Hard to find things here store is a little messy things all over and difficult to walk through, customer service was good.
It was not well organized and gave me a feeling that no one had cleaned this place for a long time.
This store is a hit or miss. Sometimes you get good buys. Can be frustrating to drive 40 minutes and go home with nothing. Prices are usually 40% off and final sale.
Overpriced cheap junk.
Amazing place. So much to choose from. Good prices for quality merchandise. Seasonal bargains a must see.

A must stop if you are visiting Tanger Riverhead. It is not attached to the main outlets so parking is close and ample! Great close out furniture, decor and bedding.
The prices were decent, but the childrens side was unorganized and a mess!

I think it is outrageous if you buy and pay for merchandise you only have 24 hours to arrange for pickup

Stopped in after shopping at Williams-Sonoma. Has gone downhill since the last time I was there. A bit shabby and unorganized with weak selection.
Keep going but never find anything. Most furniture is beat up way beyond discount.

2021-11-06Staff insisted that policy was always the same. When questioned the head cashier Colleen. She bold faced lied to save her job in front of her boss. I would have of been okay with their policy if they and especially she ( who I know for years by shopping in the store) would have been honest about it. Instead I am forced to write this review and call the corporate office not about the policy but about being lied too..

2018-08-28Sorry, its just much too expensive. They have cool different items but middle to lower income families just cant afford them. We had a big coupon and a gift card and only were able to get a school back pack and some placemats. Again, they have some cool, different items not related to just pottery, but they are way too expensive. There is never anyone in there too, I dont know how they are still Im business.

2020-02-19The staff sold us a platform bed for the wrong price. Totally on them. The signs were confusing and the cashier rang us up for the wrong price because it was the price clearly listed above the item. The same day we also bought a full priced table so it’s not like we got a cheap bed and nothing elseThe insane manager had the blatant audacity to call us and tell us they made a mistakeAnd ASKED US TO RETURN THE PIECE. After we hauled it from Riverhead to Kings Park and set it up in our roomShe verbally bashed me and tried to tell me she “couldn’t take the loss” because a cashier messed up. Long story short, my husband got on the phone, dealt her the same attitude that she tried to deal me and she acted appalled. Some people should not be dealing with the public

2018-01-11My wife and I just moved back to NY after living in Fort Lauderdale for a few years. We were looking for bedroom sets for our young children and were pleasantly surprised to find just about everything we wanted was on sale. While we were there, we were helped by Erika, and she was fantastic. She not only helped us find a complete set, but she helped us to decide on furniture that our children can grow with. Great service by her and Coleen. Thank you for a great experience.

2018-07-09I am not very happy with my experience, the beanbag cover was broken ,and they have policy no return or exchange. I spend $100 for garbage. All stuff not well organized, most of them broken. Its like whole sale factory loft. If you find something you like ,please check carefully before paying. Good luck.

2016-12-29We have purchased several items here. The inventory is limited, but the prices are great. We saved over 60% off our mahogany picnic table. So if you see it, dont wait!

2017-07-27This is a very reluctant 4 stars. Now keep in mind I have shopped here pretty much 3-6x a year or more since they opened. I have literally spent thousands of dollars here, maybe more. What I find the most frustrating and why I would lower my rating is because the store seems to fluctuate between showroom with a mild discount and true outlet store complete with customers names + addresses on the boxes of returned merch being resold. I have found some great deals there when they use to have the red-ticket clearance section in the back, but the last time I went what use to be a good sized section was reduced to a shelf or two. I think the days of substantial discounts here are long gone, I mean a good sale around the holidays sure but I mean like let me go hire a uhaul they are giving this stuff away prices are long gone. I think the last time I went I bought some Christmas ornaments, but I remember never leaving without at least a good size bag and the last handful of times I could easily have left empty-handed. Oh and the Customer Service, the Management in my experience needs to work on their attitude and the over all morale of the store. I fully understand working retail SUCKS ... I did it for years, but I dont think I have ever received service with a smile there.
