Short and to the point.In September we hired 2 plumbers to fix a pipe in the basement. They used the bathroom and informed me repairs were needed to the toilet as well. With no plumbing background I gave my approval.Two days later the toilet was rocky and practically unstable.I contacted Dan on October 6 because the original two guys would not return my calls or answer my texts, Dan was in Florida on vacation.He contacted one of his men, the man arrived the next day at 9 am, he fixed, what the other guys messed up, and was gone by 12 noon!Dan, I cannot thank you enough for your concern and expertise. The man you sent was phenomenal.This company defines the term Customer Service.

Dan was very responsive and flexible to the situation at hand, as it was an after hours service call. His knowledge of the shower malfunction was top notch, and he was able to work seamlessly to finish the job quickly and effectively. Dan knows our aging home’s plumbing better than we do, having worked on it for the previous owner. He has rescued us from clogged drains and leaky pipes over the past eight years, more often than not on an urgent basis. Dan is very professional and informative. He doesnt do work that you dont need. Hes very honest and takes his job very seriously. He helped us out tremendously with an issue we were having. I would recommend Dan with any plumbing issues.

Dan and his team were amazing. I had talked to a variety of contractors about building a bathroom. None of them were up for the task. Dan and his team completed the job with complete professionalism. Dan took care of purchasing the accessories but didn’t do so without getting my approval. The job was done completely, on time And they cleaned up every day with the dust, paint etc. The finished product is absolutely beautiful

Dan has been my go to plumber ever since I bought my house in 2005 and thanks to a neighbor’s recommendation; he also has extensive knowledge and expertise in construction and renovations and has pretty much seen everything an older home can throw at you! His estimates are always accurate and reasonable and his work is done professionally and timely.

Dan, Bill just finished the job at our house and he did a fantastic job. We are pleased with him and the work he did with installing the kitchen faucet which is really nice and levers for turning the water off/on for our washing machine. My friend Jerry Pindell on Dean Street recommended you because he was pleased with your work in the past. It is nice to know that I have plumber to call now if I have an emergency again. We had a rather large sinkhole(& a smaller one starting) in the front yard from a break/collapse of the pipe(orangeburg?) from sump to storm drain. I had a few plumbers over all who wanted to excavate $$$$ and then I found a card my father had kept for Joe Papa’s business name & called him. Although he was out of state, he works with another plumber -they back each other up. Joe listened to the issue & suggested we make the repair inside by rerouting the ground water but he would get Billy over to assess & whatever Billy said we should do, Joe was confident it would be right. Well, we could not be happier! The home is from 1947 so old cast iron pipes-it wasn’t an easy thing-but they did it! They checked all the boxes: responsive, professional, timely, neat/cleaned up when done, reasonable. Part 2 of the job will be completed next week(an add-on & not an emergency) & I am going to ask them to to look at another job at my house that I’ve been wanting done. I am thrilled to have found them! Oh, and ladies w/brains: they speak to you as of you have one -not like you’re an idiot. Joe & Billy-thank you for being decent human beings & excellent plumbers!
