These guys are the best!!! Trust me, dont even look elsewhere. My husband and I bought a home recently and needed to get some urgent plumbing work done. The staff at Plumbwell Services, MIke, and Bob, did a phenomenal job. They accommodated us and handled everything in a timely and professional manner. Honestly, we were so stressed about the whole project and Plumbwell Services came through for us. Everyone (Sabrina and Andy in the office, the technician, Brian and owner, Bob) at Plumbwell was very professional, courteous and pleasant. The work was completed quickly and neatly. All debris was cleaned up and removed. I would recommend Plumbwell to any one needing a high quality and professional company.
We had an issue with a Navien tankless water heater that was breaking down every year due to design flaws. Bob and his team had serviced this for two years, but it became clear that we were throwing good money after bad with that water heater. Bob and Andrew were amazing at working with us to get hot water back and installed a new Lochinvar water heater the next day. Not only did they do an incredible job installing the new heater quickly, they went out of their way to make it as affordable as possible. Bob and Andrew go above and beyond, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a trustworthy plumber.

I had the best plumbing repair experience !! Owner bob is so professional, 100% repair of my long time mysterious trouble within one hour. The office lady is so nice and keep contact you for any change of appointment time. It never happen to my previous experience. After many other plumbers experiences, I found one , Diamond!! recommend to everyone!!
The gentlemen from Plumbwell were prompt, courteous, neat and they did a great job for us. Everyone from the office, to the owner, to the guys that came and did the work was great! And even though our small job was not an emergency, they got us on their schedule the next day, which we appreciate very much. We’ll be using and recommending them for any future plumbing needs.
Bob and his team are absolutely awesome! From my initial conversation with Sabrina to Mike coming out to assess the initial issue followed by Bob coming over to spend better part of that first day with Mike to fully diagnose the issue and create a plan forward and finally getting all the work done the right way, they were nothing short of great. Bob and his team inspire confidence when discussing all things plumbing. This is our 2nd time working with plumbwell. First time was right during the stay at home order and second time was a few days ago. Every single time was an emergency where either our pipes were blocked or our sink was broken and spewing water everywhere. They always have someone on call and got their guys to see us ASAP. They are honest, prompt and extremely responsive. I have referred many families to this amazing group. Also, thank you for always being on time!!!!!
Cant say enough! Everyone was so helpful! This weather has been freezing! Bob spoke to me personally and was so nice and Sabrina his secretary amazing too! I had a pipe burst and after shutting the main, they knew an approximate time they would get here and told me that instead of me losing pay, to go to work and make some money and that they would text me or call me personally when on their way here and not to worry. The plumber arrived exactly on time, was very nice, was confident, professional, and got everything fixed extremely quickly! Just completed a fairly major renovation of 2 very large bathrooms and some serious plumbing and precise plumbing had to be moved, roughed -in, and some really critical dimension finish work had to handled.Roberts crews were truly terrific ! They are so well-trained, work super-clean, old school respectful to the customers, show up on time, leave the job cleaning up after themselves - it dont get better !The 2 crews I encountered, never backed down from some of the challenges that were presented and even better, showed up each dayclearly in gear, ready to tackle the work, never complaining or whining.I have dealt with many trades and construction companies (and other plumbers) and I have rarely met a better group or more competent groupof men & women. This company has been absolutely amazing from start to finish. Sabrina was helpful and quick to respond whenever i had questions or needed to schedule. Bob did a very thorough estimate that was emailed within 24 hours. The staff that was here for almost 10 hours completing everything necessary, were pleasant and neat, which was amazing during a busy day at a diner in the Hamptons. They are definitely our only call, from now on, when it comes to any plumbing issues. You guys were amazing, thank you.

Bob and his team just finished doing an oil to gas water heater installation in my home in Massapequa. I cannot praise them enough. Extremely polite, knowledgeable, and professional. I had a seen their ad in Newsday and made an appointment for Bob to give us an estimate. To my surprise, on the morning the estimate was scheduled I received a call from his office letting me know that he may be a few minutes late. I thought that type of courtesy had gone out of style a long time ago. Apparently not.The installation was done flawlessly even though this was not a typical install - Bob was able to move the heater to the opposite side of our laundry room which required routing of water and gas lines. I have never seen a more meticulous job!Highly, highly, recommended
My son fell into a hole in the lawn. Called Saturday, got an appointment to visit on Sunday by the owner. He looked at it and said hed send a crew Monday @ 8:00. They showed up before 8AM, started digging. and ascertained there was no sewer leak. We asked where we could get dirt to fill it in. They said theyd get it. They camd back, filled in the hole and put the original grass on top. Swept the driveway of any dirt and presented us with a bill that did NOT break the bank. Get these guys. They are THE BEST

We had a plumbing nightmare Friday of holiday weekend. The phone staff watched video of the problem and scheduled us for Saturday. It was a difficult situation both diagnostically and technically. Bob didn’t give up until it was done- which was quite deep into holiday weekend. Another plumber had tried and failed during the week. This man may literally be best plumber EVER. Can not recommend highly enough. We have a new plumber! A++
Bob responded to our call for a pipe burst on a Sunday morning. Said he would be there within an hour...45 minutes later he was at our house ! He was friendly, professional & honest as well as Sabrina at their office. I highly recommend them!

On the first day of winter, my boiler cut off. I called and a technician was at my home by 8:00 AM.. boiler repaired and heat on. I highly recommend this company.

2022-07-21After a cesspool company discovered a leak in my main house trap, I contacted Plumbwell for a replacement. I was asked to text pictures of the trap and work area to Andrew, and I had an estimate by the end of the day. The team arrived the next day and replaced the trap. Although the work went well, the original trap was severely decayed and the team (Jack and Walter) found additional decay and holes in the adjacent fittings. They patched the holes as best they could and decided they needed to plan how to repair the additional drain pipes without causing unnecessary damage to the house.I scheduled time to meet with the owner, Bob, to talk about our options. After deciding on a plan, Plumbwell was patient as I ordered new materials and coordinated with my contractor for the extensive pre and post work. We scheduled a date to do the repairs, and the team returned as planned. They worked tirelessly over two days to replace the pipes and ensure I’d have minimal time without water. They did their best to protect the other areas of the house, and they did excellent work. They also spent a significant amount of time cleaning up both inside and outside the house.Overall, I am very satisfied with Plumbwell and I highly recommend them. This was a big job and I am very happy I had the right people for the job.

2021-12-10I needed a new shower body installed, and chose Plumbwell Services. Speaking with Andrew was a pleasure, as he is extremely courteous, fair in his pricing, and incredibly prompt in his scheduling; I needed help fast and he assured me that he would make it happen, and he did! He also kept me informed by text or phone and I could always reach him, if I needed to. That means a lot to a customer...The service tech was Chris, who was amazing...efficient, kind, down-to-earth and a true gentleman...he went the extra mile in any number of ways. I was so impressed by his goodness!I very highly recommend this company--they are reliable, professional, efficient, honest, and just a super company to work with!!! 2022-03-23Im a little late with my review. I had a leak under my kitchen sink and Andrew (I think) was a pleasure to speak to. You would have thought we were old friends from school LOL. Bryan came and did an excellent job repairing my sink. He was also a pleasure. I will definitely use them again we in need.

2021-01-12After being referred by a trusted friend, I contacted Bob the Owner of Plumbwell to replace a gas line to my stove and replace a water heater. I am totally satisfied with the professionalism that Bob and his staff had shown during the entire process and I am especially pleased with the prices of the project. I can see from Bobs demeanor that he truly cares, he is a skilled plumber and I recommend him highly.

2021-09-02Plumbwell is extremely professional and very talented…but just as important, they are honest, fair, and just down to earth good people. This is a combination you do not find often on Long Island with contractors of any kind. I built a new house using Plumbwell for all heating and plumbing throughout…and I will never use anyone else. Without hesitation I recommend Plumbwell to my friends and neighbors, who have all had the same white glove experience I have had. A++++++++++++++!

2021-01-11After discovering a gas leak in our basement, we saw the many great reviews of Plumbwell on Google and gave them a call. They were friendly and professional on the phone, showed up to the house within just a few hours after calling on short notice (bonus: showed up exactly when they said they would), and quickly and easily fixed the leak. Safe to say Robert’s professionalism and friendly demeanor created loyal customers. Would recommend them for any needs, routine or emergency.

2019-08-30Plumbwell is by far the best plumbing company that ive used. The owner Bob is a very experienced and honest person. He has a great team of people working for him. I had a new hot water heater installed. They took care of all necessary plumbing work and charged a very reasonable price. Job was completed with an inspection approval. A big THANK YOU to Bob, Andrew, Sabrina, and Andres. You will be the only company that I call for all future plumbing service.
