Heather had jumped right in and helped me get out fountain water back in shape! She listened and figured out exactly what was needed. She followed up with not being not the right products but the schedule that I should follow. I contacted several companies and nobody was as personable and knowledgeable as The Pond Guys! I love these guys!!! (and gals LOL). They are so knowledgeable and willing to share that knowledge with us pond people. I recently purchased the pond maintenance kit from them, along with a supply of Instafix (to control my string algae.) I wasnt sure how to go about starting up the treatments, so I contacted the Pond Guy. Well, I got a complete and clear description of what to do, and when to do it (from Camille, one of the techs). I followed her instructions, and VOILA! I cannot say enough about the personal attention I have received from the Pond Guy....this time, and on prior occasions, too!

I purchased the 11X16 Pond Shelter from The Pond Guy I was amazed how awesome it was to finely have an easy way to set up a fall pond net. It was working great for the first 3 weeks until I went outside one morning to find it collapsed. We had no rain or snow. It is fall so it may of been a bit windy but nothing that alerted us. The net comes with a 2 year warranty. THATS BS... Dont believe it! I was honest with them and stated it just collapsed on the one side. Well... unless you have a 24 hr surveillance camera monitoring your pond THEY WILL NOT WARRANTY THE NET! For $200.00 a year its not worth it. besides, a company that wont back up there product you stay away from! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!
