Food is always still nice and hot by the time we get home
Its been awhile since I had Popeyes so I was super excited. The line for the drive thru was super long so I went inside where the line was also super long and not moving. After 30 mins I was finally able to place my order and then wait another 36 mins for my food. I was pretty hungry at this point since I waited over an hour packed in with way too many people so I decided to eat in my car...what a disappointment! The food was mehhhh....the spicy chicken was rubbery and had no flavor, the fries were warm but super greasy and the biscuits were dry and lacking their usual buttery flavor. After over an hour wait and terrible food - I cant say I will return here...truly sad!
Nice sandwiches with fries and some biscuits but did not capture our drinks in the order. So we had to re-order another drink separately. Overall experience was longer waiting time on the drive through pick up service.
Ordered a 14 tender family meal with the app for 20 dollar. They stole our money and didnt give us our food. What a joke of a business.
The food was delicious and fresh. I know that there was at least 10 staff members working hard in this location yet the line still moved slow. I truly believe they need either another location or expand on this one.
So this location is a new location in Greenpoint Brooklyn neighborhood. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. The establishment is very clean and well stocked. There is enough seating for dining in. The food was very fresh and the service was fast and efficient. Go stop by if you are in the area.

The store manager here wearing the white shirt is very rude and unprofessional. I don’t understand how she is even the store manager. I could only imagine the way she treats her staff. I feel bad for that Popeyes because with that horrible service, rudeness, and ignorance from that store manager, I would never go back and I know others experience that same bad experience in this location. They need to change the store manager. They still have the seating in the restaurant closed. It’s July 5, 2021. McDonald’s even has seating in the restaurant. Other Popeyes I have went to as well has seating open. The district manager of Popeyes in the Bronx location needs to take care of that rude submissive store manager.
Long lines than needed to wait another 5 mins for a fish sandwich . 20 mins waiting smh
I went through the drive thru, a fu..king half hour. The window workers need to work faster. I hate going here but my wife loves it. Dont get me wrong, if the drive thru was faster, I eat here twice a week. So sad to find good help
The drive Thur was empty when I pulled up. after my food was sent from the drive Thur window my drink never came . I honked the horn and yell after several minutes, I was clearly being ignored. . I try to have patience as I sat inside my car and ate my food as cars behind me started to pale up . the lady who gave me my food bag never approach the window. Another lady came to the window and finally hand me a drink. I was content and happy as I pulled off and took a sip of what is clearly not spirt or anything for that matter I ever tasted ...it was disgusting and when I looked down it was green! I was so shocked I l felt violated. I told the manger Jessica she claim it was seltzer water and gave me a large spirit but after all that I don’t even want it no more I want everyone to know my experience.
Wish there was a 0 that I could have selected. They dont deserve even the 1 star. Woman that taking the order at drive tru is so darn rude. I just didnt even worry to place my order. I went to a next location. Where the customer service was more pleasant.
The service at the drive thru was slow. After a long wait I get to the window the workers are chit chatty another long wait I finally get my order only to get home to find out my order is all wrong.

If I could give zero for my past visit at Popeyes 360 Baychester Ave Bronx 10475, I would. I has such a horrible experience no one should ever have to go through what I did.1. The person at drive-thru charge me $44. For another customers order and the manager came to the window and said she could not cancel the payment on my card. My order was $13. My only option was to receive the difference in cash. What if my account only had $20. I would have Overdraft my account. The manager Ms. J, had no remorse, of the impact that could have been to me or any other customer.2. I was in the drive thru on another occasion and was told I can only make one order in the drive thru, I had 2 orders one for co-worker and myself.I made my co-workers purchase and reenter the line to complete my purchase. The lady at the drive-thru said you were just here. I refuse to respond paid and left never to return to this Popeyes ever.
Drive thru is super slow, order is usually half wrong 90% of the time or missing things every time. Food is decent 50% of the time but mostly is stale or hard chicken. Drive thru is super small and no matter how small your car, you hit the curbs. And the bag is always missing straws, sauce or the extra things you need

Foods ok... thought the spicy tenders would have been spicier. Also not much meat, fattened out tenders very thin. Crunch was good. Glad i got 5 but damn almost $13 for the meal. So not worth it.
I took my mother to this Popeyes I didnt know fried food took that long to get cooked. She said the chicken sandwiches were decent; but not worth the wait. The classic was not crispy but okay the spicy was crispy and she really enjoyed that one better.
Selling a mask for a dollar is unbelievable. So they lost a customer and a purchase over a dollar mask.To add insult to injury, the staff werent wearing theirs properly, including the store manager who came from around the back to ask the customer to step outside the store, even after willing to pull his shirt over his face.
One thing for sure you cannot go wrong with Popeyes. Im giving it a five-star because of all the years that I have been in and out of that restaurant, they have not yet once treated me in a way to where I do not feel welcome. Their food is amazing. I have not once complained about the food. In fact, throughout the years of me complaining the only thing I have been complaining about is them not adding jelly to my biscuit, at times it seems like they always forget to add the jelly packet to the food. The atmosphere is pretty cozy theres really nothing for me to complain about when it comes to the actual looks of the place.But there is always room for improvement. The one thing that they can definitely improve in is the customer service because theres only one person behind the counter every single time that Im there.I am the type of person that really doesnt go off the menu as much meaning that I wont buy anything out of the ordinary. So the only thing that I do Buy in Popeyes is the chicken strips (boneless chicken) with the combo of french fries and biscuits. That always hits the spot. They always make it in the right way every single time when I do buy the chicken strips, there has never been a time where its not properly cook because it is always cooked just right. 👍🏽
Every time I go to this Popeyes location I have a bad experience! Every since time someone takes my order they have an attitude or have some smart remark to make . Yesterday was the last day I spent my money there
The only reason I go here is because of the proximity to my home, the customer service is extremely slow and has declined so if youre not hungry or in a rush feel free to order from here. The rating is for the lack of customer service and speed, not the actual food

Very busy, but got people out relatively quickly. Had few spicy pieces. Quickly offered me accommodation instead of me standing there waiting. Wrapped and labeled mild and spicy to know the difference immediately. Pleasant workers
They are too slow. They need to move the drive through faster ..at times the line can take 30 minutes and thats before ordering. Do better popeyes.. you are at a great location!
I’ve never been inside, but the service from the drive through is okay, with that I could only assume the inside is the same. I just HATE the drive through entrance! It’s so small, you have to turn so slow in order to not hit the median.

I went here a few days ago and the chicken sandwich was extremeeely salty 😷🥴 and the chicken and French fries tasted stale! However the Apple pies??! Fire 🔥 I love the regular apple pies my mom especially like the blue berry cream cheese pie. Also they frosted lemonade was great too. Those were fresh and hot and tasty. The chicken and the regular lemonade was just gross it tasted like sink water mixed with cheap powdered lemonade. I like fresh and delicious food! ...

The chicken sandwich was raw. I love Popeyes and have never had an issue, but this was not a good experience at all. The chicken sandwich was really thick and it was not cooked properly in the middle.

The delivery person must of ate the missing food. With covid-19 going around I thought they would be more clean but theyre not. SAVE your money and go somewhere else. I called to speak to a manager and they said they couldnt help me. They have idiots working there. This is a safety issue.
I order out when I go here. The food is decent. I try to catch the chicken coming out of the fryer because I have gotten chicken not hot a couple of times.They have one register open all the time. That shouldnt be when you have the lunch rush.
I completely agree with the reviewer, that service is quick. I absolutely hate this location. Everytime I come here, without fail the staff is rude and disappointing, so is the actual food and temperature of food. Their ghost pepper wings taste fine but the chicken is so tiny. Hate hate hate this location just do yourself a favor and drive to the one in New Rochelle
The food was delicious. The staff is indifferent. Not polite, but not rude. Typical miserable fast food employees. Restaurant is clean. I am a fan of the food. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a decent value in quick fried chicken.
I ordered 2 2 piece dinners 1 leg 1 thigh first on the recipe it said 2 breast and 2 legs then I said I ordered 2 thighs and 2 legs they correct it but they gave me 2 legs 1 thigh and a wing that is not what I ordered didnt notice it until I got home
We came to this spot for lunch. we heard about this restaurant from quite a few people. Well, we were not disappointed. The staff members welcomed us with a smile and we felt excellent. The meal was great. We had a great time and we shall definitely come back again. Highly recommended.
The lines are so ridulously long here. The order was not correct and the food was not hot.... maybe next time I can give a higher rating.
They got 3 stars because the staff was nice and the food was good, however, they are really slow. After I ordered, the line didnt move for 10 minutes. I ordered 2 biscuits and popcorn shrimp, easy right? Drove away and realized they only gave me one biscuit. I was so annoyed.
Service is extremely slow, I ordered 6 pieces of chicken and it took them forever to give me my order. You can tell the employees dont wanna be here. Food was good but the service is too slow. Your staff need to improve the time to prepare take out order. I waited more than 10 mins for my food which is unacceptable. I have only 45 mins lunch break after driving in circle more than 3 mins. looking for a parking spot. The parking lot gets very congested during lunch time.

20min wait for Popeyes.... If i go to a restaurant i am being served faster than that. Food is trash. Too much salt that will send you to the hospital sooner or later. They are even forced to put on the menus that the food is high is sodium.... no flavor, just salt.
This Popeyes location is definitely in a good area. With multiple stores to go to around the area (Bay Plaza). It was renovated a few years ago, and has the modern Popeyes look. It has its own space, and is fairly roomy. Good for sitting in and eating for singles, couples, or even groups. The male rm is usually clean, and the service is good (although my order always seem to take longer than everyone else 😏). I recommend this location.
Never give you paper towels Or utensils. Horrible service everything is rushed. Employees need more training
I order the 11 piece of Spicy Popeyes Chicken for the first time, after I arrived at home I was embarrassed by my family after I open the box of Popeyes Spicy Chicken. The majority of all the chicken consists of tiny small pieces of drum and wings cover in heavy, super very thick crust with little meat amount inside. I never experienced this before when ordering a bucket of Popeyes mild chicken. Unfortunately I was to far away to return back to complain. At KFC I may pay a little more but I never experienced this problem when ordering their bucket of chicken.
Very bad service and the drive-thru if there is no more food and youre waiting on the line you cant even leave you have to stay all the way to everyone in front of me and be served because the drive-through Island stupid design
My coworker and I went to Popeyes on our lunch break and had to wait 35 minutes for our food. They dealt with the big orders first and the small orders last which was unfair and on top of that they never gave us nothing extra for the wait. They deserve a no stars
Never got my food. Waited 20 minutes for nothing. I asked for the big box with tenders this was apparently to much for them to handle. There had to be at least 5 employees + the manager got a refund and left. Got Chinese food.
Its a Popeyes, the only difference in all these locations is simply the customer service. The staff in these places can only be as nice as the customer is. But I love their mash potatoes and gravy, and the apple pies are always to die for
I dont know why I drove through this fcacst food place....hunger, support the economy? Big mistake - although the staff seem eager, they appear overworked & disorganized. But my main (and constant) complaint is popeyes itself. The fries are yech, the chicken appears to be marinated in grease and the sodium content borders on criminal. This is ALL popeyes, not just this small shop. You will never see me give another review on this, as I have sworn them off. Done. Nada. Bye. Not even when they decide to re-release their overhyped chicken sandwich.
Tables were all dirty. No straws or cup covers. Food was mediocre. Staff was arguing amongst each other. They looked unhappy to be there. Plenty of room for improvement.
For me, Popeyes is on the pricier side of fast food but I definitely prefer their chicken over KFCs bucket of grease any day. This location is just ok, employees are not really interested in taking care of the customers needs (I strongly suggest you check your order before you leave even though theyll swear its all there).

I saw on the internet that they are open until 11 pm. I arrived there before 10 pm and they were closed. They were only doing drive through. I was very disappointed, I ended up going to Macdonald right next door. At the end I passed by to get three biscuits and they were overly salty which was another disappointment. Hope to have a better experience in the future. Also they should let me people know in the internet that is only open until 10pm and after that only drive through.
The drive through person was a young girl who clearly had no time to help me figure out what was on their menu. I will advise to try another place. Because of this I was skeptical of eating the food I really should have just drive away instead of paying for that food.
It was an awesome service and the food was great. Ill give it a four and a half stars simple because I have to purchase addition sauce which I only got one with my order. Overall service was excellent.
Disgusting serviceOn google and on the schedule LABELED CLEARLY on the door the store closes at 11 30pm. Yet when me and my mom visited the location around 10 20 the staff had taken the leisure of closing early. They had a family still eating inside. We knocked on the door and walked around the store yet everyone inside ignored us. We tried the drive thru that was still open. The women said hello and then she must have seen us on the camera, because she quicky shut off the mic. I then went back to the front to see them allowing the family inside to leave. When i confronted them they told me plainly they were closed and when i pointed out the schedule they said they were closed. A second women came out and said the cash registers were closed and the only way to order was through the drive thru. We didnt have a car so they didnt take our order
Love that Chicken from Popeyes! However you can die of hunger waiting for your food. 25 minutes to get your food is ridiculous! Management needs to address this sluggish food delivery. This not a one time happening. Reall . There are schools nearby do the calculation already.
If I could give it could it no stars and show you that would be great. I unfortunately am injured (handicap) at the moment and they had me waiting in line after I ordered for 47mins I asked for a drink they did not. Finally I asked for my money back feeling so sick. They skirted around the issue bu daying 5 more. I waited a total of 1 hour and 5mins. Terrible customer service

I thought the first 2 times I went to a popeyes they cant be that slow, I was wrong, I even went to a different popeyes, this practices have to be in the hand book, I waited 15 minutes just to get to order from the drive thru, then it took 5 minutes to hear someone say can I take your order, then another 10 minutes to get my order, I had it with popeyes in the bronx
The best and only store I will go to. Not all Popeyes are created equal. The chicken sandwiches are literally heaven on a bun. BOYCOTT the store in Pelham parkway south. Not only does it pale in comparison, but their chicken sandwiches tasted like garbage and they sold me a pie that was supposed to have been thrown out 3 days before they gave it to me and took my money. Thank God I smelled it first because if I would have eaten it I would have become sick and litigated their musty pants right off. Anywho Popeyes coop city next to McDonald’s is consistently delicious.

Worst customer service ever I waited over 45 minutes for my food. Once I finally got it my order was wrong then my chicken was dry and burned... it looked like a complete mess when I told one of the workers if I could have extra ranch for my tender they told me oh its .50 cents paid it when I asked for hot sauce and ketchup the lady just threw it on the tray!! They are super slow workers everyone in that place got their orders but me when I came before and my order wasnt that big!!! Never go here its the worse they have horrendous customer service and attitudes when you ask for anything
Everybody was running for nothing, the essential food there is chicken and they didnt have the product ready, they gave me 15 mins wait time to get my food and after the 15 mins they wanted that I waited 15 more because the chicken wasnt fried. At the end the gave me spicy chicken and wings instead of the regular chicken that I ordered, everything was a mess.
Went back for the spicy chicken sandwich and it was Amazing just like the first ones they made when they ran out. The store was packed with people ordering sandwiches and they still had the time to make it good despite how busy they were.

You already know. Love that chicken . The smell can drag you off the street and through the door almost as fast as freshly cooked McDonalds fries. The line can get long but its not usually too bad. Just little cramped. Get take out.

It can get crowded sometime but this popeyes is well put together and has a cozy and welcoming feel to it , inside. There is a McDonalds next to it so if you feel like grabbing some McNuggets just step outside. Its convenient.

This is the worst Popeyes in the Bronx they are so slow and the workers are so disrespectful 😡the worker mix the money and the biscuits together without giving me any bag. Loved taste of the chicken and the freshness and crust that was crispy...Too bad when I got home AND FOUND MISSING coleslaw large might I add. In order to get my 4,29 had to return immediately with the price of gas I told mgr. I would ret another day. he said it would only be a credit not a refund spending 18.00 and missing items are a no no for me

Place an order when I received it, my Coca Cola was missing the customer service rep that I spoke with did not handle the situation very well she hang up the phone on me because she is telling me to try and recoup my drink from the delivery person. Great chicken. Good price, but facility needs cleaning. Tables and chairs are not cleaned. Be aware of high salt contents.
Aside from the li g lines and slow service the person taking the order had a real nasty attitude. I know she may e was having a bad day however you should not reflect that in your work.
The food tastes really great but in this particular location, there is rarely any parking and the line is always exceedingly long. Overall I recommend the fast food chain, Popeyes, but this particular location not so much.
Worst service ever drive thru 30 min to hour wait on Saturday at 8 pm November 25 I almost feel asleep waiting for food. This is the worst popeyes Ive ever been to. The customer service is 0% and there is nothing friendly about the staff. We waited for 15 minutes, the food was horrible and by that time we had lost our appetite. Next time we will go next door to Macdonalds.

I made the mistake of visiting Popeyes in Coop City in the Bronx today @ 2:09pm. There were only 4 cars ahead of me. I arrived at the window to pay @ 2:25 and the order was wrong. I cancelled the order as I did not feel like waiting any longer

The Popeyes on Bartow Ave is horrible. Very slow service. I waited 20 mins to get my order and there was no type of rush or structure with the staff.

Horrible place people are so unsanitary! I ordered 2 boxes today and my chicken was raw all of the pieces WHERE RAW !!!!!!! My husband got sick of the food never eat here please be ware !!!😰😰😰😰😡😡😡😡🤕🤕🤕🤕
The chicken and the biscuit is to die for and the new chicken sandwich is all that everybody is raving about. It is good, good and did I say good? Yes it is.

2022-03-16I ordered spicy chicken tenders...and everyone that came in before me and after me left before me..smh.. they dropped the ball on me..they dropped it at the wrong time bcuz you know I write reviews so here it is. I ordered 2 tender orders and I got mac and cheese and they charged me an extra dollar for whatever reason, I said ok. Then as I mentioned my order took way longer than usual and they knew it, and where they failed was, not going the old school route and schmoozing me with a something as free as fries or a pie or extra biscuits as a Im sorry, Forgive us.At most the cashier was courteous and showed concern.The bathrooms are closed to customers. The self serve soda machine is closed, they give you your soda. Youre not allowed to eat in. Theres free parking in lot.

2022-02-22It is highly recommended you check your order before leaving here. Ordered spicy chicken but got plain. Ordered dark meat but got chicken breast. I didn’t even bother calling the store as I don’t live in the Bronx. The only thing that seem to have been right where the fries. However I ordered two mediums for two people and ended up getting one large. $24 wasted as I had to order chicken from a local restaurant because the white meat is too dry almost as bad as their dry biscuits.

I was greed by the cashier named Arianna, she provided me with a good customer service I requested the 16 pcs family meal only dark meat without any problems also the manager answered all my questions about the issue with ordering on their website. The place is really clean from where I seeBathrooms arent accessible to the public, No diner in, only curbside, delivery or pick up.I think the business owner or the Management company should read customer complaints and improve their business because No customers No business! Good business brings more customers.Note 📝I went weekday around 1:30 pm it was empty and weekends could be more busy but that should not change it the quality of service. I am going back soon 😉 anything I will change my review

2022-04-29I had to wait 20minutes for my order. It was one cashier and one person fixing the orders which I think they needed more staff also people kept complaining of orders were wrong also my frys were cold by the time i received my order, had to ask for hot frys. They need more staff during lunch and dinner rush.

2019-03-14Had lunch here with my daughter. I was impressed with the food. Very flavorful, well presented and exactly what we ordered. Inside it was clean, tables and garbage disposal areas were tidy. I appreciated their customer service. Although not friendly, it was definitely courteous. Conveniently located in Bay Plaza Shopping Center. Close to public transportation buses Q50, Bx23, Bx26 and Bx29.

2019-08-04The food is good, but damn place is always packed. Its better to buy the food through drive through and eat at home. The staffs are laid back and slow, seems like they are short staffed. Took 30min to get the food from the counter. This place is definitely the best for fried chickens, way better than KFCs.
