It wasnt great, they had to substitute half of what I asked for for other items but the girl at the window tried so very hard to do what she could. Stars are for service.
Walked into dinningroom to grab online order and waited 5 minutes before they even acknowledged the guest infront of me. Then got ignored for another 5 minutes. After that waited more time for my online order to even get made. Customer service is lacking. Doesnt seem anyone can mulitask seeing as the manager is doing all the running around.
Love their food, however, never have fish for their fish sandwich. Been a month of ordering and still without. Should take it off the menus when u dont have the product.
Food and service is subpar with a closed dining room to boot. The biengnets were not as they looked advertised they looked like crumpled up fried dough compared to how they were shown. Also the Mac and cheese is supremely greasy. :(

I couldn’t ever believe anything could turn me off Popeyes Chicken, I mean that Spicy chicken burger is amazing…. BUT the nasty, abrasive and argumentative manager working the drive thru has ensured I will never return.
We were waiting to order at the Drive thru, when we heard employees yelling f-you at each other repeatedly. Then they yell to us that they were closed. Will NOT be recommending this place to anyone. Wheres an adult or manager when you need one. 🤔
Drink carriers flimsy. Spilled all over my back seat, into my truck speakers. Been doordashing for a year and never had that happen. Drinks spilled before I even got out of the parking lot. Resulted in a unhappy doordash customer who just wasted $10 on drinks. I feel like I sat down in a resturant and ordered.. that’s how long the wait is.
Its okay but they do not have the full menu as you would in southern parts of the country.. but if you just want chicken, its is a great place.
Dont take AMEX. Disorganized help. Long wait time. Asked to wait out of line still a long wait. Had to go through the line a second time. Told them I wasnt moving without my order.
Hate to say this....but not good at all. Seems like All Popeyes serve yucky and lowquality food. At your Lkpt location, Had 3 piece chicken and chicken sandwich....both were undercooked slimy yet Heavily breaded.Felt sick for 24 hrs after eating. Potatoes were very seasoned and almost spicy. Worst $17 ive spent in my life. (No joke.)However....customer service and employees were great. 👍 Very friendly.
It was my first time dining in, and nothing to complain about. Food was good and the staff are nice.
This was my first time eating here and Im extremely disappointed. The chicken was rubbery, flavorless, and made me sick. It was borderline raw. The food was also way too expensive for what it is. The chicken sandwich was decent, though. Im going to stick with KFC.

Staff couldnt find items on touchscreen so we were up-sold to items in package that was not desired.

Food took forever, the employee didn’t give correct change and when I told him he didn’t want to correct it. Which led to me having to ask manager for proper assistance
All my food was cold and soggy like it had been cooked and packaged for a half hour before it was handed to me.employees were not very friendly, and the contact page goes no where at the restraunt.
They should make mobile orders BEFORE the driver arrives like literally every restaurant does, that way theyre ready for pickup.
Chicken fingers were just ok,bean and rice were watery.
Chicken could be done A little more. Ok for the most part. Be careful 😉

2022-01-18Employees were on top with being courteous and friendly. Chicken and food tasted great! After 2-3 years of hearing Popeyes was going to open, it was well worth the wait. Good addition to Lockport!

2022-08-21I usually like Chick-fil-A and love everything about them but I have to say that the food at Popeyes is comparable if not a bit better. The servers were friendly, price good and food even better. Cant make it all the way out to Chick-fil-A, Popeyes is an awesome backup...actually Popeyes is the place. Hade the mashed potatoes with the spicy gravy and the spicy chicken sandwich, all was so good.Would recommend Popeyes for a good meal with good prices.

2022-06-10Fried shrimp mostly breading very little shrimp, warm, everything we wanted to oder they were out of. Chicken sandwich ok. It was late around closing time and dont know if they didnt want to cook anymore or just give us what they had. Yeck

2022-07-02Customer service?There was none. Waited 10 minutes in an empty restaurant for someone to come to the counter to take our order. While all the workers were in the back chatting. Workers walked by and didnt acknowledged us. Get it together popeyes. The job is what you make it, at least get some customer service skills.

2022-08-30Visited Popeyes in FL for my first time there and it was delish! Lockport location wasnt busy at noon (??) so we took a chance. I had a 2pc lunch and go 3pc to go. Wasnt very fresh, the biscuit was stale and the Mac n cheese was cold. Ill try again but I was not impressed like I was in Florida.

2022-06-07I was excited to try popeyes Louisiana Chicken for the 1st time in my life. When I placed my order for food I was greeted with the worst customer service. My experience was so horrible that after I placed my order I immediately drove off. I will never return to this location.

2022-03-14Thinking back to the insane lines when the store opened youd think the food was out of this world. We ordered 12 piece family tender with biscuits and mashed potatoes. The tenders were very thin and boring. The potatoes were odd, almost a brussel sprout or broccoli initial taste at every bite. Very odd.... Normally were fighting for the mashed and we barely finished 1 container. The biscuits were fantastic! Ive been to other Popeyes locations that had a more varied menu, not sure if the menu company wide has reduced or if its just this location.

2022-07-31Went through drive thru and waited 5 minutes before even talking to anyone and then after we ordered we got to the window and literally paid and then they told us our chicken would take 15 minutes to cook because they didnt have any... yes, you heard that correct.... the chicken place doesnt have chicken cooked and ready... mind you also there was no one else in the parking lot or drive thru and this is at 5:30 pm on a sunday..Sunday.... I still cant figure out why they had me pay for food just to tell me to wait 15 minutes... perhaps they should have given us an offer to wait or leave... I said after last time I came here I wasnt coming back because they literally gave me none of the food I ordered... I placed my order and got to the window, they took payment, and after about 5 minutes told us they didnt have it and started offering different things...

2022-07-27I know the people in Louisiana dont eat shrimp that small , thats embarrassing , the shrimp that I ate didnt come from down south , maybe Vietnam or China , never again

2022-09-03Its your basic Popeyes. Ive always like popeyes more than KFC bit ymmv. Clean place but it is at time of writting brand new.
