Knowledgeable mechanic. Good prices. Mechanic can get you parts from a local wholesaler if you do not have what you need to make repairs. Must get there early as there is only one senior mechanic and he gets enough business to keep him busy regularly.
Best electrician mechanic shop in the bronx hands down..yrs ago I had a work van that wasnt shifting gears properly ..the first transmission shop owner said it was the transmission he said it was electrical and to fix it would cost me 2000 dollars ..I got a second opinion from another transmission shop the owner of that shop drove the van and told me its not the transmission its a electrical problem ..my friend told me to go see polito he said hes the best not just in the bronx but in the city ..polito drove the van did a diagnostic came to find out it was a relay box that was damaged when I let a street mechanic do some wiring on my break lights ..he pulled out the relay opened the box and changed the burnt wires ..van fixed he charged me 60 dollars ..just imagine if I had spent 2000 dollars on something that wasnt broken..if u need electric work done on any vehicle from a car to a 18 wheeler u go see polito ..go early in the morning because they fill up early ..very honest man and everyone in the shop has yrs of experience ...
Very professional, prices are fair. I brought my car in it was fixed in a timely manner. They are honest and try to do whats best for their customers. I highly recommend their services.
Yes I was there.... terrible organization unprofessional.... truth hurts?.....just because you have customers that gave you good reviews does not make you immune to criticism....I was there this year and the service was bad end of story.... grow up and accept the good with the bad.....your response is providing others with your level of professionalism....
I took my Ford Sporttrac this morning cause I had a problem that my truck wouldnt start,Angelo checked it out and it was a fuse harness shortage,Angelo called me back to go and pick up my truck that it was ready,Thank you so much @ Politos,Im so happy with my service.

2021-12-17Angelo fixed my car problem, hes the best, i had all the signs showing in dashboard in my car 2015 honda accord,m exl with 189k milleage, it was sensor problems, i went to 6 different mechanics, nobody could have helped me. But Angelo reassured me he will take a look at it and he will fix it. Thats exaclty what he did. And the price is amazing, they are very honest helpful, they will listen to you take care of you. Im gonna refer all my friends to them for electrical issues for their car. Id give them 10 star but i cant lol but highly recomended place. Thanks for being the best in nyc i passed my inspection yesterday thanks to you guys. Keep up the good work and good luck with your business.

2022-01-27Guys came through when I needed most.Brought my 2004 Jeep WJ in for what i thought was an electrical issue where it wouldnt start. Polito took it in and diagnosed that the problem wasnt electrical. SO not only did they go outside their wheelhouse and made the repair to get my truck running again, they went over the truck and fixed all the electrical problems it did have!!!! HANDS DOWN THE BEST AT WHAT THEY DO!!!! APO TABIEN!!!!!

2020-09-16People here are so friendly and knowledgeable. Above all they were honest about how they could help me. Angelo also helped me in locating the Transmission Control Unit (online)for my 2009 Mazda 5. The price was great and now Im waiting for it to come in the mail. When it arrives I will take it to him for installation. I trust these guys totally.
