We just went through the drive thru on Wed 8/18 at 8pm. The woman that served us was very cheerful, friendly and professional. She clearly was the kind of person that took pride in her work and it showed. Good customer service is hard to find in NYC so when you get excellent service like this, you have to leave a review.
Everything was pretty good the french fries were cold though but other than that everything was pretty good
This Popeyes Louisiana is in Park Slope, Brooklyn on 3rd Avenue 15th Street it was very clean they took care us right away and we dine in Yes we had to show our Vaccine Card or the QR CODE it was a nice place to check out if youre in the area 😀
Great place but chicken is too salty.
Went to drive through. No line and the food came fast. Cant promise thatll always be the case though. Usually after work the lines get long at fast food drive through because people are picking up food for dinner. Its what ppl in the industry call the dinner rush.Not gonna lie, I was picking up Popeyes because I was really stressed about the coronavirus surge and needed some comfort food. My plan was to pick up a chicken sandwich and also an 8-piece box so I could heat it up later and then make soup out of the bones. I was also thinking it would be good to have some fried chicken on hand in case I needed to self-isolate Etc. The nice lady at the drive-in threw in a small mac and cheese even though I didnt order it. I think they are trying to push the mac and cheese right now. I ate it but almost immediately regretted it because of the way it made my stomach feel. All in all I got what I wanted out of this Popeyes and more. If you are in the area and looking for a Popeyes that has a drive-thru, I recommend this one. I think its also the only Popeyes with a drive-thru in the area.

Not recommend this location. Food was not good. The fries was OK, but the chicken tasted bad (may be was old or something.) Will not come back.
If I could I would give this a 0 but Ill give it a one cause its close although I will never go back have gone numerous times to this location and have never been satisfied from the service to the food being undercooked and greasy to the orders not being correct today was the final straw went there in a snowstorm ordered a 5 piece paid the overpriced amount of $15 to get home and have a 3 piece I went back in the snow it was rectified but Im done
Brand new under new management. food was hot. Drinks were served ice cold. but portions were a little bit on the small side. But will return if I need to.

2022-07-31Let’s you choose btw dark or white meat. However, they left out the biscuits in our order. They can’t be this sloppy in filling out orders especially when no one else was there.

2022-04-26This is an updated review. My mom comes to order some chicken to bring home. Thats cool, but when she ordered the 4 piece combo meal, they charged her extra for the drink and the side. A combo is supposed to come with a side and a drink, so why are you charinging extra for something is supposed to come with it. This isnt the first time they did this, I dont know if its because she speaks very little English, but to do that knowingly is down right disgusting, and disrespectful. They always do this to the customers who speak very little English which I have experienced personally. Last and finally not least, service was horrendous.

2022-03-26Seemingly incapable of telling the difference between white meat and dark meat.Seriously, in the past year I think theyve managed to get my order right maybe twice. Every other time they just seem to throw whatever is closest to their hand into a box and call it a day.And half the time when it is rights its overcooked/old to the point its like a dried out brick.

2021-08-18The place has a great environment and vibe. The staff that served me was quite friendly and patient. For the food I only tried their chicken sandwich but felt disappointed. It seemed like it was made a while ago and left somewhere with steam, which means the chicken was not crispy at all. I truly wish the sandwich can be made after the customer ordered to keep it fresh.

2022-03-04Went by 10 mins ago and the doors were locked and they were dividing food amongst each other. Will never go here again. Hate going to an establishment where people are worried about what time their leaving and how fast they can close.
