Ordered ahead online for drive thru pick up. When I got to the window they haven’t even started making my order and the store was empty! The lady told me she will take care of it and for me to go inside and wait. I went inside and had to wait over 20 minutes thinking that they’re making my food just for them to tell me they forgot about my order and had to make more. Employees move extremely slow and have little awareness. 0/10

They are turning away customers before 11pm which is there closing time. And they are rude. Spend your money elsewhere they do not appreciate there customers or there money. No coming back. What a shame since they just opened

A slightly better place to eat yourself to death at, though I must say its ridiculous how they get 1 new item and it immediately sells out. It isnt that deep, buy something else.

Now I understand why this new store have poor reviews. Inconsiderate manager, lots of excuses, unlike other Popeyes stores they give you what you requested. I’ve been a regular customer for so many years,their food has been in our table once or even twice a week and only this store is not considerate enough for my request ( I only eat breast and thigh part due to personal reasons). Stay away from this store.

Order two 2 pieces and the chicken was still pink when I got home. The person who took my order was more into yelling at everyone instead of taking my order as well. I had to repeat the simple order about 5 times cause she kept walking away to yell instead of focusing on the window. Definitely will stay away from here for now on

Not good at all. I ordered a 5pc wing dinner with mashed potatoes. The young lady who obviously has no idea what she was doing, rushed to the register to take my order. During this process she bragged about not needing a job because she was 16. I worked at 16, there are plenty of other people who work at 16. However she got my order completely wrong, I ended up with 4pc wing and french fries. Just smh. She needs to find other work or yall need to keep her in the back.
