It just recently opens so it was extremely crowded the drive-thru as well. The food was as expected, delicious. Will go back.
I went there on 11/26/18 I use a business card and the cashier never give me the receipt went I realized and called the assistant manager she said they can’t help me Because the cash registers was closed already. I call again and the manager wasn’t available to help me even though I asked them to make one by hand they said not I cannot help you, I always was considering they have the worst costumer services but now I am proven that this was not just a feeling; is the first time that I see a business that don’t provide a least a hand make receipt to a customer went the mistake is theirs. Thanks for being so “helpfull”
Worst customer service ever and extremely rude. Ask for unsweetened iced tea and they knew they were out but slipped me sweet tea. Thinking it was a mistake I went back asking for unsweetened tea. When I asked for a refund they made me return my entire order.The manager was extremely rude and didn’t care one bit. I will never go back.
I didnt eat but it was overflowing with chicken and before the closing time , literally massive amounts of chicken on deck and the guy said we are closed. If I was the owner I would have cringed.

2018-09-08There was a very long line one cashier. I went over to the manager Clavie and ask her if they had apple pies available. She said stated yes they did! so I commenced to wait on the long line like 10 minutes when I got to the cashier I asked for 3 apple pie the cashier stated that I would have to wait 5 minutes although the MANAGER Clavie stated otherwise. I purchased the Apple pies 427 p.m. I receive my apple pies until 4:41! When I approach the manager Clavie while on the long wait and asked her about the pies her statement to me was I Didnt know you wanted them for NOW. Common sense if Im asking when is it that she expected me to get them? Then she had an attitude. I had to wait so long, Im the one that should be upset. Place woiuld do be with a lroper manager. Why is it that on a Saturday your understaffed?

2021-06-07The signs say that the chicken sandwhich was 3.99 and you get charged 4.45 with out tax. And their reason is the signs are wrong. The foods good. But at all other Popeyes I go to I pay 3.99.

2021-06-14Worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to. Chicken was basically raw and not crispy. Taste was not right either. It seemed like they dont change the oil it was fried in. Never again!!

2019-07-05I am never eating here again.First off, employees were rude and had I not looked on the bag first (I ordered a chicken sandwich meal), I wouldnt had any fries. They forgot them.Second, the chicken sandwich had an off taste. I can describe it as not fully cooked frozen chicken patty. Also, the fries were slovenly put into the bag and tasted bad.Probably the last Ill ever eat fast food.Just as advice, avoid this place.

2019-12-28Ordered a 3-piece tender combo and didnt get tenders so I brought it back and the lady asked me if I touched the chicken! Im assuming she wanted to resell the chicken. That is incredibly disgusting and a health hazard.

2020-07-11Popeyes in the palisades mall is so unorganized and unprofessional. On top of it all the workers did not have their mask on properly while handling food. This is not ok!!! This is how people get sick!!! Is that following the CDC Regulations and guidelines??!?!?! Didn’t even eat my food! I threw it out!
