Today my daughter and I went to get some hair from this store. Let me say we went to BSW across the street first brought a couple of things than came over to pops. As I’m going to check out the Asian lady told my daughter to take what was in her bag from BSW out! Baffled because the lady said my daughter put their eco style gel in the bag! So she and the African man basically accused us of stealing. When i showed them the BSW receipt they said ok no apology no nothing! They dont even get one star from me!

This beauty supply needs to do something about the African male store worker by the door. Today, around 4:00 p.m. I was walking around with my eight year old son and he kept following us around and telling us dont touch the products and kept targeting my son by telling him not to touch anything. I immediately walked out ( he mumbled something nasty to us I under his breath like good riddance) We went to the beauty supply across the street instead.They should really try have people with better customer manners working there. Jamaica Ave has several beauty supplies stores. ...a dime a dozen.My son was upset by the whole experience . This employee should really be fired.

I had went to the store and bought a package of nails and then I decided to exchange the nails for a different color. But I was meant with a mean and aggressive Chinese lady who shouted at me and kept complaining about the package being damaged whilst simultaneously ripping and tearing at the package. Despite me going back in the 7 days exchange time limit. The lady and the black male manager are rude and lack respect for their customers. I am utterly appalled at this disrespect that a person can have for another human being. Never going back ever again.

The Chinese lady is very rude !!! Yes when she’s collecting the money she’s ok . But try to return something . She’s very rude . Seem to me she’s depressed and stressed , because there is no way to treat customers like that .. they need to be shut down

This is my Go to place. They always have what I need. And the owner and staff are always friendly and helpful. ❤❤
