For a few years now I keep coming to the location for my postal needs. The staff here are very polite, they knows all ins and outs and always trying to provide the best services, and to save me some money. My recent visit hasnt been an exclusion. Thank you postmen Joes!

Came by this location on Sunday a few minutes from closing and Max greeted me. He could have easily just shrugged me off, but he went out of his way to not only send my package but make sure it was secure! He noticed that my box seemed a bit off for shipping, and he recommended me a proper size box, and went the extra mile to make sure it was secure! I was just blown away at Maxs excellent customer service. I highly recommend this place for doing shipping even if youre not from the area. Awesome experience!
Probably the best shipping center Ive ever seen. Those guys are very fast and efficient. All shipments arrived with no issues. Also they are always ready to go an extra mile to help the customer.
I’m currently in the middle of a move and have brought all of my shipments to this mailing center. The employees are super nice and friendly; they’re willing to answer all the questions I have. The prices are fair as well. All in all I am super glad I found a place so close to my home that I’m able to send my packages from. I’m sure I’ve shipped over 20 boxes in the past month and so far each one has gotten to its destination without issue. Thanks!
Good service, but you guys should keep the front door open for better air circulation. When I was there, there were too many people inside of store & the door was closed, I did not feel safe. Its easy to do so & please keep your customer safe!
Usually have a good experience but came here once and someone I had never encountered there before was quite rude. It soured my positive experiences and now I go out of my way to make sure I never end up at this place again. Very poor communication from this person. A pity cus it is convenient and had always been a great shipping place prior to this incident. I forgot about the place but recently another platform (I guess the company paid for research) asked for my opinion.

They are very knowledgeable and answer any questions I had. They manage to pack and ship my computer from New York to Florida with no damage at all. Its not a laptop computer but a large desktop. They have a facility next door to the office for packing and they took great care in making a custom box for me. Will recommend and come back again.
I had an excellent experience in this establishment. They packed 2 large framed posters to be shipped to NOLA for me. Michael (or Mikhail) was extremely accommodating. You can tell he was more interested in making a customer then just this one job. After he expertly packed it, even showed me pictures of the inside of the packing job, my package was whisked away by the Fed-Ex guy who happened to be there. A shipping label was generated on the spot and off the package went. Price was very fair. I had gone first to a UPS store that wanted 3 times as much for the same job!! and very nice attitude and manner from the staff!!
Dropped off a package to be return to sender and apparently my package was never picked up or scanned by USPS. I called and email to inquire about what could of possibly happen and was told that there are a bunch of signs in the store stating DO NOT DROP OFF PACKAGES FOR USPS HERE which of course I didn’t get a chance to see since as soon as I walked in, I was told to leave my package on their table. I wish the guy who printed out my return label would of told me about this issue they have with USPS ( they do printing 50 cents per sheet). Almost three weeks now and neither USPS or this mail center knows where my package is!! Super sketchy and won’t be dropping packages off here since they claim not responsible for USPS package despise them being a mail center and stating online that they deal with USPS, fed ex and UPS.
Thorough and well maintained shipping center. I occasionally sell things on Ebay, and ship them from here, also its very easy to return things from Amazon. Always fast and trouble free transactions, very professional people. Never had a bad experience yet, highly recommended!
These guys are awesome!! You can ship anythinggg. Decent pricing. They pack it for you or you can ship already packaged with any carrier. Friendly & professional staff. Plus theyre open late which helps me alot. Go there for years & def recommend them!

I sent documents either and nobody in NY could do it except you... only TWO days and they were in Ukraine! Professional and friendly staff, clean and well maintained. This place does not charge you to drop off boxes with prepaid labels, unlike other similar businesses do. They also do international shipping.

Very accommodating! They always print my return label and tape the box up for me and put the label on the box. They also have extra boxes for $1 if you need one. They are very nice people.

This service really upset me. I ordered the express delivery of the parcel. Promised that the maximum will come in 3 weeks. Its already been 4 ... Im sad, because this is a parcel to my parents for the New Year, but it will come when the New Year is already over ... The parcel was lying in New Jersey for a week, it was in Germany ... and still has not reached . Im very annoyed and upset.

2022-03-24I was a bit nervous coming as I had no previous knowledge about shipping and the place seemed a bit remote but I had the greatest time here! The workers were able to work efficiently with my package, even recommending me a better facility to use based on where I wanted it to go to. They were so smooth with their transition that no line full. Will definitely come back again!

2022-04-12I stop by every now and then to drop off packages for returns and it is a seamless process. I recently had to return work equipment to my employer and needed assistance with packaging fragile materials. Postman Joe provided an excellent service to securely package my equipment and did it at a reasonable price.
