Please run away from this agency. The coordinator Bibi is very rude. They dont deserve any clients because their services stinks.They have one aid For each day so that means 7 days, 7 HHA if possible. That means you have to sit at home and train each person every time another person comes. When youTry to relate to the bosses to let them know whats going on and you can take it, they too do not answer you. I am fed up. The HHA ARENT THE PROBLEM, its the staff in the office that doesnt care for the clients just the money that is coming in.

I lost my job due to the entire staffs incompetence. People coming late, getting lost, calling out, new people every single day in my home that I had to train before work. I constantly had to call out, leave my job or come in late because of the aids. The staff is rude and unprofessional director and assistant director encourage this behavior. They try to tell you to calm down when youre already calm until they get a rise out of you to make you upset and prove a point. They add on to your anger and frustration.My mother fell on video because the home attendant left her alone in the bathroom (her plan of care is total assistance) and she hit her face on the Tub and the attendant reported it 4 hrs later and LIED about what happened (I have it on camera I will post it). The aid was a woman I specifically asked the coordinator not to come back because I didnt have a good feeling about her and she did while I was at work. So when the fall happened charmaine from HR immediately asked well why didnt you REMIND us to not send this person back? No apologies, no asking if my mom was ok, shifting blame for me to do their job and remind them meanwhile I work 40 hours.Also the home attendant that lied about my mom falling and reported it 4 hrs later wasnt even disciplined until I pushed for it because she came into my house the next day to have me sign her time sheet after I told her not to. She showed up anyway and the other aid didnt know and let her in and she refused to leave my home. Pomonok did nothing.There are more horror stories I can go on and on.The agency ignored me about it and never followed up. When I called for justice to see if any corrective action was taken the director Ms. King told me its not my place to know what happened to the employee. She didnt assure me any justice for my moms injury. Just now I called to let them know I lost my job because of the inconvenience and Ms. K brushed me off so fast by saying I understand you said that already I have a meeting I understand cutting me off over and over to silence me and I said if you just let me finish, she refused.I found one amazing home attendant there but they can only work 3 days. The rest were very bad, they left my house dirty, would be upset that they had to cook, expected me to help them the entire time on my 1 day off bc other families help them. The aids are very ballsy and treat their home like its theirs. I asked one of the night aids not to bring her quilt and pillow to sleep (bc i fear bed bugs and i dont think theyre supposed to sleep) and she went off on me and told me to control my craziness... they also dont ever clock in correctly and always come back on their days off for me to sign their timesheets. Many times they left my mother soiled and gave her snacks and not food even though I provide plenty.The coordinator Bibi is disgustingly rude and hangs up on families that have enough on their plate.... Marie is the complete opposite (only nice one there) however she yeses you to death then ignores what you ask for. Even the nurse Debra is very sarcastic and will say anything to protect pomonok. She came to evaluate my mother and said she walks fine even though she was using a walker and cant get up on her own or stand long, she is a hospice patient.Ive been trying to report them for so long Im reaching out and no one is helping me.. its devastating.

My mom has been working here for over ten years and has been paid minimum wage at that. Being that English is her second language, the staff often spoke to her how they pleased because they knew she couldnt really articulate what she intended. There was one woman in particular who called my mother out her name because of a miscommunication and if it werent for my mom who had been compassionate enough to not report this woman to the Department of Labor, I would have done so myself. My mother is so loving and gracious, it breaks my heart that they treated her this way. The employers lack such efficiency and respect, it makes you wonder how miserable someone has to be to be unkind to another human being.

This company do not monitor there HHA, they can do anything right or wrong, there seems to be no recourse from staff. The administration seemly rely on coordinator to provide equality Aides, but I find that the many of these long term Aides are employed with other agencies and are negligent in performing basic responsibilities, and many of them steal from the sick and dying patients homes. If u are looking for caring employee be prepared to search around, for the coordinators at Pomonok Home Service will place any body who may not be capable of handling their patients, do not put your trust in this company, specially if the patient in need of care is heavy, if u go with this agency you will be providing a death sentence for your love one ! The coordinator that I have made up unreasonable excuses in finding a worker, or what the aide should do, they can leave their patients along and your house door open, and administration are hard to reach when any emergency happens. Too many times Aides came late to work, slept, didnt clean up, turned over garbage, knock over furniture in a rage and did not do basic task. While a few Aides had other patients and filled in for a coordinator for a day, most were not happy about doing so.. and picker about their pay and treatment from this agency, which left different Aides coming into my home on a daily basis. I have never seen a disorganized agency in all of my 58 years.I found that many of the Aides did not do what is assigned and I had to do the work myself. No I will not recommended any of my friends to employ this agency if your love one is extremely sick find a more professional home care agency. Horribly rude case managers, and they send us awful lazy incompetent aides. Just last night I came home and the aide had put my husband into bed with a wet and dirty diaper. And yes, he knew about it.Stay away, for your and your relatives’ health.

The office staff is rude. They told me to call back instead of inquiring about the problem or taking a message. When I call with a problem I get pushback instead of a sympathetic ear.
