Impeccable quality and attention to detail. Eric is a total pro and installed a beautiful 36x18 pool with full heating system in our back yard. Very happy with the work and ongoing maintenance from Poolmasters! Highly recommended.
I have been a customer for five years. Eric and the staff have been on top of all my pool needs and questions that arise. They are patient and always answer in a timely manner. I am happy with how they keep my pool throughout the summer months. If I need an extra clean, they make sure to fit me on the schedule. Excellent customer service.
We have been using Poolmasters for 25 years. Eric and his crew are the best. They open, close and maintain our pool . No matter how small a problem we might be having, all I have to do is call and they are here to fix it. They are exceptional and very conscientious. Eric also provides honest advise on all pool related questions. They are the company to use. I wouldn’t use any other!
I’m not sure Eric should be running a pool service.he doesn’t know pools or service.with prices so high his advice hurts definitely doesn’t help.just be honest and help.oh yeah thanks for hiring people that fear you
Highly recommend PoolMasters of LI. Eric and his team have been extremely responsive and easy to work with. We ended up getting a new filter and heater which Eric had up and running in no time despite unforeseen hiccups and the weekly service is above and beyond. They’re great!
Had new liner, new pump, new filter converted to saltwater and used PoolMasters to maintain my pool for the last 4 years. Eric has always been super responsive and has helped me through a major pool issue recently. Highly recommend for service and installs
Eric and his guys are top notch. I bought my house 3 years ago in Merrick and have been using them since. Not only do they make you feel like family but they are so courteous, clean and always go the extra mile with a smile. Haven’t come across a bad employee and my pool is always spotless! I highly recommend Poolmasters. Only problem is, I have no idea how to do anything with my pool since they do it all! They better be around forever!👍🏼
I am new to Poolmasters but very happy with their service. They have helped me with pool openings and closings, a new liner which looks awesome and helped me with an electrician to replace my pool timer. Eric , the president is very responsive to my emails.
Eric and his team are AWESOME!! I needed my pool done before my sons wedding and he took care of this expeditiously They even came back and power vacuumed our pool in 2 to 3 days after we opened, it was very well appreciated and we will continue to use Poolmasters because they have unbelievable customer service
Cant recommend this firm highly enough. Theyve been very responsive whenever I had a problem with my pool, including busy summer periods around holidays. Eric is a solid guy who you can rely on to take care of any pool issues you may have.Poolmasters provides great service, something I cannot say about some other pool companies Ive worked with before. Poolmasters takes pool servicing to the next level! Due to shade issues we have always had problems with our pool... not since Poolmasters!!! Also, very cautious with our dogs (who love to escape). Highly recommend. 5 STARS!!!
We hired Poolmasters in 2020 after using another company for 20+ years. Our pool has never looked better and we wish we had found them years ago. They are very reliable, the staff is nice, polite and well trained. The water is crystal clear. Definitely a good decision.

EXCELLENT COMPANY! Long overdue FIVE STAR review.Since our pool is a major factor of our family’s summer enjoyment, we find it imperative to use the right pool company. There are so many pool companies, but for many years we have used Pool Masters in Bellmore for our opening and closing needs while we did weekly maintenance ourselves.Two years ago we needed a new heater and a new liner. After speaking with several pool companies for estimates, we selected Pool Masters. We found the owner, Eric to be responsive, extremely knowledgeable, very competitive with pricing as well as an absolute pleasure to work with for all of our needs.After learning about all of our options, we ALSO had Eric and his team convert our pool to salt water.I found Pool Master’s pricing and flexibility compared to the other vendors that gave me estimates to be far superior. Everyone on the team was dedicated to amazing customer service from start to finish.All of Eric’s staff was diligent in making sure every aspect of the project was completed on-time and with an extreme commitment to excellence. Eric worked hard to solve any unexpected problem that did arise and was always IMMEDIATELY available to answer any of my 100 questions. His entire team continues to be extremely friendly and patient with my need for perfection and they shared that same dedication.This year Eric and his team worked closely with our landscape design team to change the coping and pavers around the pool. Neat, efficient, professional, quick...very glad I went with poolmasters to close my pool.We just got the pool this summer. They answered our questions, helped us rid the pool of algae and always professional (unlike the company we bought the pool from).See you guys in the spring
Poolmasters opened my pool at the start of the season. When the computer displayed an error message I contacted the company. I was told I was out of their area and they would not be able to get to me for at least 10 days. I originally found this company in the local PennySaver. Why would you advertise in the area of you will not service clients in this area? I am done with this ridiculous type of business practice.
Just moved. Pool Masters has been informative, communicative, accommodating and extremely kind.They speak on the phone, via text and are just as nice in person.
The worst pool company ever!! My husband had been using this company for more than 12 years. He had them open, close and repair when needed. A new filter had been purchased 4 years ago, then last Summer (2016) all of a sudden... filter not working! We called and called and called. Finally a returned call... we felt honored to receive the call. Then we had been told the new filter.... that barley used filter was no longer being produced and no parts available... so my question was... why did you sell us a filter that was outdated and parts no longer available... for full retail!! Not a discount but a dusty old filter to get rid of!! I think this was a reasonable question... we received....silence!! Silence! Then the new filter (dont get me started) arrives and the workmen install. They leave and never tell us they are leaving. But the best is yet to come. They drag across our beautiful lawn and brand new pavers bags filled with TOXIC chemicals and gooooo.... leaking out!! I called and suggested nicely they come and pick up this TOXIC nonsense. The insult has yet to be told. I contacted the wonderful manager who does not return any calls. He starts texting me... texting me! He has an upset customer trying to contact him and he is texting me... He tells me it is not their job to insure that property is protected... you are kidding me right?? So we had the landscapers back to repair the lawn and the paving company to clean the pavers... all because POOL MASTERS DOES NOT PROTECT THE PROPERTY THEY ARE WORKING AT... I am stunned they are still in business. Terrible terrible terrible company and not professional at all. If you want to hire the WORST... then this is the company!!
Big fan of pool masters. you feel like you are the only customer of the zillions this company probably has. very accommodating, any question is answered, and service is super fast. Put your pool on auto-pilot with pool masters.
We have used them for past 5 years, I have to say that we are very happy with service and has improved so much for past 2 years. Eric is very helpful in accommodating the schedule!
We have depended on Poolmasters for over a decade for excellent service and advice with our gunite pool. I highly recommend them.

2022-06-16Never had a pool before and was at first hesitant to get one. Eric and his team made the process so easy. Made decisions together to ensure they were the best ones for me and my family. Timeline on point. Worked seamlessly with other projects going on in yard. Quick to respond to texts and calls. It was just truly a great experience and now that we have a pool I couldnt be happier with all of it! Recommend without hesitation.

2022-04-30The guys at poolmasters are great. Questions get answered in a timely fashion, their work has been exemplarily . They installed a heater and opened my pool this season. Whether you’re talking to the owner or the guys who come to service the pool they are all friendly, knowledgeable and understanding. I was going to open my pool myself I am so glade I did not. within 48 hours they hade my pool open, cleaned and crystal clear!

From the first time I reached out to Poolmasters they have been friendly, reliable and fast to get back to me… as well as extremely knowledgeable as to what I needed to get my pool in top shape. Even during a crazy busy holiday weekend Eric was able to fit me in and had 3 of his guys at my pool at 9a.I highly recommend Poolmasters to anyone who needs someone to service their pool. They’re really the best on Long Island!

2022-06-12Open my pool this summer. Had a great experience. After hooking up all the hoses I discovered a leak. I contacted Eric, who was very helpful and had his guys come out the next day and fix it. Pool is crystal clear and no problems! Thank you Eric!

2021-06-12After having an issue with my pool where the water turned green, I called Poolmasters and they found a solution and they were able to put a new filter in within 12 hours. The pool started to clear within hours. They are always super responsive and and quick to act. I highly recommend.

2022-06-04So glad to switch to this company this year. I would highly reccomend the all inclusive package. We havent had to worry about a thing. Our pool is in pristine condition since the opening and we get tons of compliments from all of our guests. Eric, the owner, has been extremely responsive and on top of any request weve had including getting us a pool heater and hooking us up with an electrician within a week of our Memorial day party. Although the maintenance is weekly, Erics crew came out twice the week of our party to make sure our pool was perfect. Additionally, our skimmer baskets were in rough shape during opening, and Erics team replaced them at no charge. Will only be using this company going forward.
