They picked up my package from the drop off Staples location on March 8th. Then, a week later on March 15th they scanned the label. Today is March 24th and its still sitting at their location for no reason, after 3 weeks my package is not sent out yet. I have been calling them for the past week, have been on hold for 1 hour, then I spoke with Yolanda. She had no answers about where is my package, then she gave me another usps phone number where I called and the number wasnt working. Its just so disgusting and unbelievable how American USPS handles the business. PLEASE STAY AWAY
I am never see worse USPS in Brooklyn, NY. Management of US Post Office probably dont care. I came to send my package to Germany and very bad attitude and do not absolutely professional service. Woman was do not only bad person but shes purposely ignore to ask questions regarding service. She is always say, I dont know how to send to Germany and turn face a way.
This is a very good post office! Even though it’s very busy, the workers handle the workload very well. All packages are sent out and delivered on time, staff is always joking and smiling even with their difficult jobs when they have to deal with so many complaining customers. The prepaid packages bin is very handy, you don’t have to wait in line, you can just drop off your prepaid package and go. Thank you so much for your excellent service!
I have never in my life have dealt with such an incompetent and lazy post office. I never get my packages on time. They lie and say they tried to deliver a package when they did not. They say they cannot enter or access a 7-Eleven location for a amazon locker? Unbelievable. I wish i was allowed to choose whom delivers my packages cause i would be happy without the postal service. Period. Medical supplies ( late), baby needs (late) and im not talking a day or two late.
Beware of the pickup package lady at the last window. Worst customer service I ever receive in my life today. I got yelled at because I thought she called my name which sounded similar to another persons, so I signed the form and she just watched me and flipped out a minute after. Honestly, I didnt know why she didnt stop me ahead of time. Then when my package was found, she threw it into a window. Glad my package wasnt fragile because she wouldve BROKE it. After I picked it up, she muttered something which was most likely rude towards me.My sister had the same pickup package lady a few weeks ago. She couldnt open the window and she yelled at her, telling her repeatedly to open the window door.This unprofessional lady should get fired. If she hates her job so much, dont even bother working in customer service. Also, she should get her mental health checked for anger issues.
If you find they don’t deliver your package they know you want it delivered, they just don’t care. If you call them to ask them what happened to your package you’ll get a “pick it up then”. It’s the second time it’s happening to me with them. Waited 2 weeks for a First Class Shipping parcel. I use to always get my packages until this became my local post office. If this is your local post office do NOT depend on them.
My package was suppose to be delivered on June 12th, I was home, but for some reason they marked it as nobody was home and delivery attempt failed. Called to the main # 3 times during 2 weeks to reschedule delivery, because im after surgery and couldnt go there to pick it up. But they are continue to lie that tried to deliver my package and noone is home. Even asked to leave package in the lobby (just in case), but nope. Wonder how they are getting paid for the job which cant provide properly!!!
I went to this post office because the driver failed to deliver my package. To my surprise the workers were quick and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. On the down side they only had 3 people at the windows working. They definitely need more workers This post office is the best one Ive ever been too!
I was waiting my delivery today( I had paid priority shippingshipping for reason). All day I was at home waiting. I put sign on the door and opened a little bit front door ,so agent would put delivery inside the house. It is 2 store building with front door and number on it . Item was not delivered and when I checked the delivery status I was shocked , it says: delivery was attempt but they couldnt access the building. Horrible lie ,it was very important to get my package today .Now I have to wait for Monday, go to the post office, pick up my delivery and then be late for 2 hours for my work ,because I work far away from post office . So frustrated, if I could ,I would give them 0 stars and fire those lazy ,unresponsible people .
Staffs are extremely rude and impolite. Tried to ship a package today. We final checked the shipping address at the signing machine after the staff typed in the address and she told us to press yes. She extremely rude said that “are you doing this all day? Just press yes!” I was just final checking the address for only like 10 seconds! What if you type in my address wrong and ship my package to the wrong one??!!! Extremely rude and will not come back!!!!
My package was suppose to be delivered on June 12th. Their deliverers marked it as ‘No Access’ while I was home all day and never got my package. Today, June 19th, I had to go to this post office and wait an hour on line to retrieve my package. The only good thing is I walked in and stated that I’m here to pick up my package. Within mins I finally received my package.
This place is full of careless nasty people who cannot multitask or give you straight answers. The window for package pick up is always open and always unattented. The passport window are never able to honor your appointments on time. One would think after all these years the USPS would have a logical system in place but no they dont and they simply dont care.
This post office is notorious for Delivering amazon packages to the wrong address. Other times they flat out refuse to deliver and just ask you to come wait in line to get it. This post office is aggravating. I lost items on numerous occasions. I hope amazon cuts their contract. Utterly useless !
I was on the phone with a worker at this usps office near my house in regards to a package I never received (tracking shows it was delivered but my security camera shows nobody ever came to deliver anything).I originally called the 800- customer service #. I told her I already filed a claim about the missing package. the rep told me that someone from my local post office tried calling me but my voicemail box was full. I told her I received an unknown call with no voicemail and there was no email sent to me about it. she redirected me to call my local post office to see what the call was aboutso I went ahead to call my local post office (which is this one) and explained the situation to the worker. the worker (she told me her name was B... Bee? Bi? Bea?) kept repeating that the package was delivered, even when I told her that I have proof that nobody came. she also kept stating that they are not responsible and will not be giving a refund. I specifically told her that I do NOT need a refund from them, I just want to know where my package is, and what the call from this morning was about. I had to keep asking her questions about creating a complaint & a claim for the package and her answers were all very vague, which leads me to asking more questions. at one point, I asked if there was someone else I can speak with and her response was are you going to ask the same questions to them when I answered all your questions? and she kept threatening to hang up on me and that I was giving her an attitude. Ive been constantly trying to tell her to try and see things in my point of view, and I was completely calm. I had questions and she was not able to help me. I dont work at the post office, so of course I would keep asking questions... and she continuously try to hang up on me and saying Im going to hang up now. Have a nice day, but I held on.almost at the end of the call, I asked her once again what the call from this morning was about and if theres anything more that I can do (whether it be submitting a complaint or just further steps that I can do). and her response was maam, is there something wrong with you? I already answered all your questions. and I got just got really upset at her comment. I told her this is what I call rude. Thank you and have a nice day and I hung up on her.i am beyond furious with this worker. not only was she not helpful at all, telling me all the information i already know, but she was also rude and disrespectful. if i can file a complaint about this person, i seriously would. this is no way to treat a customer. never once have i had a more horrible experience with a customer service rep.
I would give zero starts if that was an option! At 8.05am no windows open! The we asked the worker behind closed window “ what time do you open?!” She said “at 8 am but I have to set up”!!! I was the first person next to the window indicated “pick up” and NO ONE (!!!!) opened that window or even answer my question if they will open that window!!! If office is open at 8, it means that you are ready to work at 8, and not just started to set up!!! I was first in a line! It took me 20 min to pick up my package!!When people will start actually doing their job, and don’t just collect a paycheck?! If you don’t like something about you job, change it!!! But if you decided to stay - DO YOUR JOB!!!
Paid for signature requirement and expedited shipping. The post office never attempted delivery, never rang the doorbell, never bothered to leave a notice. Recipient had to pick up a week later because the post office never REdelivered and when a redelivery was requested, they REFUSED and said the recipient needs to come in person. HOW CAN YOU REFUSE TO REDELIVER A PACKAGE WHEN YOURE GIVING CUSTOMERS THE OPTION TO REQUEST A REDELIVERY?! I asked for a partial refund for the expedited service and signature requirement and was told by the manager that the package was delivered.... it was PICKED UP not delivered. The post office fraudulently marked it as delivered. COMPLETE BS. You dont get what you pay for with this place. USE FEDEX/UPS!!!!!
If i could give 0 stars, i would do.. very rude customer service and representatives. I moved to this area about two months ago. But i could not get my any mails, I changed all of my addresses. I called to USPS customer service they told me i have to go to local post office. I came to this location thrice already, the last one I go there 2 days ago in the morning they supposed to start at 9 o’clock, but they started call customers at 9:20 there was too many customers. Lady started to call people, at the same time she was eating breakfast, i was really shocked, that’s really disgusting situation. I tried to explain my problem to manager or whatever there was a guy his name is george, he told me he is going to fix my problem, but i still waitng my important mails. At the end I’ve important message for USPS corporate, guys you are state postal services, you have to be more responsible than other carriers, because of you your employees don’t care about customers.
Avoid if it all possible. Diane has a major attitude problem and should go to customer service school. Diane should also take her supervisor with her since she also was extremely rude and unprofessional. They both offered no help and flat out told me to go “somewhere else”. The USPS should be ashamed of having these people as representatives. It seems that there isn’t an educational requirement to get a job there and any random person would qualify.
I sent a package worth $500 via 1 day Priority Mail to Bay Ridge address and they lost it :( Tracking show Pre-Shipment for almost 1 month. I came to the post office twice and they even dont want to give me insurance money...They just say:-Your package is gone. Its gone...
Horrible experience with passport application for a minor, first of all their camera is not working, so there is no point of choosing this location because they have a photo taken on site, then since you have to go to another place to take a picture, the person responsible for passport application disappears, and no one else can help you (doesn’t want to help you) , because no one knows anything. Horrible experience, still sitting and waiting for a passport person for another hour alreadyAnd on the top of everything the super wiser for the location, after being called and talked to, lectured me on how I am supposed to call for her first, and not to look for the help from other post office workers, and she REFUSED to give her name under no circumstances.I am ashamed of what the Great and Honorable post office of USA turned into today, no respect to people and no respect to the government standing behind this organization
Package wasnt delivered, I allowed a few more days. The only day I was able to go to post office I came at 9 am. They said that I should talk to supervisor and that he going to come at 11. I came 11.20 than, I saw a few people who already waited for more than hour to speak to him. These people told me that most likely at 12 he would make lunch break. I left and tried to call to post office: no response. That is a short story how I LOST MY MONEY (International seller policy: provide shipping companys documents in three days, we give refund)
I ordered merchandise on May 1, 2020, I have yet to receive it. I called the phone numbers and its all automated BS, no help. The company I ordered from says they cant help me either. My merchandise has been at this post office since the 1st, according to the tracking information.
Rude and disrespectful staff. My package was out for delivery for 20 days. I called and was advised to follow up with local office. When I went there, I was told that I refuse my package. I tried to ask questions to understand better where my package was but the USPS clerk just started screaming at me, was making faces and waving her hands, and even called me names. I asked her name and she showed her ID for 1 sec and became even more rude to me. She is black female in her 40s with short hair. I think her name starts from A. Her explanation was that she didnt deliver the package and I shouldnt be asking her. I said but you are working for USPS and thats why Im asking you. She called me arrogant and that Im giving her attitude. She yelled at me all the time before I even started talking to her. She was very rude to a person before me too.I wish I could speak to a supervisor about this situation. I just dont think its right for USPS to treat customers that way. What a shame......
In regards to the postal worker DIANNE at the window. Completely ignored me after i waited on a line of 18 people. All i asked was if she can find out if they put mail in my P.O box yet. She just stared at me like if she was a robot that could not compute my request. I said 3 times HELLO i’m talking to you did you not hear my question. And she just stared at me blankly with no response. then I asked her to get me a manager because this is no professional way to act and she still ignored me. I just walked out. NOW i have to cancel my box and find a new post office.
This USPS location is horrible. The workers were slow at retrieving my packages when I had gave them my pickup slip. I had waited almost 40 minutes, just for them to come back and said that my package was returned back to the sender. There are long lines and it looked like a prison. This company is the worst and I won’t be doing any business with them ever again! 😡
Waited on line for passport appointment. Two people came in 50 minutes after me claiming to have a passport appointment and got put in the front of the line they didnt even need to show proof of an earlier appointment. Also failed to notify me that they are not taking photos at this time due to covid when I had photo appointments scheduled. What a show. Thanks for the waisted time.
As someone who drops off packages for ecommerce frequently, they do everything in their power to make my day just a little more miserable. Very unfriendly. Always one person behind the counter and there could be 15 people in line. I see whats going on behind the scenes it is laziness and a horrible work ethic? Who is in charge of this place? I would say they arent doing a good job but they arent doing any job at all.
USPS workers are lazy, they have a new set of rules Everytime I come in here. It starts with ringing my bell going downstairs and I missed my package So now Im here in this post office where theres a huge line 2 workers while the manager hangs out in the back room. Then decides to take charge and tells everyone whose here for pick up go to this booth. Now the line of people who were waiting for almost half an hour is in scrambled order. The person who just came in gets first dibs cause hes closest to the booth while the person who waited the longest waits even longer. They also have a passport application where they can spend 10-25minutes with one person they should really have a separate person for this job.
This has to be the worlds worst USPS. THEY NEVER EVER HAVE WORKERS. If I could give this negative stars I would. Please Put out a ad if you guys need help or more worker..... but one person working & 10+ ppl in line. Are you joking? USPS is of the oldest mailing service in AMERICA yet you can’t figure out how to have at least 2 ppl mailing out at 3:30pm on a Friday.And please don’t get me started with the older white woman who usually works here. She is the worstttt she usually sits in the 1st or second booth and is a whole mess.This location is negative one star . This is my literal 10x with terrible service. I only come here because it is near my house. It needs new management or a change ASAP. It’s a disgrace honestly.
Don’t understand all bad review, only one person I always have issue with, older american women with glasses, chubby always messy hair. She just sounds like she doesn’t want to do anything besides bare minimum required. But everyone else is great and generally very helpful especially the Asian staff.
Every single time I come here the older lady working the front is either yelling or complaining at customers. When you ask a simple question politely, she scowls a rude remark! This post office is the worst post office. The supervisor is never there. The drivers are not delivering packages. Also, the drivers never left any post notes. They are passing my business office and they are acting that I am not there. The drivers are so busy texting on the phones than delivery packages. I hope that NYC will shot down this post office
They constantly misdeliver or lose my mail. I have gotten other people’s important bills etc. because the mail persons couldn’t care less. I get phone calls saying my bills are about to go into collections because they never delivered my mail. It’s ridiculously frustrates.
This post office is the worst. It starts with the mail delivery peron(s) whom deliver or rather wont deliver packages or mail properly. Instead of bringing the package youre lucky if they at least bring the notice. Then when you appear at the post office with the lucky slip, you end up waiting on line fpr at least 20 minutes as the are always under staffed ( and everybody is there for a package). 60% of the time they cant find the package or tell you it was returmed already.
They refuse to delivery packages and dont even leave a slip. They have even put all the mail in my 5 family building into my mailbox. Which included someone social security card! When I mentioned the situation to them I was told they get complaints ALL the time about that. I made an official complaint and have a ref # hopefully something happens. Unions were to protects people/employees that actually worked from bad bosses. Not so that these people/employees have a Free Ride card to Not do their job and get away with it. On tax payers money!
Sat around for 15 minutes for passport renewal and then the one clerk who was doing it decided to open her station for mailing. What was the point of telling me to sit down and wait for that one clerk?? Waste of my time. Absolute terrible service. Avoid this place if you can!!
The slowest services on earth, I walked in at 9:05am, there were only 3 ppl were waiting in front of me, I waited for almost an hour for my services, I walked out at 10am .It was only one nice old lady servered customers in super slow motions for the whole morning, other staffs were just crapping in the back loudly and no one came out to help. When I walked out,it was 10am already,and I had to be late for work on that day.This place is awful, killing customers time and patience‼‼‼‼This place is wasting tax payers’ money ‼‼‼‼‼Hopeless!!!!!!!!! They dont treat customers with respect!!!!!!! They never feel shameful for their service attitudes!!!!!!But if you live in that area, you have no choice. Just be prepared for waiting at least one hour for your service.Hopeless place!!!!!!!!If there is a —5 star option, I will give.
Awful, does not have passport photo service despite the USPS website as well as GOOGLE itself saying it does. I was notified of this LESS THAN ONE HOUR before my appointment and I had to miss it as I did not have a passport photo to give in. Once again THIS POST OFFICE DOES NOT HAVE PASSPORT PHOTO SERVICE.
This is the best Post Office that Ive ever gone to. They are well-organized, do everything you need, make great suggestions, etc. Even if you just go there and put mail into the mail slots provided, everyone will then receive their mail on time or beforetime!! Additionally there are alot of other great places nearby to eat, shop, & etc.
Many other customers give this branch a single star, and they arent exaggerating. Ive been going here for close to 20yrs and the place looks run down, the front is almost always understaffed and a long line piles up. The staff tends to be rude, and the combination of all these characteristics often make the customers tense, terse, or people get into yelling matches. Its a very unfortunate state of affairs at this office and I would avoid it if you can.
Zero if I could. Three packages said delivered and I didn’t get any, came here to ask and was told to check with the neighbors and there is nothing they can do. One of the guys was I bit better, said that if wrong address was delivered and it would be too late to wait, but still didn’t want to do anything.
I don’t see why this place has such a little rating it is amazing with so many enthuses mail men and women who deliver my package with a smile it’s is also a quick reliable way to ship and receive packages it will normally take 2 or 3 days to receive it which is a very small amount of time to wait for a package I love this service
Placing a hold mail request for your address because you are on vacation for a week still has your mail delivered daily! Placing a new hold mail request for your address as a dry run for this years vacation has YOUR mail held (yippee!) but your neighbors 20 pieces of mail, including college brochures, check, bills, etc left between your doors. Are you kidding me?
This is the worst PO in the US. . The phone is off the hook, so that they dont have to answer calls, they dont deliver packages, they say the person wasnt home and not around and that is why package wasnt delivered . Im not understanding why the PO is allowing them to work in this way. They are not delivering the mail or packages on time at all.

Worst postal service in the world if there was negative stars it would be -☆☆☆☆☆ negative or more, employees rude with very bad mental illnesses its so clear that they usually make customers wait in line for hours than they wont find packages which are available for pick up just worst of the worst possible postal services
Terrible place as it is possible that they do not deliver two packages in the same day where they left them, I do not know, a week later I wait for another package and nobody has it either, I seem crazy asked the neighbors 3 packages lost in a week how is that possible !! ! And No one gives an answer to that, those who deliver the packages never ring the bell say they leave the packages in the mailbox, I dont have a mailbox !! And I lost my money because of the person who supposedly delivered the packages, someone has to do something to remedy this!

2022-04-16Today I was at this location for my U.S. passport application. There was no long line and 3 people were working. Ms.E helped me with my application. Supposedly, I needed an appointment for it but since it was emergency, she accepted walk in and worked on my application. Everyone was really polite and smiley. Thank you for your service!

2022-04-22I had the most pleasant visit... Ms E was amazing and informative... appointments are a must for passport.... I came the wrong day and Ms. E was understanding .... even tho I would of left for my mistake she still made time to take care of me.... no attitude didnt make me feel like I was a bother! She is the best 👌

2021-06-30Pretty filthy. It looked like this all pandemic long. Lots of workers talking to each other in the back at all times. Not really helping customers. No ones ever wipes down anything. Usually have a pleasant experience with the window tellers.

2022-06-23WORST service ever . 10 windows ONE worker . DIANE is a nasty rude know it all arrogant person . Works very slow on purpose , 20 people on line no one cares . I arrived at 8:45 AM heard many workers in the back , knocked on the door no one even bothers to open the door inside the Post Office . After waiting 20 minutes finally !! Someone comes out . I ask why is the post office doors open but no one is by the window .Diane answers I dont know .I gave the pink slip for a package pick up - she spent 20 min in the back then comes out and says its not here - Call the 1-800 # .Wasted almost 1 hour - As i waited for another teller to fill the Priority Mail Envelopes , i overheard another customer saying to Diane , You told me yesterday its on the truck - But the mailman said its in the post office She ignored him and said i dont know and rang the bell for the next customer . The gentleman went to the next window where another agent named Mr Patel worked , man hands the pink slip to PATEL after 3 min he comes out with the package . i Decided to go back and wait in line again where there was about 15 people and started noticing people say You go ahead i will wait for the Gentleman . meaning they didnt want to deal with Diane and would rather wait to deal with PATEL . So now my turn comes i end up with PATEL , hand the slip wait the 3 min . Sure enough !!! PATEL found the package . When i told PATEL what happened he shrugged & didnt answer ( cant blame him ) . I showed the DIANE the box and said Look what PATEL found !! you wasted 1.5 hours of my time . Didnt care at all didnt even answer .Moral of the story is , if you have no choice but to go to this USPS , choose anyone except DIANE . If you have time scan the QR code at the window and make a complaint . Or call the 1-800-ASK-USPS and make a complaint on the phone . A customer told me it works recalling a Supervisor came down once and straightened the place out pre-covid .

2022-02-03Most nasty and negligent staff I had ever meat at USPS. Ask for empty blank of certified of mailing in answer I was cursed and was told that I am not the president of USA to asked about anything. I asked for manager in answer I was told that no one comes talk to me. Full office of customers (20 people) no one working Two workers sitting at the windows on the private cellphone calls for more then 10/15 minutes... Line of customers growing people asked to get served... No one bother to even answer...

2021-12-10I went to pick up my package and asked where to wait. Cause sometimes you go directly to pickup window or you wait on the line. I asked the lady behind the window and She very rudely told me that she has a costumer so she cant answer my question. Instead helping she gave me an attitude for no reason. I work in costumer service too I never treat people this way. If they are so unhappy I think they should not be working.

2022-06-07The fat lady with glasses that works in the morning needs to be fired. Not written up, not relocated, not suspended, FIRED! She is rude to every customer that she attends. Cant believe she is the only option available to have to deal with in the morning. A disgrace.
