota reinforced my affinity toward the Toyota Company. My next car will definitely be a Toyota.
I HAVE BEEN GOING TO THIS DEALERSHIP FOR 5 YEARS AND NEVER HAD A PROBLEM. THE STAFF IS ALWAYSCORDIAL AND FRIENDLY. MICHAEL REALLY KNOWS HIS STUFF WHENEVER I BRING MY AVALON IN OR MY WIFES COROLLA. I AM ALWAYS GREETED WARMLY. AND THE STAFF REMEMBERS MY NAME , WHICH I FIND AMAZING.
When I filled out an application on the site, they reacted (I think its an answering machine bot), but when I wrote them an email in response, no one thought to contact me. I think that all the sales staff is busy there. But then what do they do if they dont respond to a potential buyer?? 1 star is too much for them. I got the impression that I am communicating with arrogant merchants who do not care what is on their website. I hope that my opinion will change soon. I dont want to change the Toyota brand just because of arrogant employees. I will achieve the goal.

2021-11-16Absolutely in love with my purchase.I did the whole transaction from my bedroom and got the car delivered to my house.2022 Toyota Camry SE AWD Brand spanking new. The car arrived with a full tank of gas. Cleaned and all my packages were spot on. My sales person is named Kevon Cole. No funny business no extra fees aside from the Car shortage premium due to the pandemic.Everything was done professionally. It feels good to have something nice and new for a change. So I definitely recommend them.

2022-01-27Hurricane Ida had destroyed my auto but 911 will have a new meaning to me,when I walk into Plaza Toyota and was rescued by sales person Ashleigh and finance person Steve and within hours they perform a miracle and got me out within hours with a brand new car.I was surprise to recieved letters of denials even from my own bank after the purchase.I will always be grateful.

The most important quality in which Mr. Jones displayed was complete transparency. From finding the vehicle on-line, to setting up the appointment for a test drive, and then going into the dealership, each member of the Plaza Toyota team was knowledgeable, honest and friendly. The vehicle was purchased the same day as the test drive. Thank you for the effort which was made to find the best financing available and for the staff which stayed late to prep the vehicle for the new owner. The new owner is very pleased with the purchase.

2021-10-11My experience at Plaza Toyota has always been positive especially with our sales person Jaswinder Singh. It is our second time transacting business with him. First experience in May 2021 when we purchased our Acura RDX but unfortunately it was flooded out. Second time in October 2021 with our Acura MDX. We have developed a positive relationship with him.
