Uncle guiseppes is great, maneuvering around the parking lot is stupid.
It is a nice hometown place to come shop end enjoy great services like hair salons, semi fine dinining, and quick bites.
I only stopped into Uncle Gussipies. Which is never disappointing.
Been going there since KB toys was the main place haha . I watched amazing films with Amazing actors from the first Harry Potter film opening night At PJ cinemas to Charlie’s angels full throttle, the lovely bones , I am legend, twilight, sorority row, prom night , IT… pj cinemas was my childhood/young adult/present literally wouldn’t give up a single memory of PJ Cinemas ..
Pjs is quiet neighborhood theater!!! Nice and clean
Uncle guiseppis italian grocery store and italian pastries and cookiesextremely pricey on the cookies and pastries and cakes but wow I went out of my way to get them. Sure wish uncle guiseppis open a few stores in Florida.
Great local shopping center with Petsmart, Uncle Gs with their selection of delicacies and super friendly staff as well as Ace Hardware and Gilshar Greek restaurant. Take in a movie as well.
This Plaza has just about everything you can possibly want for general purpose and needs. Uncle Giuseppes, P.J.s Cinemas, Petsmart, Ace Hardware, H&R Block and a Gym nearby. Not much more to ask for in a local plaza. Im personally not a gym goer but its a big one, seems to have all the bells and whistles. However the two I highly recommend are Uncle Giuseppes for their great line of gourmet foods and pastries, just everything! Not to mention the over the top phenomenal staff⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐,Then PJs Cinemas like going to a family members theater lowest prices of any theater and all the goodies very very reasonable ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!!!!Hope this helped!!!!!
I like to go here as It has so many little stores and a nice grocery store! It is very convenient to la fitness! Parking is good except when the movie theater is in use! Fun clean and pretty safe!

The movie theater there is cozy and quiet. Then you go next door for ice cream at Sundaes, yum. Dont get me wrong, there are other places there like Uncle Giuseppes(for food shopping to the next level), Ace Hardware, a Shell gas station, and more.
I come here for the Greek food and the liquor store. Uncle Gs is nice but their Italian shtick gets old. Also that store has very few options for non-meat eaters. They do have a good beer selection so Ill give them that.
Home depot in Seldon couldnt be more helpful Rudy helped me real nice guy and the assisted manager Jim very is good guy also very helpful
Uncle Giuseppes is the main attraction here, overall well maintained and not overly crowded

Store was OK. Pricing seems to have gotten less competitive. Parking at this location is challenging. The new one line for checkout is a definite turn off. It used to be so easy to check out at a Kohls.
A small local movie theater that is very well priced. Seats could use some updating, but a great place.
Its always nice..just need alittle up grade here and there...but who am I..only a customer..its a nice place for new comers..
Love PJ Cinema its not one of those huge multiplex, remember to check their website for coupons. Gilshars greek food is my go-to when I am craving it.
I went here for the Uncle Guiseppes. The pizza here is amazing!!! I was honestly stunned! And its a great deal cheaper than most other pizza places, $14.11 for a large cheese pizza after taxes. Delicious!!! I also went to the hot buffet and got a few things. This is definitely where Im getting my pizza from in the future.
I hate the parking lot situation. There are plenty of spaces but its like Mad Max to navigate. Good stores though.
Uncle Gs is always a great stop on the way to or from port jeff. and the rest of the strip mall has a lot to offer as well for your shopping needs

Very nice shopping strip. I love the Mandees they always have great finds. Uncle Giuseppes is a great Italian super market. Theres a pet shop and a movie theater as well. Very clean and nice.
Port Plaza offers a variety of stores to choose from. I chose to visit Ace Hardware. Excellent customer service was provided. The product that I was looking to purchase was in stock. There is also a great selection of products to choose from. I had a successful shopping experience and was an extremely satisfied customer.
Im from Clearwater Florida and while I was in New York I was lucky enough to stumble across the most wonderful Market I have ever been in my life, Uncle Gillespies!! If you have not been in this store, you have got to go here! What a huge variety, I could spend hours in here.
I was at uncle Giuseppes. I like it because all the food is of excellent quality. I go there often and give 5 stars. The atmosphere is very pleasant and the service is great.
Outside food area is lovely. You can sit on benches or eat at tables/umbrellas. Tasty house has the best Chinese food. Been eating there for years. Staff friendly.
I love PJ Cinemas I go there all the time its the least expensive place to go to take your family to the movies you can go as one person buy a ticket get popcorn candy and soda and still have change left bringing a $20 bill. Plus theres also Giuseppes in that shopping center. Giuseppes is the best Italian supermarket around everything is delicious. And PJ Cinemas has a deal with Giuseppes you can bring your movie stub and you can get two slices of pizza and a Coke for less than $3 so for $20 you can go to the movies and have two slices of pizza and a coke after.
Liked the area, people were a little uppity but who cares. Uncle Giuseppes is a beautiful store, well run and the staff are the nicest. High priced but worth it

This shopping center has definitely improved since Uncle Guiseppes moved in years ago. The old gas station in front of the shopping center finally shut down and it was completely renovated and is now open under new management. You will also find a CVS pharmacy, chinese restaurant, Greek restaurant, pet store and a movie theater in this shopping center.

The store here I frequent are CVS pharmacy and uncle Giuseppes. Having a savers card from each establishment, is an incentive to shop there. You earn reward dollars and coupons are generated for you at CVS, I think its what you are interested in but theres womens product coupons on the sheet that the machine there generates so Im not sure. Giuseppes savings card is to be able to get the deals they advertise in their weekly circular. Occassionally, they mail out $5 off $50 or $10 off $100 coupons but many households receive them so I dont believe having their card makes it exclusive for that. Overall, both are worthwhile to visit for dinner and snacks, in a nutshell. Oh and you can buy those there too of course.

Parking lot is MUCH better than it used to be. Love Uncle Guissepes, but mainly go for PJ Cinemas. Family favorite & tradition.

This is my childhood movie theater from the 80s and it will always have a place in my heart. I love that it still has the same authentic old school movie theater atmosphere.

Hit an afternoon movie, $12 for 2 tickets whens the last time you paid $12 for 2 people to see a movie? cant buy 1 at island 16 for that & theres resturaunts right outside so IMO great deal!

I dont know what to really say to be honest. Its a clean parking lot? Theres a security guard around the clock, the stores dont suck.

Love going to Uncle Gs but the parking lot was a mess after the recent snow storm.
Because each app seems to need its own security code. .Are so many security devices really necessary? It seems it is required I keep my pass code secret from myself.

2022-07-10PJ Cinemas was so awsome! I got to see the new minions movie here for the price of two adult tickets, two sodas, and a large soda with a bottle of water it was the price what it use to coat back in 2008. Staff is great, polite, professional, and funny! Great place to come! And they show the movies at the same times for every day during the week and never changes! Great place!

2021-12-14I have been to this plaza a few times and have always had a good experience. The strip mall is always filled with stores and lets not forget about Uncle Gs. The parking lot is clean and well lit up. The traffics is light and the roads wide. I recommend stopping by and seeing whats new in the stores.

2021-09-20Cheaper than most theaters and we had the whole place to ourselves! Everyone that worked there was kind and it was a great experience. The popcorn was also delicious!

2021-11-03Port Plaza, a staple in the community for as long as I can remember. It has a large selection of stores and restaurants, as well as a Frozen Yogurt shop and PJ Cinema Movie Theater. The shopping center is clean, with plenty of parking. Its easy to enter and exit.
