One worker doesnt care she gets drunk and will talk about your confidential information Infront of the whole bar and they have gone thru so many management workers that it is very confusing all though the maintenance workers, the two guys, are amazing they bend over backwards to help all of the tenets. Over all it is a great place for the most part

It is the worst place I have ever lived in people are rude mean they will harass you and people don’t watch there kids and they will take your stuff maintenance dose not do anything it’s so so bad and the maintenance people have a key to every apartment and they will walk right in with out even telling you so truly don’t move here it’s so bad

I like Poets landing and Poets landing 2. The apartments are really nice. I love the playground(s) available. Plus the fact that you have a food pantry cupboard in the laundry room for tenants to help other tenants its really like a small tight-knit community there. So far, so good!

I love it here! The grounds are clean and free of debris. Playgrounds, garden patches, sidewalks are very well groomed! I found the staff very efficient and supportive as well as understanding! Maintenence man works hard and available 24 hours!

Poets landing is a joke. They run it like a prison, you cant have anything left out even if it is over night. You arent allowed to hang anything on your walls with nails or tacks, you must use command strips that peel the paint and your pictures etc fall off the wall. No one is ever in the office and if they are they dont answer their phone. Not to mention you go through random inspections where they enter your home with out you being there and no 24 hour notice seeing how it is random. The smoking area is located next to a natural gas line, and for paying over a grand I feel like I should be able to hang my sons swing outside my porch. The playgrounds here do not have swings so there for if you have children that love to swing and you have expections of hanging a swing or want swings at the playground do not move into this joke of a complex.

Thus far the worst place I’ve ever lived. Management is incompetent rude. Maintenance does half jobs cuts wayyyyyy to many corners. They pick and choose what tenants matter. Don’t move here because the outside looks good. You will regret it like I’m doing now. Smh

The management office there is invasive and controlling, excessive inspections and rules that they change at their own discretion. The list of what you can and cant do inside and outside of your own apartment is extensive. To give you an example my very mature 8 year old was not allowed to ride his bike in front of our place without direct adult supervision or the door letters would start. They pick and choose who they like to harass that day based on boredom I believe. They fluctuate your rent mine went from 625 for a 2 bedroom to 950 for the same apartment. And they made me wait 3 years for a upgrade to a 3 bedroom when I took my disabled brother in, an apartment that they never gave me but made me wait for and lets not forget the 4 months my family went without a working shower or bathtub bc they slapped that place together so fast the tub floors were literally falling through. They told us to shower at the ymca... yea. Then after 6 years of this I finally moved and cleaned the apartment from top to bottom wiped walls down cleaned carpets left it spick and span they had the nerve to send me a single mother and care giver to a disabled sibling a 5000$ move out fee. 5000$ they will replace your carpets no matter how clean you leave them and slap you with the bill and add more nonsense charges. Lucky I took plenty pictures and kept a lot of everything in case they ever try to get legal for once . Save yourself the headache they are monsters

Beautiful apartments, very new buildings, terrific management, friendly neighbors and all tenants are given a criminal background check to keep out the creeps. After 2 years...still love it here, but clearly there is a repeated problem with drug dealers and a lot of pot-smoking. Dryden Village police drive through often.
