I did two deliveries from here recently.You get ignored by everyone here no one was wearing masks. girls were sitting around on theyre phones guys running in and out from outside and no one wears gloves when handling food. I watched the worker pick up the tongs with her bare hands and then grab the fries with the same end she was just holding on to I also seen her put chicken in a box but no tongs were in or near the chicken like she was just grabbing it and throwing it in. and it looked like half of theyre hot holding was turned off..
Ive eaten here a few times. This time the heat must have been broken, it was very cold inside but I didnt want to eat in my car. The chicken was a little more than room temperature as well as the mashed potatoes. They had no butter and the soda machine literally had either seagrams gingerale or coke. Nothing else, but they had choices over the counter and they were helpful with that. The mens room toilet was plugged. The fries were hot.
The restaurant was poorly kept equipment wasnt working people could not understand English they didnt take the order correctly it was yuck yuck yuck sing a cockroach crossing the floor good night help any this place needs to be totally sanitized it should be shut down by the health department until they get things straightened out its absolutely disgusting and an embarrassment to have in the North Syracuse area and the water was not working on the machine
Somewhat chaotic atmosphere with no regard for social distancing; ordered in person. Food was prepared rather quickly, but attention to detail could use improvement. Order details were accurate, but sandwiches were assembled in a hurried, messy manner and it showed after opening packaging. Establishment was out of several side sauces at the time of my order.
Ive lived this spot the times Ive visited before. Yesterdays visit was just not the same. While the service was friendly, the restaurant was in disrepair (the womens bathroom wouldnt lock, and the floors and tables were dirty), we had to wait awhile for our order, we were not offered any condiments for our fries or biscuits, employees were sitting down using their cellphones in the kitchen area, and the chicken breading seemed much less flavorful than usual. Even the spicy chicken had very little flavor. While my husband often raves about Popeyes, after yesterdays experience, we probably wont be visiting ones owned by this franchisee again.
Ordered at the drive-thru, paid and was asked to park by the fence. There were 4 other cars parked before me and 2 or 3 after I parked. Everyone got there food, except me. Waited 22 minutes and then went inside and got my money back. Horrible service...if zeros stars were an option, thats what Id give them!
Had to see what all the hype was about with the chicken sandwich so stopped and chdck this one out in North Syracuse. The chicken sandwich was the best. It was huge and for the price you cant beat it. Wish there was one of these near my house. Glad Popeyes came back to Central New york. The drive through was quick and the staff was friendly. Food was very cheap but fresh and delicious.
Bad customer service, great food. Bad attitude from the young lady while ordering over the mic. Asked her a simple question and she responded with “yup yup yup” several times with a great amount of attitude. Not only did we feel rushed but felt like we were a bother to her.
I tried to order through the app and it wasnt working and when I got to the drive-thru, explained what I wanted to order, which I was told to pull up to the window to place my order. I showed them both items, and when I got my receipt, it was more than I was expecting to pay. They charged for a value meal on one of the items instead of a side. On top of that, I had to wait about 10 minutes for my order to be ready. Im not sure if Ill go back again, even though the food tasted good.
Wow what an experience. The last few times we have gone to Popeyes for lunch, it just has gotten worse and worse. Today, the food was all cold and Im not th eonly one who thinks so because a guy came in while we were eating our cold food and complained that after he complained about his food being cold, the worker threw his food in the bag causing it to be spilled upside down. The manager was there and saw that there was a problem and acknowledged it. The soda machine was broken again so we had to ask for ice behind the counter and our choices for drinks was limited because there were more empty choices than available ones... Not a big deal but its been broken for a long time so my soda was flat (because the girl behind the counter gave me about 4 pieces of ice). I drank a warm flat soda with my cold lunch. So here we are, two cold lunches, two warm flat sodas, and it looks like nothing has changes in weeks. Now if my food is hot and I can get a lunch that I paid for the way that I want it, I can overlook the dirty dining room and the sound of crickets coming from behind the booth. Please let me know what is being done about this as I know that covid and short staffing is not an excuse for cold food, unordered soda syrup, ice machines that dont work, dirty dining rooms, and bugs in the dining room.
Food is good but the customer service is well below standard. Ive tried to use the mobile app there and get some savings through the offers they have there and every time I show them at the drive-thru the coupon code, they always acknowledge it but they never put the code number in have me think they took the coupon. When I go back and check the receipt each time, they charge full price. So they either dont understand altogether how their own mobile system works or they just like swindling money from consumers. Not very thrilled
Literally fresh out from the drive through. Lady at the window was super rude and impatient with me. My drink order was incorrect as it was a coke and I asked for sprite. I kindly asked for it to be changed to sprite and this lady had and attitude. She dumped the contents out of my cup (did not get a fresh new cup as / I could still taste coke in my drink) and then filled it with sprite. Although the sandwich tasted great in relation to flavor I could tell the chicken had been sitting a while. My fries were cold as well. Was amazing when I was here a year ago. Not a good experience today. I’m on one now. Also the exterior needs to be kept up. Leaves and garbage can be observed all over the exterior of the property. Expected more from the Popeyes franchise name at this location.1 stars at best.Rico
Honestly I don’t know where to start . My experience was so bad , that I can’t keep to myself so others don’t have to go through the same . Chicken tasted like old burned oil so we’re the Cajun fries , biscuits cold and so dry . About the kids meal , those nuggets are a totally joke plus over cooked also the toy was missing . So nothing, not sure if cause of the shift or what but a waste of money and time .
So the food is always fresh and tasty. The customer service is horrendous. Always. Everytime. Today we visited for lunch. Went through the drive thru. Covid. And when we got home we were missing a chicken sandwich and some mashed potatoes. My daughters meal. We called to let them know and that wed be back. So rude! Didnt even answer the phone politely or even recognizing I had called popeyes. Manager argued with me saying she put everything in the bag. Just unbelievable. I have my receipt and frequent this restaurant often.this isnt the first time theyve left stuff out. But I never messed with it before. Unacceptable.
I went to Popeyes today at 1:18pm and had THE WORST EXPERIENCE. I had to wait in a line through the drive through that was only 2 cars long which took a lot longer than I had expected. Upon arrival to the microphone where you would order she told me she’d help me in just a moment which is fine whatever until I had to wait a good 4 mins to order. Once I got to order I wanted to place 2 orders that were separate because I was ordering for a coworker and myself; I ordered a classic chicken sandwich, red beans and a mashed potato w gravy. I was then told that they couldn’t do that and I was appalled by it since I’ve worked in fast food before and know you’re fully capable to get two orders out at the window. I was given attitude once I told them this by the Manager. So after fighting with them I finally got my order was told to pull to the window and upon arrival they were laughing at me. Don’t get me wrong I understand when rude or annoying customers come through the line it’s the last thing you want but you also shouldn’t be laughing or being rude or making comments while the customer is present it’s customer service it’s what you do on a daily. I will never recommend this location nor will I ever go back to ANY Popeyes locations. This place really needs a reality check with their employees, being a manager myself I would’ve never treated any customer with this much disrespect and ignorance as they did to me. I would avoid this place at all cost.
1045pm we had to argue for our food cuz they had everything put away . they should change closing time to 1045pm then and not 11pm! Awful rud service . after they took our oder we sat at window for 12mins then was told what we order wasnt ready and if we could just leave . gave use no time to go elsewhere because everything closes at 11pm . i just came off 8hr job an still had 6hrs till i could home ! Never again am i going to this store !
Went thru the drive-thru. Quick and easy service. Got back to the hotel. Meal was right but they are getting skimpy on the sides and chicken. A 3 piece had three of the smallest pieces I’ve seen, one leg, one wing and a thigh. Good taste but not much chicken for $9.99... the coleslaw was half full. Since Covid, most places have been getting skimpy on portions and quality.
Nasty, don’t bother. I should have known better when I saw the door was filthy walking up. They got my order right but the chicken in my sandwich was really old. Upon leaving I saw the trash dumpsters were absolutely overflowing. (Can’t post a picture 🤷🏻♀️) Disgusting. Never again.
When we placed our order in the drive thru, we were told to pull up to the back door, it would be a 4 minute wait. We waited 17 minutes, & then had to wait 5 more minutes because our food got mixed up with another customer. When we tried to complain to the girl giving us our food, she didnt speak very good english & didnt even know what we were saying. If you have all to wait for food, this is the place for you!
I have only been to this location a couple of times and I live here in Cicero. I have eaten Popeyes before in other states and loved them. Here, not so much. The food is okay, HOWEVER, the location and everything else is terrible. The drive thru is so close to the road that 4 cars or more and youre in the road. I just ordered their new Ghost Pepper wings and they werent even on the menu. I had to ask about them. Then it was a 7 minute wait. You have to pull around the building. There were 3 cars there awaiting orders and very little room to maneuver cars. Just bad location, bad advertising, bad visit and okay food.
Very friendly cashier / manager. Fast service, efficient staff and clean dining room. First and only time I tried the Popeyes chicken sandwich was here in the middle of a road trip. Its as phenomenal as Id heard. If Im driving through again Ill definitely stop by for seconds. Clean bathrooms too. Havent been to many Popeyes but this one was a good experience.
Overall experience so-so the employees have to learn to take the time to better prepare food and make sure the customer get what they purchased I made a purchase and some of my items were not in the bag I guess its my fault for not double-checking but this is a regular basis. I myself dont really eat out of this establishment my kids do. Try to call them phone number is not working properly so if you want to make sure that you get what you purchase make sure you check before driving off or leaving the establishment.
Food was good and hot, and my order was correct. Service was on par with every other Popeyes experience Ive had across the country. There were little things inside the lobby area that appeared to be missing or out of order. As long as Popeyes doesnt change their recipe Ill keep coming back.
First of all... if you want crispy tenders... dont go here.... if you want hot fries.... dont go here.... when i went to eat my tender meal the tenders are limp and cold... i had to actually cook them longer at my house to even get any sort of crisp on them. Shoot a few pieces of chicken was pretty questionable and i actually had to question if it was actually chicken.... the outside of the restaurant is run down... do yourself a favor and go to tullys down the road if you want good chicken tenders... wont be back 😒
Food is good, but drive thru ordering is hard every time. They cant understand you and when you go to pay it is often different from what is shown on the menu board so you need to ask why. Also, I got a chicken sandwich and asked if they could take the sauce off but put ketchup on and was told this was something they cant do??
I am here all the time and get the same thing all the time. So for the employee that was in the drive thru handling the register and giving out the orders to be rude and argumentative with a customer is very unprofessional. On top of being very argumentative with me he just threw my food into my bag and I had to ask him for my credit card back twice cuz the first time he said he didnt have it that he already gave it back to me. Very disappointed with my service.
Didnt have 3 items on the menu. Got my order wrong, ordered spicy tenders and got regular chicken when I asked to exchange them the manager said what, you dont eat chicken on the bone? Got my tenders and they werent spicy. Went back up and the manager wanted to see my recipe and the girl who took my order said dont look at me, I didnt pack your box. Just an overall bad experience. The biscuits are awesome though.
I understand that the new chicken sandwich was just relaunched. But for a late Thursday night the service was extremely slow. All the food was going to the drive-thru, even as there were people waiting over ten minutes in the restaurant lobby. The chicken was very bland, but the fries were good as always.
Absolutely terrible! They can never hear or you could never understand them at the intercom. I asked for a 2PC chicken dinner and got tenders. Then, when I seen the order was wrong she said, “out of chicken, only tenders left, come back tomorrow.” There were still sides missing when I got home that I paid for. Biscuits were over cooked. Extremely rude! Definitely will not be returning to this location again.
Ive tried TWICE to get ghost pepper wings. 1145 am AND 100PM. BOTH TIMES person on drive thru was incoherent and told me it was a 10 to 15 minute wait. If I wanted to wait 15 minutes Id go to a local diner. Fail both times. Last time I tried them was with spicy chicken sandwich.I heard this.....We out datExcuse me?We out datWe arent in ghetto ......speak COMPLETE SENTENCES........AND....... ENGLISH
The menu is very simple and the atmosphere is decent. I can say that the food is fair quality. But if youre in the mood for spicy flavorful chicken tenders and good alternative sides like coleslaw beans and rice other than deep fried on top of deep fried this is a nice place to try out.
Not a good experience. There was no ice in the soda machine, the soda machine didnt work, the fries were cold and stale, the chicken tenders were like rubber. The best thing about the meal was the biscuit. Sorry guys, but I wont be back.On the up-side, the young woman at the counter was quite pleasant.
So slow and unprofessional!!they take forever to do their job, head throwing and eye rolling just by literally being told the order. nonsense & no sense of urgency. carrying casual convos while customers arent even attended to or have their orders taken. this place needs to be shut down!
Not only was the chicken sandwich amazing, but the employees here are very honest.20 minutes after I left here, I realized that I forgot to grab my change. When I went back and explained what happened, the manager didn’t even hesitate. He went back and had my change and receipt waiting for me on the counter.Thank you for being honest, and thank you for the awesome food.
I love everything from Popeyes but we dont get to go very often since moving from Syracuse. We were back in town for the day and decided to ride the viral tidal wave that is their new chicken sandwiches. Well, this location had sold out and pretty sure trying the Destiny or Erie locations would not have been any different. But the manager was there at the window to kindly explain, and the drive thru attendant patiently waited while we sorted through what else was still available, which turned out to be some pretty awesome mild chicken tenders and spicy 8 piece family chicken dinner. Lots of biscuits and honey and big side of Mac and cheese. Plus I got the red beans & raz I had been craving with the tenders combo! How could there be any hard feelings after that? Im sure well be back around again soon enough to try those sandwiches!
No No NoThis is the worst chicken place ever. For $17.86 I got a 3piece of dry chicken, 1large fry, a medium would have sufficed and also came with the meal. Instead No med fry, and a charge for the large, you get no side as advertised. Also the fries were cold, not fresh. 1 biscuit hard as a rock, and a large red beans and rice, like warm at best. Finally the Lagre drink I ordered was a medium all ice with a splash of diet.Now lets talk about the drive thru. I was greated by a please wait, We will get to you in 2 min. Then the second voice told me to wait again, another 2 min. After finally ordering I was instructed to pull around. Not total for My order, just pull around. I was astonished to hear the above mentioned total, for a single lunch. I dont know whos in charge, but theyre not doing it right.
So I came in to order the number 10 spicy chicken sandwich. My order number was 69 and for some reason everyone behind me received their food before me! Very frustrating. Come to find out that the orders were exactly the same! I am a paying customer and I have rights! All I want is my sandwich. The level of customer service is at an all time low!
If I could give 0 stars I would. Been there a total of 7 times, 5 out of 7 the order was wrong. Gave us a free meal, messed up that order too and had to wait a half hour for new. Love the food when it is made right/the right order, but that is rarely the case. Last meal was tenders, got home they were the size of chicken nuggets and mostly breading. Not what Id expect in a $25 meal, and on top of that two hours later the entire family was sick (we have never gotten sick from there before so not saying their chicken is always old but I will never trust it again). Ive never reviewed anywhere Ive been before but the service/food was so terrible I had to. Really sucks because when it is good its delicious but that is rarely the case.
I like the food but the service is horrible. People especially with the covid. I know its hard on everyone but speak to people. Have them smile while speaking and believe me people will hear that. Food service workers are treated badly too but dont treat the ones that didnt. Be safe and have faith
When I get Chicken at Popeyes, what I count on is consistency in flavor & quality-and I was not disappointed. I get the spicy for the little heat in the crunchy batter. I only get this chicken once in a while cause its pricy....paid over $27 for 8 piece dinner which included 1 side plus I bought 1 extra side.
A few weeks ago I took my sons on our weekly outing to get food. This particular day, we drove over an hour to go to Popeyes on Brewerton Rd. We ordered food and pies and realized after getting on the thruway to head home that we were short 2 pies. I called and let them know and s/w a manager on duty who stated that my name and phone number would be put on a board to receive my two pies. Yesterday, we decided to go to Sonic where we always receive wonderful service, by the way. My brother had requested we bring back a chicken sandwich for him. So we stopped at Popeyes. I ordered the sandwich and 4 blueberry lemon pies and 1 apple. I told her that I was supposed to receive two at no cost and her immediate response was we dont give anything for free here. Right away, her lack of customer service skills was evident and also they apparently do not have an idea who works at what day and time because using my phone log, I gave her the exact date and time of my call so thereby figured she would be able to reach out to whatever manager was on duty, not possible because apparently people work whenever they fee like it here. By the way at this point we had been conversating through the speaker for over 5 minutes. She then had me pull up to the window where she gave me my total which included the cost of the 2 pies that were supposed to be free. Now, I am pretty angry that a 20 year old manager is acting like an ignorant hood rat smirking and even replying to me when I told her it was $3 what is the big deal...she said exactly, it is only $3 so pay it. We dont do free. The back and forth persisted for over 10 minutes while the line behind us grew and food was piling up at the window. I was ready to drive off without anything when another worker came forward and charged my card the correct amt and handed me my bag. But to Lily your customer service skills could definitely use some refinement. I have been in customer service and sales for over 25 years and have never at any point treated a customer the way that you treated not only me, but the customers in line behind me as well. Perhaps, that is why I expect respect but at this point, I will take my hard earned money elsewhere. I will not be frequenting Popeyes again if this is the effort they put into their management staff.
Horrible horrible! I just received my food. My first time at this location I literally live two minutes away I just got home the fries are cold the red beans and rice is cold and the chicken is really slimy and cold like it was sitting for awhile. I will never revisit this location. Something told me to just go to Chick-fil-A
Great food but the service level is atrocious. If you order via mobile app or drive thru, you have about a 20 percent chance of finding an error in your order. They have messed up all aspects of my orders since they opened: Bone-in instead of tenders. Mild instead of spicy. Incorrect side. No sauces. Wrong soda. Unflavored seltzer instead of cola. I once got someone elses completely different order. Consistently bad service from Week 1 through this week, I am delusional because I keep coming back expecting a correct order.
Used to love their chicken but after having worked there for a few days I wont eat from this place. Run and staffed by a bunch of foreigners who probably never heard of food safety classes like other restaurants put their managers and employees through. Employees go from washing dishes, sweeping the floor, to preparing food. The chicken has no hold times so it sits there for as long as they feel like it, then they throw it out. Believe the place got a bad review in the paper not too long ago and thats why they have the New Management sign on their marquee for the past several months.
The food carries this particular Popeyes. Numerous times theyve forgotten biscuits, messed up orders, etc. and the rate at which they get orders correct vs. incorrect is skewed way too much towards the latter.Food itself is stellar but expect about a 50-60% correct order rate. Extremely frustrating to get home and not have items you paid for.
Popeyes has the juiciest chicken with the greatest crunchy breading ever! Makes me want to never eat chicken at home. Their prices are very reasonable unlike KFC! The Cajun Rice was a little weird but then again Ive never had it before and didnt know what it was. Fries are great, mashed potatoes are great. Im looking forward to trying something else next time!
This particular visit was horrible. Went through the drive thru and was told I had about a 7 or 8 minute wait for the chicken sandwich my wife ordered, really no big deal. Were told to pull around front and itll be brought out. Nearly a 25 minute wait! I would understand if the lines was crazy long but we were literally the only car in the drive thru and they had one individual inside. During that wait we watch 3 individuals walked and walk out with food in a matter of minutes. I walk in and all things considered the manager was courteous and apologize for the wait. Anywho, we get home the fries were old and youd think the wait wed have a fresh batch but they old and cold. The coleslaw I ordered looked and smelled old and spoiled I didnt even bother eating it and finally the drinks a lemonade and a fruit punch were basically cup of colored water. This experience in the not the norm for this location.
All order was wrong, sides missing and wrong what we did get and SO SLOW and NON CHALANT, couldnt care less. 12 cars went thru drive thru while we ordered 2 boxes at register.!!!! Cant call and complain because it goes to voice mail and thats full !!! DONT GO HERE !! BISCUIT WAS ROCK HARD & chicken TENDERs tough and chewy !! Ssoooo gross!!
The chicken is good, not great. All parts are on the small side. If that is because the birds are not force fed to the point that they cannot carry their own weight, thats good. But l doubt it. The fish is not for eating. It is bait. On the plus side, this location has some of the best workers (mostly polite young women) lve encountered in the fast food business. I hope they all find employment in places where their contributions will be appreciated.
This was definitely not the best Popeyes around. Went in for lunch and was the only customer in the place. Waited at the counter for at least a good five minutes before anyone acknowledged me being there. The place was not very clean for being so new. The drink area was dirty and had straw wrappers everywhere like it hadnt been cleaned in awhile. The food was eh, like it had been sitting out for quite awhile. Probably will not be going back to that location again.
The only reason I didnt give this location 1 star is because when I ordered they dropped fresh chicken and the food was delicious....aside from that the employee who took the orders at the speaker was rude, short, argumentative, and did not allow time for decision making before she cut you off. As a result my family and I went inside to order which the service was a little better but. Would not return I will go to to Destiny USA from now on
TERRIBLE service. DO NOT use the drive-thru. They are completely incapable of understanding an order. It will take you a minimum of 10 minutes to get them to repeat the order correctly as you ordered it due to the repeated errors. And then, when you do eventually get your food, it will be wrong. Management has been made aware and has made no effort to improve the service. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE location! My wife and I tried to order there yesterday with 3 simple menu items, and after repeating the order to the lady 7 times, she still couldt get it right. We drove off and will never return!
The chicken is the best Ive had . but the green beans and other stuff us overcooked and blah..the bisquits are good the gravy tastes like when I was a kid learning to make gravy and ummm. messed up. The green beans were mush. The customer service is The Best I have ever seen in any fast food place..the women there are absolutely the nicest. Sincerely!!!!!!
They advertised on their Menu the $10 Sampler, when trying to order it the manager said they dont do the Sampler. I said it is on your menu and showed her. She then said again we dont do the sampler, I asked why it is on the menu, she kept repeating we dont do the sampler. I have taken this Popeyes off my list of restaurants. If you want Rude management, this is the place for you.
The food was alright but the experience wasnt that great. The service was slow, the soda machine broke, there didnt appear to be a manager on duty, it looked like the place was ran by 11th and 12th graders. One girl was wiping tables, picked up trays from the trash can areas, wiped down around the trash can, and went back to the tables with the same cloth. I wont be back
I was excited to go here after hearing such good things about popeyes. I wasnt impressed. It took forever to get our order, he never gave me my sauce so I had to stand back in line to get it, and he gave me attitude when I asked for the sauce I never got. Its all foreign people. Workers sat right next to us pretty much yelling in their language to a point where i was so annoyed I had to leave. Its expensive for what you get and their customer service is horrible. I wont be going here again. KFC has much better quality and service.
Their food is good but their drive thru service needs major help. They rarely get my order correct, even when they read it back correctly. Every time I have to hold up the line to double check my order and nearly every time i am missing something or they have given me an incorrect order.
Every time my brother or i order we ask for the spicy chicken and every single time they give us plain not a huge deal i just added my own spices to it, but the last time i ordered the food was just a puddle of grease and tasted of nothing except oil ( i think their fryer temp was to low ) they have good mashed taters and catfish though
This place had friendly associates working there who gave my friend very detailed info on each food item (Hes a picky eater). Everything I bit into had flavour busting and even if it was spicy , which Im not a fan of, it wasnt the bad spicy but the good haha ;).Keep up the great work!!
Never been to a place that consistently messes up my order until I came here. Food is alright, when they give you what you ordered which is almost never. When I go I buy 1 meal. How hard is it to get a 1 meal order correct. Today I ordered a 5 piece straps with fries and when I opened it up it was a 5 piece with rice although my reciept said fries. I dont understand how they mess up so often.
I always loved Popeyes but today Im completely disappointed and will not return. My boyfriend went to get dinner tonight the 24.99 coupon special, 14 pcs 2 lg sides and 7 biscuits... The weather is bad so I expected luke warm food. They didnt give us the biscuits. Ok well do without but the mashed potatoes were cold like they just took it out of the cooler. The chicken was old and stingy, very little meat. With absolutely no flavor They were rude at the register and when I tried to call and tell them about the missing items they hung up on me. I will definitely not be returning.
It was horrible. The chicken strips had sat for well over 2 hours, and had been refried. I can tell from experience. The biscuit was hard enough to drive a nail through hard wood. They forgot my rice, i had to go back to get it and it was wasnt worth going back in for. It was that bad. TERRIBLE! I wouldnt recommend this location to anyone.
2nd time there. No better this time. Waited in drive thru line for ONE car for 5 minutes. Got the 5 dollar shrimp box. Shrimp was tiny. No butter for the bisquit. No cocktail sauce. Fries were limp and luke warm. Should have known better. No wonder its always dead there.
Foods always good but staff is always having an issue communicating it seems, terrible language barrier and Im constantly told no cant do that. Like asking for extra sauce for example. And the facility is shot ceiling had been busted up half the dining area closed for a month now.
The past few times I went to this particular popeyes they messed up my order the past three times I dont never get exactly what I ordered and its messed up especially when youre paying for something you dont get Im so done with the popeyes on Brewerton Road I will never go back there again
I called ahead to see what time they were open till. They said 11pm so my boyfriend, friend, and I went in and ordered at 10pm. The worker that took out orser was named Ash he asked us to repeat our order multiple times to the point we were getting ajitated. Then we sit down to eat. I got up to get our sauces that they forgot to give us and Ash told us that they were closed and we had to go. We get up to leave and he told us to sit back down we said we were leaveing and he insisted we sat back down. We were already angry with the exspirecne so we left. Also when we went in the doorway was blocked with trash bags. When we moved the bags out of our way there was puddles of soda on the ground. The chicken was also very dry. I was told the chicken was dry because they stop cooking at 7pm. Im very disappointed and will not be returning.
Horrible....went through drive thru and order was wrong. I had to go insideand wait to get it right. They never put utensils in the bag for the mashed potatoes or napkins. Also chicken was not hot and bisquits were hard....I will never go there again. Will stick with Destiny Mall.
Service was poor, before my husband and I finished ordering, part of the order was put on counter. Restaurant was cold and he should have waited til order was complete and paid for before putting partial order on counter to be exposed and sit for minutes on counter top to lose heat

2022-01-06First off we ordered two chicken sandwiches and were extremely polite about it. they gave us a 8 pc chicken tender and a chicken sandwich thats completely undercooked. why would anyone even be okay with serving a customer this? then when i called there was no direct number to contact them and when i tried calling again there was no answer at all as if they had just unplugged the phone. worst food i’ve ever seen and they weren’t wearing masks during a pandemic.

2022-04-15Use to like this place. It has gone down hill. Soda machine in dining room busted, only can get from behind counter but they were out of stock on everthing including plain coke. Very slow service, and they kept letting delivery services cut in line. Building maintenance is horrible. Pealing paint, unclean windows, dirty ceiling, broken pictures, floor mats hanging on counters, see pics.

2021-11-26Service was prompt during lunch hour. Woman who took our order seemed less than friendly though. 6 of us are for $59 so the prices were reasonable. The restaurant was clean and organized, with the exception of the soda machine, that could benefit from being wiped down.

2021-12-01Prompt service, clean restaurant and good food! We placed an order online and it wasn’t ready when we walked in but maybe they have to confirm before they make it hot/fresh. It was still handed over to us within minutes and staff was courteous.

2022-01-29Ordered for a family of three. No one really liked anything. They just plopped the fries directly into the paper bag. Ive never seen a place give out fries like that. Must be how they do it down south. Im all set on ever going there again. If you like it good for you.

2022-06-22The food was awesome and the service was as good as it could have been since they, like every other place, is understaffed. The staff was obviously struggling but kept a smile on their face and a positive attitude. Kudos to them!!! Now if corporate could get them some help, they might get 5 stars next time.

2022-05-27Went through the drive thru on a Friday at 1PM and got right through and the food was hot and delicious. The road it’s on is quite busy but there’s two entrances. The employee at the drive thru was very friendly and gave plenty of hot sauce. The chicken was a little bit “tendony” but overall very good.

2022-05-19They must be processing the actual chickens to order with his long the service is these days. Did is good, but the wait is ridiculous. Easily 7-10 minutes wait time at the drive through.Ive downgraded my review sure to the fact that this location never has any spicy chicken available. Might as well go to KFC. Id say avoid this location and go to the one on Erie Blvd. That location is much more organized.

2022-06-10Poorly maintained both inside and out. Poor and unfriendly service. Every receipt they hand out has the same coupon on the back yet its always a mystery to the order taker when you try to redeem it. They offered us bbq sauce but they were out and did not offer another choice instead. Otdered a sandwich with no mayo but it came loaded with mayo anyway. I ordered a large drink. Server brought me a Coke even though she never asked what I wanted. I refused it.. Iced tea looked more like discolored water. I dumped it immediately as I didnt even want to taste it. Theres a Wendys across the street. Ill go there next time instead.

2022-06-23Something happened with our chicken. We got all sorts (sandwiches, nuggets and pieces) and it didnt seem to be up to snuff. Wasnt horrible, but wasnt as good as weve had at other Popeyes.
