Don’t buy Mash potato it has bacon on it and there is no option to remove the bacon I throw it in the garbage we don’t eat bacon And the chicken was not all that
Just ordered online for pick up of a 14 pcs chicken with 2 large sides and 7 biscuits combo. Missing the 2 sides, 7 biscuits and they only packed 13 pieces of chicken! When called back, no one pick up phone call and store was closed. This is ridiculous. For the price of $24.99 plus tax I paid and only get 13 pieces chickens with MISSING 2 sides and biscuits. Will not go to this popeye anymore.

Just another Popeyes. Had the spicy chicken sandwich here and service appears to be disorganized. Servers would not give napkins or dinnerware unless you ask. Not a bad place to get a chicken sandwich from if Chick-Fil-A is busy, but I wouldnt go out of my way to buy food from them. Food was fine.
Never been to a worse Popeyes than this...(Even KFC was better). The meat was not seasoned (never had a Fried chicken with no flavor), the flavor was off, and they easily sell out, not because they are popular, probably because they dont prepare enough in the first place. Save yourself the disappointment and go somewhere else.

The food was just okay aside from everything being a bit soggy. But ordering was the most frustrating process. First when I walked up I saw on the TV menus that the chicken sandwhich has a be back soon sign over the picture making me think they were out of chicken sandwiches but I noticed a woman in the back making chicken sandwiches so I stayed. The TV also advertises strawberry fanta which they do not have. There were about 6 people in line when I arrived and the manager was more interested in her phone and socializing with her coworkers (her family?) than taking orders. Finally after 15 minutes I got to the counter. I had to state my order 3 times because she would ask me a question and then immediately turn to continue her conversation with the coworker. She ended up charging me for 2 extra biscuits because she asked me 3 different times. While waiting for my food I noticed4 out of the 6 workers hanging around with nothing to do as the line grew and more people were waiting for food. It was just very frustrating. Visit another popeyes if you can. Dont go here.

Waited on line for 30 minutes ordered 2 chicken sandwiches. Paid for the chicken sandwiches. They came back after I waited 15 minutes offering me other options because they dont have sandwiches.If you run out of sandwiches post a sign so that people dont wait. Let your employees know ... But dont offer me chicken strips when I paid for a sandwich.
If you order online thru their website or app for pickup soon, your food will not be ready when you get there. They will only start preparing it when you tell them you have a mobile order, even if you ordered 45 minutes ago.
I ordered chicken, mashed potatoe and black eyed peas. I had to go back to the counter and ask for napkins, had to go back again because they didnt put utensils in the bag. Lastly the chicken was raw went back for a final time to the counter and advised them that the chicken wasnt cooked properly. They replaced the raw chicken with some more raw chicken. I wont be back.
I spent 75.28 there picked up for the whole family. They gave me all original chicken when one box was suppose to be spicy (strike one) then I got home the fries we ordered were soggy (strike two) not even a little crispy. And one girl was on two registers. For now on I will pay the toll and go to Jersey. Never will I go here again and I warn you to go elseware. I should of looked at the rating before driving. Advice for Popeyes PAY ATTENTION TO ORDERS. Especially when they are spending alot.
I ordered on the app for PICK UP. Long story short, I go there and the employees tell me DoorDash picked it up. I DID NOT order on DoorDash. They gave my food away to DoorDash when the receipt clearly said it was for pick up and my email said it was for pick up. Absolutely terrible.
I wish I could give this place zero stars so that it could match the total amount of chicken they had for sale today when I went (quiet hungry I might add.) I got to the front of the line and was told there was no chicken, just fries. Who goes to Popeyes for fries? Nobody. Not even the lady in the Popeyes commercial enjoys Popeyes fries so to say that all you have for sale today is fries is almost insulting. Why stay open? Close your doors and head home with your head hanging low. 1 Star for you Glenn Coco.
I love Popeyes, their fried chicken is some of the best on Staten Island. The service can get slow if theres a rush of people inside but the chicken is well worth the wait

The ladies at the cash register wouldn’t acknowledge me while I was waiting on the line. They were busy having a conversation amongst themselves. When I was finally given the chance to order my food, they interrupted me midway to continue their conversation. This is just rude. Don’t expect any customer service.
Take a pass on the adjacent Chick-fil-A chicken on a bun sandwiches.Get real Louisiana Cajun spiced fried chicken at Popeyes instead. Monthly affordable $5 specials usually provide a speciality chicken variant with biscuit, french fries and a signature side dish.Like my favorite Popeyes franchises, next to the register, this restaurant had a jar of whole Jalapenos at 25¢ each.The location is in the STATEN ISLAND FOOD DISTRICT (food court) second floor new wing. The cavernous addition has a variety of seating, high back benches, intimate tables for two, large banquet tables to seat a dozen, and bar height tables with or without stools for dining in a rush.
Bout time this Island had a good fried chicken quick stop aside from kfc. Look,its not remotely healthy, but if youre interested in having a cheat day, this is a good option.

I absolutely love Popeyes, but this one in the Staten Island Mall is the worst, from the food to the service. I would never eat at this location again.

I just paid $10.22 for 3 small pieces of chicken Thigh, leg and a wing. It comes with biscuit in mashed potato and a drink.

2019-12-30Terrible service!!! They alway closing early! My family were waiting on the line almost 10 mins and the man just came and tell us: “everything sold out, we are closed!” At 5:45. What a terrible service. Never back to this location again!!!P.S. i living in Staten Island. I always go to the mall shopping with my kids. I alway saw they closed early and with still so many food. They just throw all the chicken into the garbage!!!

2021-10-23Last week they took 20 minutes just to accept my order, the guy preferred to flirt with young girls than do his job, today I ordered through the UberEats App and they FORGOT to add chicken sandwich to the order!!I’m angry and hungry so even though their chicken sandwiches are the best, I would not buy again! Full disrespect to clients.
