(last wk I purchased a combo and lemon slushy. upon eating I began to choke a little and NEEDED WATER because the slushy didnt HELP. I went to the counter and ask for water because I was choking. THEY TOLD ME I THEY HAVE N O! CUP TO GIVE ME ID HAVE TO PAY FOR IT. AT T H I S STORE ON STORY AVE THE SERVICE S U C K S! ! I wonder if all their employees know how to help if someone is CHOKING TO DEATH? At any rate I had to Take a cup from the counter, go to the BATHRM TO GET WATER.PLUS A LOT OF THE TIME THE FOOD IS NOT FRESH(DRIED UP CHICKEN). THE SAFEST THING YOU CAN GET IS THE CKN SANDWICH AND FRIES.
Went through the drive thru. It was okay until I got home. Was missing chicken in the box, had to return To get it replaced -by then the other meal was cold and so was the mashed which they did not replace it heat up.
Got the 4 piece & chicken tenders. The regular chicken tasted good. The tenders were dry & not good at all. Prices are expensive compared to the other chicken establishment on story Ave. For the neighborhood, the place was clean inside.
The flavor at popeyes never disapoints! Keeps getting better and better with new additions to their menus, makes you go Mm!
By far the worst Popeyes I have been to. Rude staff. No communication. Unsanitary. Health Department should thoroughly inspect this location for violations. Disgusted to say the least. Never again.
Good chicken not better then chick fila but still good, as long as they stay away from the cloned meat. I can tell the difference I hope you all can as well.

I used to love eating at this place until I bought a lemonade and found some slimy black stuff at the bottom. This grossed me out. Thank God my glass was clear so I could see what’s inside. They need to take their time to clean these machines. Not just water it down. I’m talking about using bleach and dish soaps. And the workers had the nerve to ask me if I wanted another drink smh.
My family loves Popeyes. However, at this location the gravy was watery and the coleslaw looked like it was getting old. It also doesnt taste like when we get it down south. All in all still good. The chicken and shrimp are yummy!

3 pcs & biscuit $3.99, wings unavailable; breast offered as an option. Wait pleasant & accommodating. The chicken wasnt 🔥 hot. Maybe the warmer wasnt up to par. Lunch crowd was there. Guess that was the chicken B4 we arrived. It was fresh, not hot enuf for me

I used Uber eats to deliver and they got the order wrong and the soda was leaking inside the bag as well when it arrived. The tenders weren’t spicy as mentioned in the order, no sauces came with it either. Unless it’s pick up, don’t expect them to deliver the right order.
Service could be better. The fact that you have to pay extra for sauce is ridiculous. Makes me not want to go there
I had to rush out and did not eat in the store. But I ordered the tenders and heated them in my air fryer with homemade honey mustard, they were delicious!

I notice the cashier pointing out the old chicken to serve to me and not the fresh chicken that was just put up... I will never buy at your location ever again... I gave good money for awfully bad food... change how you run your business... you might lose what you trying to gain by feeding your customers old garbage.
In Sunday I stopped at this location bought a chicken sandwich with an orange soda and a mash ate it no problem two hour later this chicken gave me the runs sick for two days.with tje run.bad place

Between going online and not seeing the times they are open to the long lines in this location I believe this is probably one of the lowest performing locations but due to the volume of people in the area you will think otherwise.
They were extremely slow moving today. The thing that annoys me the most is that I have to keep asking for ketchup for my meal. They literally process/package your order and hand it to you without any ketchup or jelly and it doesnt matter if it you are dining. They need to stop acting cheap and at least ask.
Every time I go to diskin chicken place the chicken look like they dont kill the rat and Friday to give you some big nasty pieces and I would like to have small nice pieces something chicken doesnt taste like chicken when we was growing up thats the type of chicken that I want like a chicken that look like a damn animal
Its popeyes. At this point no need to go deeper. Location its self can get dirty at times, but theyre usually super busy; so I can see why.Staff are usally polite, so long as you dont get rude with them.

Super slow! Staff doesn’t even try to help you, they just stare at you. Line is always long, and staff is just rude! The manager will know you’re upset and just keeping walking instead of helping.

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice and friendly the staff was. They even gave me a free soft drink to enjoy while waiting for my rather ginormous family meal for 15 people!

2022-05-02This was one of the better experiences Ive had at Popeyes. Normally oh, the chicken is a little bit more spicy or salty than I would like. But, this time it was perfectly seasoned. And it didnt hurt that I had a coupon. Since the pandemic prices have gotten a little bit out of the range of the average persons pocket. Coupons help.

2022-05-02I ordered 5 spicy, wings and got 5 mild wings. After waiting for 15 minutes, when I went back in there a strout lady tells me we dont cook iit as how it gets cooked at ur home this is not the first time I had popeys, I know the difference between spice and mild. You dont get to talk about my house now thats a personal remark I dont appreciate.

2022-02-02Its ridiculous that you need to even double check your order when you placed it and they asked to make sure its what you want. Its happened twice and definitely wont happen again. Theyve gotten my order wrong 1 time too many without an ounce of regret or admitting to wrong doing. Im almost certain thats not how you do business in the service industry.

2018-02-02This is one of those places where you will feel right at home. The staff is friendly, and courteous. Food is excellent, with that distinctive Louisiana flair. I loveeee their biscuits and mac n cheese. Totally recommend. Close to transportation buses Bx5, Bx36 and Bx39.

2021-09-19I ordered the 16 piece family feast. It is supposed to have 16 mixed pieces of chicken, 8 biscuits, 3 large sides, and 6 sauces. When I got my order, it was missing 2 biscuits and all 6 sauces. I’ve been trying to reach the store but they never answer.

2021-05-11It was raining the day I visited There was a leak in the roof which had water pouring down though the acoustic drop-ceiling tiles. Some of the tiles had already collapsed to the floor from the wait of the water. The leak was slowly making its way to the checkout counter creating a huge mess. It was a very unsettling experience. Despite the drama, the food was tasty and the service was good, given the dire circumstances.
