Service is extremely slow, food is over cooked, and staff seems to not really care about their customers. Ultimate goal is revenue over customer satisfaction. I wont be coming here anymore. Took 37 minutes to get me food for 4. I had to raise my voice 3 times in order to get my food. Management wasnt even in sight, probably hiding in the back away from all the yelling customers who spend more than 15 minutes each waiting for their food gets distributed. Never again!
Two women running the cash registers and packing food.. they take one order and take about 20 minutes to pack that meal. They’re talking very loud Amongst themselves and they’re not very courteous. The issue that I have with this location is simply the lack of organization, positive customer service, and the time it takes to receive your food.
I only threw up twice in the last 6 months, and it just happened to be the morning after I ate at this specific popeyes. Service is ussually bad, but I see they got a lil better. The potential food poisoning, is way more than a higher issue
If I could I will give zero stars. Horrible. Small place and no social distancing. The manager is as rude as her staff and slow. 18 customers in a store that is less then 400 square. I have been waiting 15 minutes and at this.point I want my money back. Still people coming and no tells them to wait outside. Again horrible.
I don’t know why I do this to myself. While the restaurant it self seems clean; the service is absolutely horrible. The cashiers have the nastiest attitude. The food takes about 25 plus minutes to get, yet when you get it, it’s cold. This is not a corporate Popeyes. It’s a franchise and this is why it’s allowed to happen.

This is the worst location to go to ..I had a coupon code for pick up only and the woman momato was ride And made up some lie of she couldn’t honor it.she then put in the code and it went through and she still ended up giving me only a half of portion when I payed for everything .the workers are very rude and the location is not kept clean as it should be .this will be the last time I eat from that location .
Waiting line was insane. There were only 4 people ahead of me and that took about 20+ minutes just for me to order. Customer service couldve been better. The food was good, soda was a little flat.
Everyone that I go to this location I get attitude from the people that work there. One time one of the workers gave me bad service because she gave me fries instead of the mash potatoes that I ordered. Sometime after that I checked my order to make sure that they got my order right and found a hair on my biscuit. A long hair. She looked at me like it was my hair. Im freaking bald. The service here sucks.
The slowest Popeyes ever. Long lines and long wait, it’s so ridiculous. And the women pick and choose what time they feel like actually feel like doing their job.
Chicken is poorly prepared.Biscuits are always old and dry.Their beverages taste like its been sitting inside the machine for far too long. Multiple people can be near the register to take your order but they seem to enjoy lollygagging and catch an attitude when you ask for your order to be taken. If this rating could go to Zero, I would have done so. If youre looking for fresh food that taste good and has been prepared with effort where staff at the registers actually take your order in a friendly manner, then this is NOT the place for you.
Dont support this location: the staff acts as if they are doing paying patrons a favor by serving them. It is disorderly, unorganized, and the staff have nonchalant attitudes. The rudest exchanges Ive ever encountered with a people that is paid a working wage. Last straw has been given; patrons be aware.
Both the chicken and biscuits where undercooked and cold, I was concerned, and I’m not very picky but I threw the whole meal way, really nasty, I just couldn’t eat that. Also, slow service, bad attitude and homeless people walking in and out of the place. Won’t order from there ever again.
The crew are attentive and friendly.Food is fresh and served piping hot. One disappointment is that there are no restrooms facilities for patrons even though they offer options to dine in. The eatery is conveniently located on The Grand Concourse at 182-183 Streets with a subway station right at its door. 🎶 Love that chicken at Popeyes.🎶
I love popeyes, food is deliouse and spicy and their fried is different from other fast food restaurant, fried not burn. The only thing Popeyes have to improve on, is there service. It suck, and stink. You would wait a long period just for them to take your order, and while taking your order, they talking and not watching or listing to the customer. After that person that take your order, is the one to get the order too. Their should be another system in place for this or something to improve.
Went here once,and food is great and all.However there were two ladies(employees taking the order) talking like they had all the glory day.Took forever to give you your freaking food.Dont recommend this place.srry.
I love eating Popeyes but the staff even though they nice and show good customer service they need to be more alert, I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and took the cashier almost 10 minutes to realize my order was done

Employees must be mentally challenged, messed up orders every time Ive been here. Ridiculous long lines for something that should take only a few minutes. Rude employees, and they let the food sit out longer than it should.

Im a regular customer there, food is good but staff always in a corner in groups talking to each others, and even while serving the food they kept their convo going. Not professional at all. Im sure whatever they have to say to each others it could wait until after they take care of the customers

Slowest Popeyes on planet Earth waiting for a biscuit to be served is like waiting for the end of the world to come....it can happen at any moment but it doesnt , extreme attitude to customers that are being patient , it seems that getting jelly from underneath the counter is harder work for the employees , they truly need to get better employees , cooks are amazing and only one girl at the cashier is good
My friend placed an order and the lady behind the register asked her what she wanted as a beverage? My friend said a bottled water, Lady behind the register said they only have Tap water and pointed to a dirty *** sink. Mind blown.

Every single person that works here that I’ve interacted with is incompetent. I keep coming because when I’m craving Popeyes, I just give in and come right back. Sucks that this is the closest Popeyes and the next closest one is half a mile from where I live.

They are so rude they always have more then 5 employees behind the register but and take 30 minutes to give you your food and then on top of that they get an attitude when you ask them for ketchup or jelly or sauces its ridiculous i hate going there because of the employees but the food is good the only thing i dont like that they do is they leave the fries there from the batch before and put a new batch on top of the old ones like thats just gross and unsanitary

2022-05-20The food was fresh and hot and I appreciate that. Theres nothing better than hot fries and freshly made chicken. But the chicken was flavorless. Ive never had that experience at Popeyes before. It was my understanding that there was a standard recipe for all Popeyes chicken so they should all taste the same!! Right??? Well apparently not because this chicken had absolutely no flavor. But the fries were good and the biscuit was soft.. top that off with the the cashier made a mean iced tea lemonade mix..so overall it wasnt too bad given that I was starving.

2022-03-28The short older lady is so rude charge my order as separate item instead of as a meal after I paid I realized that and she refused to fix the charge. besides that it’s always a long wait even when it’s not that busy.

2021-11-30If i could give zero stars I definitely would. I ordered a classic chicken sandwich and i got a soggy and dry sandwich. Also ordered a 4 piece and the chicken was not fresh at all(only good thing was the fries and they were cold). The food tasted completely disgusting, I will never be buying from this location ever again. Something has to be done with the working environment, perhaps hiring people that actually do their job right and care about the food.

2022-01-22I gave it a three ⭐s! I ordered from Uber eats at this location. Although my order was hot and fresh, it was wrong. I ordered two 8 pieces nuggets al la Carter. 1 large Mac & Cheese, and a half gallon of Minute Maid Lemon aide. The food order was correct with the exception of my sauces. I asked for Buttermilk Ranch, and Mardi Grad Mustard. They put the Mustard in correctly with the order. If they were out out ranch, they should have given me all mustard. Instead they put BBQ sauce in my order. If they were out of Minute Maid Lemon aide, they should have refunded the money back to my card. They sent Hawaiian Punch. I have been trying to call the establishment, but no one is answering the phone. Guess I will be ordering from another Popeyes.

2018-05-07The staffs at this location are not as fast as you would expect from a fast food chain. Also, they dont keep the tables clean. I was waiting for my pick up around 10 minutes and I saw a table is very messy and nobody cared to clean.

2018-11-02Horrible customer service. We were told we had to wait 12 mins for our order of spicy chicken. Fine. We decided to walk around the block. We came back to be told that it’ll be another 6 mins before our order is ready, with no apology, and we just had to deal with it. So we’re sitting here waiting and looking around at the disgusting conditions in here. A worker was just out here sweeping and cleaning and the pics I just took was after he was done cleaning. 😐. Won’t be coming back here again. I can spend my money elsewhere where it’s appreciated.
